What do you like best about the product?
You can customise the boards to create unique workflows and send emails directly from the boards.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! If anything, I need to watch more of the training videos in order to utilise the platform fully.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is creating insight into all of our team processes and allowing us to make data-informed decisions

What do you like best about the product?
I like Monday.com's dashboard and how I am able to gain complete visibility and control over all of our project data, right from the dashboard. The ability to run project reports, track progress of all project aspects , create project summaries , ensures that we have adequate data at our fingertips, when making project related decision across all levels of my company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday.com excels in all areas as a project management tool but falters in the area of chat based communication. Despite offering a variety of collaboration tools, Monday .com does not support person to person chat or group chat.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Within my team, we leverage Monday.com as the project management tool of choice for facilitating task allocation, collecting data via forms, exchanging files, and streamlining the flow of information across all components of our projects.

What do you like best about the product?
There are tons of templates and customizable options with Monday.com. We are able to build our boards and workflows custom to our organization and needs. We did some brief research before choosing Monday but searching around to other comparable options, the features on Monday.com are superior.
What do you dislike about the product?
The hardest part about Monday is learning and getting it all connected. There were times it became overwhelming because there are so many options and methods to use it. You have to take a step back and decide what is the best way to build it for your organization as hiring a professional is costly!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has allowed us to efficiently collaborate as a team and have all projects and items we are working on in one organized place. We have become more efficient and organized!!!

What do you like best about the product?
Monday gives me the ability to keep my department organized. I love having the ability to make different boards with tasks and sub-tasks for each team member. Setting deadlines and the review process is super easy. I also love that we can mark a task complete and use automations to alert the sales team. I also like that I can name my lables and color code them. Great tool!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could see all notes without opening the task, maybe in a scrolling form or a larger box to be able to read. It is not a game changer but a wish list item.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamline the marketing department workflow. It gives me the ability to add a marketing request to a list and prioritize quickly. I can add ideas as they come up vs. using a notebook and losing them.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday has been a great tool to help my company manage multiple projects across different teams in a one stop shop.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only dislike at the moment, which could very well be user error, is I have not found a seamless way to update the "people" column from 1 team member to another. It seems I need to remove them, then add the new person one by one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We work with multiple customers, all receiving different types of services. Monday helps us better manage our customers across other teams. We can also easily collaborate with one another from within the app on specific tasks, which is also very beneficial.

It also is simple to make a complex project easier to view with the open and close feature of each stage

What do you like best about the product?
At my organization, we wear many hats. Monday has helped us streamline our tasks and processes. It also allows us visibility into what progress has been made on each task. Monday has become essential for our job.

Furthermore, the automations make it easy to close tasks and setup reminders for when things are due.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday doesn't have many downsides. For our team, lack of utilization by all staff has been the biggest challenge. The large number of integrations and automation make it otherwise easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps us better collaborate on projects across our marketing department, and log all of the work we do so that stakeholders have a full view of the volume of support we provide to our franchise network.

What do you like best about the product?
It is incredible the amount of things you can do with Monday.com. It has revolutionized the way we do business. It does the work of 1-2 full-time employees at a reasonable price.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some issues with platform stability. Since we rely so heavily on Monday.com it is definitely rough when there having issues. If they can figure this out, I would have no complaints!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to do so much more than we thought possible. It makes a significant impact on our level of professionalism and communication. I am glad that we discovered this awesome product!
