I love the connection with other important apps and platforms. Furthermore, it is super easy to use on computers and cell phones.

Monday is a crucial component of our agency being able to deliver our projects on time. The platform is clear and intuitive. It's also flexible enough to adapt when optimizing our process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the same text editing possibilities on the replies as on the main update. Or a way to choose if I want to have a preview on platforms like YouTube and Vimeo, or just to leave the link.

With Monday.com, I no longer have to worry about the daily issues of keeping track of tasks and projects. It's easy to see at a glance which tasks are assigned to which team members, what the status of each task is, and if there's anything that needs to be addressed or completed. This is especially helpful for projects that involve many people, as everyone knows exactly what their role is and what is expected of them.

Unless everyone at your organization uses Monday, it's not worth it. Wish my entire org used it.

Easily seeing in one place the status of all tasks/projects connected to an OKR/KPI.
Monday is amazing! It's fulfilled my desire for a customizable and easy to use workflow software

Monday.com is helping us organize processes and helping us get everybody on the same page of things happening in the company. Before Monday.com our workflow was lose, inaccurate, not efficient
Monday.com is an effective tool for all kinds of teams, big or small.
What do you like best about the product?
Having a place to track project progress and communicate with teammates outside of back-and-forth email is probably what I most enjoy about Monday. It's also very easy to track and find projects and boards.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would say could be improved is how user-friendly it is. I have people on my team who are not as tech-savvy, and sometimes this is what prevents them from fully utilizing all the features monday has to offer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instead of going back and forth in my inbox with someone about an upcoming campaign, event, or deliverable, I am able to come to one central place to see everything I need. I can track our progress, what barriers or how people are stuck, and I can also link documents and spreadsheets related to the project or board. It's a great accountability tool because I can track progress and how my teammates are communicating and seeing notifications.
Monday.com is a place to add all your thoughts in one place and then organize them into practice.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to export and share with other co-workers.
What do you dislike about the product?
If working in a larger group there are many notifications, so make sure to turn those off in a timely manner.

We have a flexible schedule and this allows everyone to add and see updated details.

It is charged in dollars, which makes it more expensive.
