Monday has been the best thing to ever happen for my workspace.
What do you like best about the product?
It is so easy to stay organized and on top of dates. Monday is intuitive and easy to use, I also love how many integration options offered.
What do you dislike about the product?
How long it takes to mirror columns if a board has already been created with many columns
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Transparency, time management, reporting.
Easy collaboration tool
What do you like best about the product?
How easy to navigate! I liked most the conversation section, which allows uploading files (very easy, like drag & drop), and all activity log is very useful to see all changes done on that particular task.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, just one thing. It doesn't allow adding a brief description of the task. You only have the option to add the title of the task. This doesn't help outside vendors to get more ideas about the task. I wish they could add the section.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Monday.com -- most of the communications regarding a task were through emails. A lot of back & forth. We hated that. Monday.com has solved that issue, and now it is easier to keep track of projects and tasks related to it.
Our laboratory projects are better organized now with Monday.com
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that we can have multiple projects with the deadlines. This helps me make sure we are reaching the different targets for each project.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly do not have anything to mention regarding disliking it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficiency. Definitely with monday.com our group is more efficient because we can check which projects need more time and need more effort before their deadlines.
Easy to use and easy to automate
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of moving tasks around and adding labels, notes, and status indicators
What do you dislike about the product?
It can feel a little jumbled, I wish there was a way to alternate the UI to be vertical or horizontal at any time on a desktop (I.e. columns vs rows)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Completely organized now with tasks and planning management as well as campaigns. Ideas are logged and future actions are ready to be implemented thanks to Monday

Monday.com has changed the way I go about my job for the better
What do you like best about the product?
Great for keeping track of of our operations and bookings. I also use it as a task manager and can see what I complete and have yet to complete each week.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have access to all functions so sometimes have to go through my line manager to make simple/easy changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Work and task management has improved being able to see every element of my job in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to customize for each team's wants and needs. We have greatly enjoyed the ease of use once set up to our liking. The communication, automation, and integrations make this platform stand out to us.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would love to see is adding multiple x-axes for monday.com charts. From my perusing the support and forums on the platform, it seems this is something in development, but this is likely the biggest gatekeeper from us using these to report all metrics. Currently, we only report using charts that work with this formatting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest thing for us was unifying department teams on the same platform. With Monday, we've accomplished that. It's one place where each team has its own space to autonomously and consistently use.
AMAZING ASSET
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to track tasks, and time frames of tasks that our company/ department are working on.
What do you dislike about the product?
The old layout was a little clunky, but I like the new one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
EOD updates; we used to have to message EVERYTHING we did at the end of the day, with Monday.com, our team can just update their specific boards and the entire company/department can see what's going on, and if there are deadlines, we can keep track of them.

What do you like best about the product?
It has everything a company looks for, facilitates understanding and day-to-day tasks of the processes within the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything in Monday is really useful, there is nothing negative to say about Monday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously in the company, we managed our management system on a dead platform since the documents had no life, and from the moment we acquired Monday, the entire format of our management system came to life.
Some Bumps in the Process, Overall Awesome Product
What do you like best about the product?
There's nothing it can't be applied to. Monday.com does anything your business needs. Improving workflows, automation, managing products and campaigns, forms, CRM - whatever you need, they have it. I implemented it for our marketing department, and I am hoping we can show why our whole company should adopt and utilize it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a significant learning curve if you know little to nothing about it. We also experienced a few hiccups in scheduling support and review sessions, so there was a bit of an initial struggle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping to improve our workflows and efficiencies. We haven't even really tapped into its power, but there is already an increase in productivity. The team has been happy with it so far.
