Great UI but limited capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the UI Is simple enough to share with people who don't use the product daily. From a visual perspective, it makes organzing notes and tasks pretty simple
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday.com doesn't feel as smart as some of the other tools I see on the market like Airtable. It's pretty easy for things to get out of control and challenging to connect between pages/tables

Shared task boards and notetaking

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and set up. Multiple users are allowed. The price is ok.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not what we expected or needed from a collaborative platform, it's a pretty simple to-do list. We kept searching for a better fit, as we needed advanced options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps tasks in order
It’s quite expensive for personal use

I love the amount of color the UI had and the animations in place that happen when you complete tasks
What do you dislike about the product?
I use it to manage personal talks. The 3 seat minimum is a major factor in me not recommending it to friends for personal use
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to manage tasks in my personal life. Things such as to do lists, fitness planning, and bills.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use for simple projects and startup time is minimal. Adding users is a breeze. Basic projects are great on this platform and add new projects is also a breeze. Love the simple email integration for project management - this feature alone is why I continue to use this product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Now the bad stuff. If you use this as a project management tool - like MS Project- you will find this one feature extremely annoying as it really limits what can be managed as one project. Monday allows you to have multiple workspaces. Each workspace allows you to have multiple projects below it. I use the project level under the workspace to manage a single project. Unforutnately, under the single project, you can only create one subset under each topic. This is massively limiting. I have been meaning to send Monday a request to change this. I can't imagine this would be difficult, but it makes me think that the developers are not using their product. Maybe I'm using it for the wrong application, but this is what I'm stuck with.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to manage projects and give visbility to everyone who needs access within the company. It does help with dissemination of information and keeping everyone updated, but some users find it hard to find the information.
