What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is best work OS to align team and work in organisation with ease. It provides real time notifications across teams and organisation which helps in to manage and complete tasks easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday.com is so much ahead of its competitors but has so much confusing pricing per seat and it requires three seats for paid plans. It has only trial period of just 14 days.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Monday.com for every task within our organization from planning, organizing and tracking projects within team to timeline deadlines to complete those assigned tasks to the team.

What do you like best about the product?
The thing that most attracts me about monday is the layout, how everything is integrated and especially the way the software behaves, being a true example of lego, where you can manage several flows and see them fit together and interconnect in a smart way.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my use case, the only thing that I don't like about monday is the very little possibility of automations, only with formulas, we can't have many visibilities besides the view of "my work" being very minimal, not being able to add more status columns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday solves all the company's internal communication problem, making everything more fluid and simple, bringing the simplicity and ease of bringing all the best into the software, optimizing flows and of course always notifying those responsible so that their tasks do not fall through into oblivion.

What do you like best about the product?
monday.com provides many dashboards that we can create for clients. It gives a number of options you can create a timeline view, workload, and Gantt chart to easily represent your data/records.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes its automation takes time to complete. In the workload view, we can only select the status column and In pivot, there is no filter to exclude the null values.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the help of monday.com activity log we can easily track the activity of each board separately. Key features of monday.com are automation and integration.By using automation you can notify people and so many things you can do according to your requirement. Integration helps you to connect with the other tool.

What do you like best about the product?
In my opinion, monday.com is the best platform to manage my project as well as I use in my daily life routine. Its notification system is too accurate to help my training should be disciplined with monday.com.

Somewhat changes need to do like on the UI part; I feel some themes should be changed

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
According to the client, problems occur when I do the project as project management activities need to be mapped on Monday.com. Risk management, change management, and workload management is excellently handled by monday.com and really benefit my project and my daily life.

What do you like best about the product?
We like Monday for its practicality in organizing the company's incident routine.
What do you dislike about the product?
We miss a detailed part of complete documentation and diagram and flowchart plugins that are not paid.

The tool lets me organize our development routine and, together with KanBan, assists in the visualization of the cards.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday.com is an excellent tool for work management, CRM, and marketing tools and Has the best UI - user-friendly environment. It was easy to use, handle project management workflow, and integrate with other tools like JIRA, Asana, etc. We have migrated data from one platform to another, such as data cloud migration for JIRA to the monday.com platform and Asana to the monday.com platform. monday.com have an excellent visual presentation of the board, i.e., a dashboard like a card view, kanban, chart, workload, calendar etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is a great project management tool, we currently use it as a way to collaborate and organize all of our external-facing communications. It helps us track what was said, keep it all in 1 place (instead of various emails), and organize all of our thoughts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday.com could do a better job of helping connect related pulses when there are multiple around the same topic. Also, a small item, but being able to put bullets in a reply on a pulse would be very very helpful to me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com helps solve the problem of having too many email threads and historical context that gets lost in a particular person's inbox. It provides visibility for the whole team, allows people to jump in and out of the conversation as needed, and saves all of that historical context so if/when someone leaves the team or moves to a different project, it doesn't just get lost in the email history.
