Monday.Com has been amazing at taking us from an individual centric model to a team centric model.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.Com has helped all our staff have a central place for information and work more collaboratively as a department. We manage over 150 events and services a year, plus dozens of projects, and it helps keep everything straight. We're also starting to dive into using the Forms feature to help expedite and streamline the intake of needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside is the limitations of the software versus the website. You cannot link a file from Google Drive from the software, only via the website. I'm hoping this gets resolved soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've had several staff changes in our department over the last 3 years, and Monday is helping us go from an individual-centric workflow to a department-centric workflow. This helps us organize 150+ events and services a year so we don't miss any details, better serve our internal and external clients, and stay more organized as a staff.

How customizable it is without a steep learning curve

Sometimes when you are dealing with a large amount of information, the program can be slightly glitchy and slow to load

It is allowing me to track our sales data and clients giving us valuable insight and CRM

What do you like best about the product?
The amount of customization is incredible. The flexibility to create my own boards while also using other's templates makes life easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some integrations are missing to organizations I work with such as Planning Center services.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Several problems at once. We are able to cover documents from Hr, to Purchase Orders, to Goal tracking without having to purchase several subscriptions.

Best way to organize you!

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use and organize my thoughts and processes. Not having to waste notebook after notebook of notes has really cleared up my desk. Also helps to keep track of what your team is doing and what step they are on in any project.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not figured out if there is a setting to turn on to get notifications for dates yet. If there is no function, they need to add that. It would make it much easier to stay on top of dead lines. It would be a great way to ensure nothing is missed!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday has kept our team on top of every task in the office. Keeping all of us accountable for our responsibilities. It has made it much easier to know where you are on any job and the next step to take on any process.

Everything is in one place. Assignments, notes and everything you need to know.

At this point, nothing. This is a great application; and I recommend it to all my business contacts.

It's keeping our entire team in line with due dates and upcoming management of our projects.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the UI and how easy it is to use. It helps me organize my day and helps me stay on tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe it's the type of subscription we have but I wish I could create different types of columns per group in each board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to collaborate with my team, track progress, and a great reminder to follow up action items.

Great platform to centralize tasks & plan communications

What do you like best about the product?
Our favorite component about the site is the calendar feature, which we use to plan our upcoming communications for our community forum. It's really helpful to not only note what's coming down the pipeline but to assign it to people & check the status so cleanly within the calendar view. I also love that you can share list/calendars as view-only with non-members.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could have different columns for each group of tasks. I don't love that they all have to be the same, because not every column applies to every group.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving our issue of not having a clean, accessible point of reference for all of our tasks. We have a range of project types, which the Monday groups helps us distinguish.

Monday For The Win

What do you like best about the product?
There are several upsides we've seen by using Monday.com. We have successfully integrated multiple teams in our warehouse using the same programs so we can all be in the know. Our boards make it easy to check shipment dates, track orders, track progress in our warehouse, see what has been completed, and assign people to certain tasks. The notifications work well, and we have also integrated Monday.com into our Slack app where we also receive notifications and can reply. The design of Monday.com is gorgeous, I love being able to customize the boards, colors, files, etc. Monday.Com is now our motherboard for our company which was a HUGE (and scary) jump to make - but now that we've gotten it built how we need it, Monday.com has become a necessary asset!
What do you dislike about the product?
The app can be a bit slow, I've found the web browser to run faster. The mobile app could use some work as well, as it can be difficult to scroll through and see all of the lines in the board
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has solved many of our issues. It brings multiple teams here together so we are all putting our information in the same place (IN REAL TIME!) which is great. This benefits every step of the way in our company - from initial job creation, to install, to go backs.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Monday.com for my small start-up, and I can confidently say that it has become an essential tool for managing our projects and workflows. When I started using it, I realized how much it streamlined our operations and improved collaboration among team members.
