I had tried many app to improve my job, until tried Monday, i will be forced to pay for suscription beacuse it really

It could be more customisable, the black patern design is not good for eyes, i can not read it and i am forced to use white pattern design.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
showing the job in a easy way for laptop and computer too. now i can work faster and clearer with automatization and integration leaving me time to make more business.
Customizable Workflow Management with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I love that with monday Work Management, you can create boards as you see fit and modify them based on our needs. It's awesome and easy to modify if we, as a company, bring in new services and need to create a board with different groups and columns, and establish a specific workflow. It helps with organization and automation, eliminating the need for Excel and handling so many manual tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love for more templates and templates that are related to the trucking industries and the service provided for trucking industries. At first, I didn't like that it did not have a person you can speak to for specific questions, but it does have videos and guides for everything, so at first it was a lot of learning to be able to accomplish an organized board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday Work Management for workflows, everyday tasks, and client info. It solves manual organization with Excel, helping streamline tasks and automate processes.

It's a one stop simple way for me to see where both I and my team are, in terms of day to day activity, and future projects

There really isnt one, in my opinion. The software does what I want of it

It allows us to see we are on a daily basis, which means I know who to go to at any one time to gain information if needed

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has nearly fulfilled all my needs for my job task management and has the most aesthetic interface I’ve ever seen. The functions are relatively complete and comprehensive.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing is has been difficult is to get a quote with monday.com logo for the painfull internal process to get approval to pay for the tool.
We are a huge company but a small team of 6, so we don't need the enterprise solution for now.

Monday helps our team to be organized
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy and friendly for work, creates new ways to organize our database, and gives access to our customers' shipments info.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, works great for us. I would like to know more about IA integrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Database management, workflow, and Human resources management.

What do you like best about the product?
As a graphic designer, I find so much value in the versioning feature. I can upload version after version of a design and easily keep track of them all. This is especially helpful when a design requires feedback from multiple people/departments.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes our team experiences outages; for example, certain files won't load for preview. It's usually not too terrible as it takes a few page refreshes to get things back to normal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were previously using email as a way for our department to receive project requests from other departments. We discovered we could use a form for others to fill out, and it would automatically create a task on a designated board. It's beneficial, and we use it every day.
ALL IN ONE Project management platform
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is the best platform I ever tried, we use it for our startup project management system to manage all our B2B projects with EXTERNAL companies and it fits very well to any project you need to build because of the infinite templates it has.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this time I have not any issues with Monday so I would strongly recommend it!

No problems
It manages to keep us all on track, on time, focused, and communicating
What do you like best about the product?
The communication feature is key - so if someone from another work group is updating an item on one of my boards, they can tag me and I get the alert - super clean, easy way to stay up to date in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took a minute to get used to it. Our company uses it for so many things, and as an organization, we're still figuring out consistency, so Monday was easy to use, but everybody used it very differently, so we finally had to establish some consistency in structure, a commonality so we were all speaking the same language.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team doubled in size in the last year, so we needed a way for new folks to jump in and see realtime what's happening, the path to get here, and OKRs, assigned tasks, and some context. Monday has all of that, and has a very intuitive visualization.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the flexibility available for making any project, event, or campaign manageable through Monday. The automations make keeping track of tasks very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some functions that aren't available, such as automatically assigning dates to sub items based on time elapsed or time until a separate date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday lets us automate our tasks and keeps things moving forward without someone forgetting a step or letting a project get behind.

Seamless organization, ease of use, and accessibility.

Email automations within an item are too basic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Task management organization and workflow. We are able to keep track of what is done and what needs to be done. Productivity is up, and miscommunication is down.
