Monday makes work easier
What do you like best about the product?
Organization and widgets for quick glances at status and KPIs
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little slow to load for larger boards. I wish the widget limit per dashboard were higher
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday really helps to manage varied tasks and projects across multiple workflows, and provides great widgets/charts to easily digest large amounts of data

A solid project organization tool
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is highly intuitive, which is essential for the individuals I bring onto our projects. They need to hit the ground running, and with the platform being simple and easy to grasp, we are usually able to do just that.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the amount of tasks we have can look overwhelming to our clients, I wish there were more ways to show them the progress they've made in an organized fashion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can display all the tasks required for our project in one place. We can also host resources for those tasks. This helps our project stay on track with deadlines, and let our clients be more self sufficent.
Super User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com keeps all of our stakeholders organized and in sync - employees, contractors, and clients. Our projects are vastly different, but the opportunity to tailor each board to our precise needs makes it easy for us to keep everything all on Monday. No need for spreadsheets! Whenever I've run into a problem, the help desk has been super responsive. Our daily use of Monday keeps us running like a well-oiled machine - we'd be lost without it! We've tried a few other platforms, but this is the one we're all in agreement over. Recommend!
What do you dislike about the product?
Duplicating a series of boards sometimes requires some manual tweaking to get them ready to deploy, which can be time consuming, depending on the project and stakeholders who will use the board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeps us all organized and on the same page!
Monday.com keeps me relaxed at work
What do you like best about the product?
I'm a visual worker, I also live off lists. Monday.com makes it so easy to drop my thoughts into monday lists as tasks, orgainze them and act effeciently. Moving tasks into the complete group not only makes me feel like im getting things accomplished, it acts as a record for weather or not a task was completed and keeps me honest with my teams.
For team dashboards, gives me piece of mind knowing the projects/activiteis I'm collaborating on are progressing, helps centralize communications on work being done/needing to be done and avoids unnecessary follow ups that no one wants to get (unless you need a reminder like I do from time to time) but work tracked in monday removes that burden

What do you dislike about the product?
As I was writing this review I was thinking about how my pinned monday.com tab soemtimes gets lost in the chaos and how having it live as an app on my desktop would make life easier... I Just found the desktop version in the app store.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I get requests throughout the day that if not actioned immediately or organized in some way, would either get lost or throw me off my rythem. Lets me stay focused on priority tasks and stay effecient.
Also helps me know how requests are progressing, feel calm knowing things are moving along without disturbing teammates or lets me know when things need to be escelated

Systemic Integrations = Seamless Operations
What do you like best about the product?
Monday keeps us organized, and it can do so much! We're an agency and have a pretty complex setup. We run boards for all of our clients. Everything works the same but can still be customized. A few clicks and our entire team has everything they need to complete tasks, no matter who it's for. And we can easily notify the client when their projects are ready.
What do you dislike about the product?
If an automation doesn't trigger, for whatever reason, there's no way to know without triple-checking. Sometimes, we find out days or weeks later and are then behind the eight ball. This is fairly rare, but I couldn't think of anything else.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're an international team in 4 different time zones so keeping all the data and resources in one central place is super helpful. Monday allows us to integrate notifications, task assignment, client updates, communications, file management, progress tracking, review processes, and probably more that I'm forgetting. No more limiting spreadsheets, no endless Gdrive tunnels.
Fun and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I like how user friendly it is and the interface. It is something I use everyday and it helps keep me on top of my workflow

For what I use it for, I have no complaints. I think the integration with our system may need to be changed/updated.

It puts everything I need to keep my eyes on in one place. It makes it easy to track and to also go back and look at old projects.
Easy to use, adoption is simple
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use Monday. Any Team members we have added have been up and running in a matter of days, which is so hard to do with many softwares. Integration with our automation tools is easy, Monday gives us a lot of flexibility as to the data we can work with.

I haven't run into very many negatives with Monday, everything has been great so far

Monday allows our team to have visibility into everyone's workload and gives me the ability to delegate projects effectively.

I wish all our employees had edit access, but cost is certainly a factor in that.

Monday.com helps me solve a variety of business problems, helping to streamline operations, improve collaboration, and enhance productivity. In particular, project management, task management, and team collaboration!
Great platform for organizing
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is a great way to bring your to-do list to life! the ability to easily track projects, status etc has made life so much easier!
What do you dislike about the product?
There's so many features that I want to get to I just haven't had the time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me keep track of my team's invoices.
Keeps me and my team on task for current assignments & allows for collaboration with clients.

I really enjoy the my work feature Monday has to offer. I also like the fact we can now organize that section by due date/tabs rather than just in order of date. I also like how easy it is to search for things within Monday.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful thing about monday is that I wished people would be alerted when they miss a due date on things. I also dislike that if I view a notification on my phones lock screen, it goes away on my desk top and makes it difficult to find where that comment took place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has helped in orgainzing my teams work structure. This has benefited me by knowing who is assigned to what task and keep record of what we have done on past projects, especially if a client is passed along to someone else on our team.
