What do you like best about the product?
I like the structure and organizational nature of monday Work Management. The functions of the boards, groups, and tasks help me visualize the project and keep monthly, weekly, and daily tasks organized, which is especially useful for long projects. Additionally, the initial setup was super easy. I'd rate it 10/10.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface has some glitches/lags. Sometimes tasks populate oddly & are hard to use. Also the calendar often is awkward to use. Calendar should appear above the task always - not below the fold.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday Work Management for organizing project workflows, keeping notes, managing team communications, uploading files, and handling project timelines.

I like the ease of use, color coding, assigning tasks, and the ability to add custom labels. These features make it easy to organize and clearly mark status and health. The initial setup was very straightforward.

I wish the scroll bars on the side nav were a bit bigger and easier to click on and use

It's easy to use and user-friendly. It provides a clear high level view of project progress, making it easy to see what is on track, what is stuck, and who is responsible for work. It also automates repetitive tasks, reducing manual data entry and human error.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no 'undo' button in the app. I'd like to revert changes directly from the activity log, as the current way to track changes isn't sufficient. A more robust version history for boards would be useful so that it can restore a previous state if multiple mistakes happen at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday Work Management for project tracking, centralizing communication, and resource management. It provides a clear view of project progress and automates repetitive tasks, reducing manual data entry and errors.

It’s ideal for keeping everything organized and provides an instant overview of project status. I can easily view all tasks, and the information is managed smoothly in one place. It also offers a wide range of resources, which helps me track every aspect of a project clearly and consistently.

The platform perfectly meets our needs, I'm hard-pressed to find anything to criticize. My overall experience with the software has been very positive.

We use it as a data collection tool, and it has made it much easier to track the time spent on each project. It keeps an accurate record of time and includes useful extensions for logging it as we work. Overall, it also makes it easy for us to monitor performance across all of our projects.

It also has AI capabilities that can summarize various tasks and emails for reporting purposes. The setup was pretty easy, thanks to the available prompts and tutorials on monday.com, which made it easier for me to do it on my own. I also like that I can integrate Outlook into monday Work Management, allowing me to place emails in an organized manner. It cuts out a lot of manual work, which is amazing. Monday Work Management is a great resource when it comes to project management, especially for tracking insights and data, like the competitive intel we receive from our regions. It’s a great tool for tracking and assigning different tasks to people, keeping everything aligned in one area.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it still needs improvement when it comes to using AI to analyze months’ worth of data. If it could handle something along those lines more effectively, that would be amazing.

Some features feel a bit overwhelming at first and the pricing can get expensive as you scale. Some features are limited unless you upgrade to a higher pricing tier. Customizing workflows and automations took some trial and error at first.

I've been using Monday for over 10 years, which made the implementation super easy for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to be able to use multi cell formulas with conditional values. By adding a column type that allows us to select rows and values from a specific row or multiple rows and process that information.

It's a one-stop shop, allowing me to communicate with vendors and COs in one platform and send emails without having to jump between different platforms. This integration is great because it keeps everything organized, making it a command center for my business. It compresses my time frame, reducing tasks that used to take about an hour down to thirty minutes, effectively cutting my time in half.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have to be honest, when it comes to the integrations, especially for automation, I'm not too knowledgeable about it. I'm very tech-savvy, but to a certain point. I'll have to hire somebody to set that part up. So I feel like I'm not utilizing that part of Monday Work Management, which I actually can benefit from.

monday Work Management keeps my federal contracting business organized, serving as a command center. It's a versatile, one-stop shop that cuts task completion time in half. It helps in articulating to vendors and COs without jumping between platforms, unlike Google Sheets, which was time-consuming and unorganized.
