Effortless Task Tracking and Time Management

What do you like best about the product?
I love monday Work Management's ease of use. I enjoy how you can set certain tasks in different colors and set due dates, which helps them move along through the path. The initial setup was very easy.

I use monday Work Management to solve time management issues.

Flexible Tools That Easily Customize to Your Needs

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to use the tools to customise to your own personal needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any real dislikes on this product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us organise our internal task systems between different staff better than we have been able to in the past. We still need to work on using the tool better but it has still helped us improve.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the connection between boards, and also the integration it has with other apps. That makes it easy to do things and stay organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a little while to show all the information, and sometimes it’s slow. Also, having several columns is stressful; it feels like the view is designed to check only some of the information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having all the information in one place, assigning tasks to the team, and receiving email notifications helps everyone stay aware of the status, and it improves collaboration.

What is our primary use case?

My main use case for monday.com is organizing ourselves as a company and as an organization, but we also use it for clients as well, embedding it into clients' ecosystems.

A specific example of how I used monday.com with a client is when they had a lot of paperwork they needed to do across many different systems. We used monday.com to integrate it, streamline it all into one place, and then automate many parts of that system, which they were very pleased with.

How has it helped my organization?

monday.com has positively impacted my organization by making things more efficient. For example, we used it to review applications, and having applications all in one place made things very convenient.

Regarding the efficiency gains, saving time was the significant benefit.

What is most valuable?

The best features monday.com offers include automation, which is really excellent and made things very easy to use.

In terms of features, integrations were very useful, and dashboards were also very good for sharing information across different parties.

What needs improvement?

I think monday.com could be improved by being more flexible at times.

For needed improvements, I believe there were sometimes use cases that we could not do easily because the system was rather fixed in its approach.

There are no other improvements needed that I have not mentioned; there are no other pain points or limitations I experienced.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using monday.com for almost all of it, from probably about six months in.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

monday.com is stable; I have not experienced any outages or reliability issues.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

Regarding scalability, monday.com is easy to scale up as my needs change.

How are customer service and support?

The customer support from monday.com is very good; when we set it up, we had someone from monday.com help us and it was brilliant.

I would rate the customer support on a scale of one to ten as a ten.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

Before monday.com, I am not certain we had a solution in the same way; I think it would have just been very manual before that.

How was the initial setup?

My experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing included licensing being somewhat challenging, having to choose which users we had and such things, but other than that, it was all good.

What about the implementation team?

The customer support from monday.com is very good; when we set it up, we had someone from monday.com help us and it was brilliant.

What was our ROI?

I have not seen a direct return on investment with monday.com; we were a charity and were getting it for free, but there were obviously savings. I just cannot quantify them.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

I did not evaluate other options before choosing monday.com.

What other advice do I have?

I would rate monday.com eight out of ten.

I give it an eight out of ten because it was very good overall and very helpful, but a few things in terms of being more flexible would have made things even better.

My advice to others looking into using monday.com is to go for it; it is really good software.

I have no additional thoughts about monday.com before we wrap up.

Centralized Management with Quick Setup

What do you like best about the product?
I love the platform because I can create different boards and connect them. The ability to upload files and the great AI component are standout features for me. I also like that I can create tables to use every day or just for quick analysis. The components help me have a broader view across our employees and business, or allow me to drill down into specific client details. I find it valuable to pinpoint a client's location on a map and check their time zone, which is useful since we book a lot of travel. Additionally, uploading travel documents for flights or rental cars is a feature I really appreciate.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mirroring column feature – I wish I could just connect the board one time and then choose multiple columns to mirror.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday Work Management provides a central location for details, helping us stay on track in our rapidly changing business. It has improved our collaboration compared to using spreadsheets, email, and meetings.

Monday Keeps My Deals and Tasks Organized in One Clean, Easy View

What do you like best about the product?
As an Account Executive, Monday helps me organize all of my deals and daily tasks. I schedule reminders for myself, track notes, and love that I can see a snapshot of everything I'm working on, all in one place. It's a clean easy to digest view and a million times better than the spreadsheet I was previously trying to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly for what I'm using it for, there isn't anything that isn't working for me. I do feel like I'm underutilizing the potential of the platform but I don't think I'm using it in the most common way and so I don't know what I should be adding or refining.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday help me organize all of my deals and track my progress. I had no way to organize all of the projects I was working on before and it's impossible to manage everything from your inbox. Monday provides me a place to track my notes, update progress and see how I'm tracking towards my quota. I can open my board and see a snapshot of everything in 30 seconds.

Monday is easy to use, highly customizable and extremely efficient making workflows smooth, accessible and easy

Nothing however there could be better integration with CRM platforms and more templates especially for budgeting

Monday provides a centralized location for all project management so that teams don't have to use multiple other locations to store and track progress. It also allows me to customize my boards to my needs to oversee so many aspects of my process and see team performance, project performance, efficiency, and do reporting all in one space.

Highly Customizable, Perfect for Task Management

What do you like best about the product?
I like that monday Work Management is customizable for all my work tasks, such as reports, fieldwork, and data management. It helps in managing my time, telling me what I need to do and for how long, as well as showing who else is working on the same projects and their specific tasks. I also like that we use it to request vacation days, which helps us know who is on vacation and when.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a detail, but I wish that the sorting button would recognize numbers. For example, if my titles in a table are titled from 1 to 11, it will only sort based on the first digit, so that 11 will appear before 2. The sorting button should be able to recognize at least 3 digit numbers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday Work Management helps manage my time by showing what tasks I need to do and who works on projects with me. The customization is great for tracking responsibilities, and it lets us know who is on vacation.

What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility on the whole is really useful and it has been great to help organise work management across members of the team
What do you dislike about the product?
As far as I am aware I would like better interconnectivity between boards and a bit more variation on automation

Making sure that across the team we know what work is on and who is doing what so that work can easily be picked up and also it is really useful for time and resource planning.
