All projects management in small company.

What do you like best about the product?
I like really much, the layout, which is very clean and all the projects are clearly visible.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is quite expensive and there is no many integrations with other apps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us to solve problem with too many projects in 1 moment, which is really confusing when 6 people need to work on that projects simuntainsly.

What do you like best about the product?
Our non-profit been using Monday.com for several years to keep our projects organized and our team on the same page. The platform is intuitive, highly customizable, and has made our workflows much smoother. Overall, we’re very happy with Monday.com and would recommend it to other teams looking for a flexible project management tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s a bit of a learning curve, and we could probably get even more out of the tool if we invested more time in learning and implementing its additional features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's keeping our team on the same page and up to date.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to manage everything in one place and see my team's entire work summary on a dashboard
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the system is slow and takes time to refresh data
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Possibility to enter orders on a daily basis and then transfer them to accounting to make charges and then at the end see the total sales turnover and profits
This means that I can work on this platform with several interfaces in our organization on the same system and see things progress while working

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to create and easy track customers, projects and enquiries.
Have found it very beneficial to have all info online and off paper. No missing jobs, all info recorded. Easy to access.
What do you dislike about the product?
Price keeps going up in different brackets. Would be more fair if it went up as a cost per user rather than in groups - you may only need one more user but you're paying for an up to greater amount. This doesn't help small businesses.

General workflow management.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is most helpful in tracking tasking, receiving forms, and keeping team members on the same page. My team and I check our Monday.com boards everyday. We receive forms from our clients weekly. After learning the system basics, it is easy to get started. I am sure that there is much more that the system can do for people who take the time to learn it more in depth.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of working with Monday.com is the need to use third party plugins for functions that should really be built in to the system. Finding, setting up, and managing plug-ins can be time consuming and frustrating when they don't end up working they way they are supposed to, but that is thankfully less often than not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Task and project management is the main benefit for us, however creating and receiving forms is also super useful.

What do you like best about the product?
I LIKE THAT WE CAN HAVE MANY BOARDS, WITH DIFFERENT INFORMATION AND THE ORDER OF EACH ONE IS DIFFERENT. I LOVE THAT WE CAN CUSTOMIZE EACH OF THE BOARDS ACCORDING TO OUR NEEDS.

Reliable Solution to manage your business

What do you like best about the product?
monday Work Management stands out for its reliability, which is critical when managing multiple projects and timelines. Its intuitive design makes it incredibly easy to learn and use. The interface is clean, logical, and doesn't require a steep learning curve. One of the biggest advantages is how quickly it becomes second nature.

I also appreciate how the platform continually evolves, regularly releasing new features that are actually useful and well-integrated. The community support is another major plus; it’s active, helpful, and filled with real use-case tips that enhance how we use the platform. Overall, it’s a robust and flexible tool that adapts well to our team’s changing needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
High costs for features like automation. I only need it for a couple of users but have to upgrade everyone. (I havent double checked that in years).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps the teams organized and able to communicate easily across all team level.

What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been using Monday.com for 2 years now, mostly for content planning with my superior. I really appreciate how simple and clean the platform is. It’s easy to create boards, assign tasks, and keep everything organized without needing a long learning curve.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s not much I dislike, to be honest. I haven’t explored the more advanced features because our workflow is pretty straightforward. Some of those features might be overkill for users like me who only need basic planning tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday Work Management helps us stay organized and aligned when planning and tracking content. It solves the problem of scattered ideas and unclear timelines by giving us one shared space to map out tasks, deadlines, and updates. It’s especially helpful for working closely with my superior, since everything is visible and easy to manage in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
At-a-glance status by projects and sub-stages, that is fully customisable depending on the level of view/overview that you are looking for. Identifies projects or steps that are overdue, links across projects, and we have integrated our supply chain management such that project level invoicing is controlled by Monday.com and easy to identify any missed or overdue invoices etc and monitoring project and supplier costs in a far easier way than before
What do you dislike about the product?
Depending on the board set up, knowing how the integration is going to work can be tricky / takes a little time for the team to get used to if this is a new process... but the results have been worth the set up effort for sure, and we are now migrating more processes over

Project flows for individual prjects, project workload by team member, project costs by project and account and supplier, project status, gant chart, workflow administration, general admin, supplier spends, OKRs process management
