Great Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Nice, the task organizer helps to keep everything in order. The better option of a spreadsheet always reminds the schedule and helps organize your daily schedule.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, there is nothing that I don't like about Monday. And I would leave it the way it is.

Monday.com for slick process and project management
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is a fantastic tool that we use across many business functions and processes. From to-do lists and task tracking, master data records to end-to-end process management such as talent acquisition to onboarding. Automation makes the whole process so efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can't link items in a way that we'd really benefit from. For example, we'd like to be able to change a status of an item in one board and this changes the status in another board for the same item. Although items can be named the same they're technically different board to board. We'd really benefit from giving items unique identifiers so an 'item' can move through different boards or exist in multiple boards but certain columns can be linked and triggers can change column content based on a look-up. For example 'if status changes in board 1 for item XXX change status in board 2 for item XXX'
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allow our teams to collaborate more effectively and allowing us to create slicker processes around multiple business functions
Monday is best for organizing, event planning, and team updates!
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create personalized spreadsheets and tag team members in updates. It keeps everyone in the loop and makes updating everyone streamlined!
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't duplicate entire workspaces - I have to create workspaces and then use saved templates. While this creates a similar effect, it's more time-consuming vs. recreating the workspace.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving time and organizing all event procedures.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how organized it keeps all of our projects. We typically have 8 home remodels at a time and I am able to keep track of each house easily. I have used their customer support in the past to help me create formulas for boards I was creating and they were extremely helpful. I have told many of my friends/family members about Monday.com and their companies have started using it as well. I am a strong advocate for Monday.com.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would suggest is to be able to personalize columns for individual line items.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has given me different views and tools to take a deeper, more detailed look at our in progress jobs.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has great templates and automations that you can use to really create anything that you need to fit the objectives of your business. My team uses it for project management, CRM, time tracking, dashboarding, and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
What Monday.com could improve upon is better customer support for broken automations. If an automation fails, it should not be on the user to research, provide video evidence, and more to manage the issue. A tech should work with the user 1:1 to faciliate the troubleshooting, solve the error, and take responisiblity to ensure the automation failure will not happen again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is helping my company be transparent with workloads, share action items, project manage, and pull reports for each of these details. We also use it as a timetracking for our consultants. They can tracking their billable hours, billing budgets, and more in the individual dashboards that we have made.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to be and stay organized with Monday. Instead of checking in with people about a project on multiple platforms and responses or files getting lost, Monday keeps everything in one place. The ability to comment on different lines, edit the status, and check in with others on the project is so helpful, it keeps everyone on the same page.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly can't think of anything bad, it syncs with slack which is super handy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping me sane! So many different projects and updates get lost in my notes but the ability to use Monday keeps me so organized and more productive because it makes me less overwhelmed.
Very efficient and not complicated to navigate the Monday system.

All my important information is in one place and very easy to use daily. It has saved me so much time and headaches. All my client's/customer's information is located in one central location. This program has helped my company keep up with daily tasks and information. We are very pleased with the program and highly recommend it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, this is one of the less complicated systems I have ever used. There really isn't anything I don't like about Monday. I am comfortable with how it is now, so there is no need to improve. Better than any other program I have ever used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping all our customers in one spot so other employees can benefit from the information. We can always review all current and past entries when things get hectic. Having it in one central location that is ealiy assesbile is very convenient.

The progress tracking markers are very helpful in completing projects and ensuring my colleagues are getting their tasks done.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I would say I dislike about the platform. However, it would be nice if there was more capabilities around visual components.

It is allowing my team to stay organized and on-task, as well as provides a information storing resource.

What do you like best about the product?
HOW QUICK IT IS TO GET THE CST INFORMATION AND SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT PER THE CUSTOMERS REQUEST.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I do dislike is when customers enter their information and sometimes that information does not appear in our appointment system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It benefits me from having to contact the customer and possibly having that customer not answer so it is easier for them to schedule in their request.
Absolutely LOVE! So easy to manage for new hire trainings!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that our team can set up a training guide on our Monday Board for new hires and it gives them step-by-step how they complete their training, holding them accountable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I truly do not have any complaints about Monday.com. It works extremely well for our work dynamics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problems, at all! Our team LOVES it!
