Great for tracking tasks and time in our teams with automations that make management easier.
What do you like best about the product?
The time tracking and automations really make it easy to track client retainer time used. It was also easy to migrate from basecamp with some guidence from support and was a breeze to integrate into our normal workflow and is something I use lots throughout the day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Adding manual time can be a little clinky and hit and miss sometimes. I dont need to always set a date for time, just log hours.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has made tracking client retainer times so much easer and gives us solid data on how much time has been used when it comes to quarterly retainer reviews.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the way that work management can be used for a number of features inc project management, Assist management, Employee resource management. I was introuduce to the product as part of my companys migration from one business to another. At the time I didnt like Monday.com due to lack of understanding and training in a very stressfull situation. Last year my boss tasked me with becoming the Monday.com expert for our business. This was the start of my transformation to a Monday.com lover. I am so happy with the ease of use in setting up a number of different boards across muiltiple departments. I am now in the process of rolling out Monday.com Work Management out across the rest of the business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I find the notification to be to many causing the wider network to turn off to them and almost automatically delete them. Myself inclueded.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We didnt have a IT service desk after our migration I used work management to create one from scratch. The rest of the business uses work management for projects and task management. We are currently working on a customer issues log so we can track this accoss multi departments
Great tool for project management in a team
What do you like best about the product?
I find Monday particularly helpful for organizing projects and tasks. The good overview and structure of the individual boards always helps to quickly see which tasks are important.
Both simple and complex board structures can be set up quite easily. So it's up to you how easy it is to work with the tool in the end.
There are also many automation options and connections for almost all other relevant tools.
Customer support is always great and helping very fast.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would personally structure the “My Work” area and the start page differently and I really miss the full flexibility of the columns to be displayed. It would be great if, for example, the start page could be structured a little more individually.

Coordination within our internal team and with customers is super easy and intuitive with Monday. It's great for assigning tasks, planning projects and simplifying workflows.

What I like best about Monday Work Management is its intuitive and customizable interface, which makes it incredibly easy to adapt to both team and personal workflows. The ability to integrate various tools and automate repetitive tasks saves time and increases efficiency. Additionally, its flexibility allows me to use it for personal projects, making it a versatile solution for managing both work and life.
What do you dislike about the product?
The first improvement that comes to mind is the ability to add my clients to a board with restricted access. It would be great if they could receive updates via email or SMS without needing to create a Monday account. Additionally, I would like to have control over what they can see, ensuring that sensitive details like my margins or production processes remain hidden. This would make it easier to keep clients informed while maintaining confidentiality.

The UX is simple and easy to use which encouages me to use it on a daily business :)

I wish it showed you deadlines more, so they can't be missed. A gentle reminder would be helpful.

It works as my visual diary showing me my work load for the week and what deadlines to work to. It helps me not feel overwhelmed.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is like having a personal assistant - there to remind you, automate for you and make your teams more efficient. The best part of my personal experience is how well the team get back to you to assit with your requests and often they build new features based on the request.
What do you dislike about the product?
Recently I worry about the lack of expert focus as they grow rapidly and expand their service offerings. I asked an expert a simple question they couldnt answer.

The UI is very good for work management. It's also very flexible and I like the automations.

Too slow for enterprise or allows too much freedom for people who don't know how to organize stuff.

I am frequently using Monday.com from last 2 years and i found this iis helping me a lot in managing my work.It's very easy to use, very easy to impliment and etc.

it dosent have the ability to export the data in the exsiting table. It creates a new table everytime.

I am using this for managing the assets record in monday.com.
Streamlined workflow; ease of colleague collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Workflows are streamlined making it easy to keep track of projects and make progress. Ability to assign tasks to collegues and communicate about status maximizes efficiency. Ability to label projects in terms of importance/urgency.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you're not careful, you can be sucked into analysis paralysis in terms of organizing projects, but this isn't unique to Monday Work Management software.
