I don't know what I would do without Monday.com
What do you like best about the product?
Before I started working for my current company, I had never heard of Monday.com before, but it has been a total game changer. I can't imagine meeting deadlines and completing tasks without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish that the integrations were easier to use. I would like to be able to use Monday.com with Google, but I can't seem to figure out how to get it started.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has allowed me to stay on top of my tasks, make sure that I am meeting my deadlines, and hold me accountable for the things that I have not completed, as well as other employees.
Excellent tool for small-mid size NGO
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to customize. I am not such a tech person but I was able to quickly learn how to use the system, how to build boards, and how to do automations.Compared to salesforce that I have used before, the ability to customize was a world of difference.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some programs we use that i did not manage to integrate with Monday. I know its possible but its expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration and organization within our team. We are also using it as a crm and that is solving a lot of problems about tracking clients (donors in our case) and having better data on them.

What do you like best about the product?
Keeps projects in view and well organized for all team members. Honestly, an invaluable tool, couldn't work without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The program eats up a lot of RAM on a browser, had to switch to using the app instead.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's great at viewing all our projects at a glance and also great at generating reports for management.

How user-friendly it is for all computer user levels.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because it is a web-based program, security could be an issue for sensitive information.

helps to organize the company workflow load and keep track of every team member's workflow and stats

Sometimes, options are limited. Probably adding more design options would be better.

I like Monday to create boards to control activities and follow up

the only thing is there aren't whole Excel features and you can't undo sometimes

Have the information online and share it with the team in real-time. Also, take control of all projects and manage with a Gantt chart
OH WHAT A PROGRAM!!
What do you like best about the product?
Having all the official information that business contains at my fingertip and the convenience of it being all in one program is absolutely out of this world. This program was the best thing a company could have when I found it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything about the program that I do not like or would change

Being able to keep all my lodgers information in one spot. Now all I have to do is pull monday.com up, and every bit of information is right there; no more looking all over the place.

Complete and Simple to use platform
What do you like best about the product?
There are many helpful things about Monday.com. It is straightforward and effortless to use and implement. The dashboard graphics are excellent, and connecting and automating the whole organization was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The help desk is very responsive, but it takes some time to escalate to a higher-level technician when they have to handle a difficult situation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Projects follow-up and tracking, Team engagement and communication. Clients' communication and follow-up. Sales tracking, Company budgeting, Projections and others.
The best app for teams
What do you like best about the product?
monday has been a crucial tool in determining and organizing all the work we have as a team. Thanks to all the options that the platform offers us, we have been able to improve our delivery times and optimize many processes that made us slow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have a little more space when connecting external apps, this would help us to control notifications and other work systems that we have with us in the company

It helps me a lot to be organized and that my team has its tasks up to date and in order. If it weren't for monday I think you would be very disorganized and unruly
