What do you like best about the product?
Very comprehensive and flexible, gives a lot of options for customizing

It is quite flexible, but it can soon get very overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for marketing team task managment, expecially for Social media calendar approval process. It is great for this.

What do you like best about the product?
The possibility of developing projects within Monday is its biggest differentiator. The freedom to create and adapt boards according to the needs of the team and client allows production to be assertive and fast, impacting the entire flow and production time. In addition to allowing continuous improvements.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest negative point is the instability, on busy days having Monday down, or without automations or notifications working becomes a problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With monday we can concentrate applicants and those responsible in the same tool, in addition to standardizing tables and briefings, using forms and monitoring the entire production phases of a project from entry to completion.

What do you like best about the product?
Appreciate that even customers with no prior expertise with project management software quickly become accustomed to its user-friendly layout. Gantt charts let us organize our events and content releases, creating comprehensive timelines. Having a detailed record of the status of tickets is very helpful in managing both internal and external incidents. We can better tailor our services and our invoicing by keeping track of the time we spend with each client.
What do you dislike about the product?
AI-based suggestions. We expected more advanced AI that could deliver predictive insights or more appropriate recommendations to optimize our operations, but often seeming generic
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has made a big impact in organizing the logistics of our sporting events. Every event is now planned with greater organization, meticulous logistics, and up-to-date staff and equipment availability. Customizable dashboards also provide us a better understanding of each project's status.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has been a game-changer for my team’s organization and productivity. It empowers us to plan effectively, track goals, and stay on top of critical tasks. The platform’s intuitive interface allows me to set deadlines, view tasks by date on the ‘My Work’ page, and even tag colleagues for seamless communication.
I like that we have different dashboards for different projects so we can keep track of each one without getting confused. We also have deadlines and status on every activity, all of which are easy to change or update.
The mobile app keeps me connected wherever I am. Overall, monday.com’s AI integration and automation enhance our workflow. While I haven’t needed customer support yet, I’m confident they’d be responsive and helpful if any issues arise.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there are a few areas for improvement. First, the limited automations across multiple boards can be restrictive. Additionally, having a dedicated desktop app (in addition to the web version) would enhance the user experience. I’d also appreciate more detailed team activity reports, customizable colors, and personalized profiles. The ability to create groups for focused communication would be a valuable addition as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has rescued our team from disorganization. Previously, tasks dragged on indefinitely, but now, with clear deadlines established, we’re all aware of project timelines. The platform fosters collaboration—we understand each other’s work and support shared goals. Instant notifications keep communication seamless, and our weekly team meetings ensure alignment on every project. Thanks to Monday.com, we’re all working together toward successful outcomes.

What do you like best about the product?
The capability to automate with others applications and integrations. And the different features on the tables created.
The customer support is fast to answer.

It's missing the form feature integrated and features to share easily for viewers without paied account.

What do you like best about the product?
It provides 100% customization and is sufficiently flexible to meet our demands for tracking and working together. The platform includes articles and instructional videos that give our team extra help in swiftly acclimating to new capabilities. It enables us to export data to other systems and maintain thorough records for our research endeavors. It is easy to track and update views, such as Kanban and calendar views.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Monday.com mobile app needs work, as it is sometimes confusing to make quick updates or access comprehensive information while on the go.

Every member of our team has access to the most recent data due to Monday.com. Our inventory has been more effectively managed, and we can quickly provide comprehensive reports that make it easier for us to submit regulatory filings and provide updates to our partners.

What do you like best about the product?
We find messaging threads within tasks to be quite useful, and the subcategories facilitate contextual conversations and project organization. It is easy to plan and fulfill deadlines when tasks are able to be reviewed by date. We maintain focus on medium- and long-term objectives by using OKR tracking. Lastly, Monday.com offers public and private dashboards that are flexible enough based on the requirements of each project.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are occasionally little visual issues with the Mac desktop version that may interfere with the user experience; however, these issues are quickly resolved through updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can more effectively coordinate our work and match the goals of the client with our IT project plans thanks to Monday.com. Because of the software's clear job visibility, we have been able to create network infrastructure management systems for corporate clients with accuracy and timeliness.

If a doc is embedded in a board I have to click into the board to retrieve the doc instead of just being able to favorite the doc into my side bar.
