A complete and flexible Work OS
What do you like best about the product?
We have the tools to power up OUR way of working. We already use other project management software that had a philosophy behind it's methodology.
In monday we can customize boards, dashboards and tasks to fit our work methodology and culture.

What do you dislike about the product?
Well, every good aspect of a product comes with a downside. In monday the main difficult we have is that we have to learn a lot of details to make the dashboards work as we intend to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having all the information, tasks, progress and more for all the projects we're working on (our and clients' projects) in one place helps ups to be more productive, focused and organized.
Easy to use for tacking and getting things done!
What do you like best about the product?
It's intuitive and can do anything that you need to support the work of the company, even at different stages of growth and with different sizes of team members. It's super easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've noticed that it's hard to get someone on the phone when we run into a snag. Sometimes, email slows down the process of clearly communicating and understanding the solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For starters, it's easy to follow and understand how to use it at a glance. Next, it's the hub where we store all of the project updates and communication. It makes it hard for balls to be dropped.

The design is very sleek and modern, and user-friendly. You can add users and create different boards to structure your projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more add-ons. I tried to add a quote add-on and it didn't function properly

It helps me track what everyone in my team is working on.
An intuitive platform that enhances productivity
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is incredibly useful. It serves as a centralized repository for all to-do items across my team and the statuses of each, and I can also look at my own individual workload, access background documents, easily seek feedback from both within and outside of my team, etc. It makes such a big difference to have everything in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to say here -- if anything, probably just that its notifications could be a bit grabbier/attention-getting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My company does projects requiring a lot of background documents and with very strict timelines and approval processes. Monday helps us keep track of everything in one place, which allows all of us to have more information and be more productive.
Great tool that we use and recommend highly!
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility is great. We can make it a simple task list - or set up a complex workflow to support a process or project. It's easier than many other project management tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the cloning features are a little wonky - and finding things in the archive is almost impossible. If you could tag the archive items with the board name and/or more details around the group it came from, it would help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of working with clients who aren't always tech savvy is one of the key benefits it provides us and our clients. We are an agency and the clients have a range of skills. This allows us to collaborate with them without them being technically sophisticated.

Easy to use, simple, customizable features, Information is organized. I like the click and drag feature.

The sub folder button for contacts moves around

Client contact management organization. It helps me keep in touch with clients in a timely and routine manner and manage my work flow easily

Beautifully clear, user-friendly, various apps can be linked and management is very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
there is hardly anything negative to say. It gets confusing with too many users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
i only use monday as a project management tool. monday helps me to distribute many projects clearly to the operational team and to get an overall view of everything.

My team really benefits from the project management tools that we can all easily see and access in Monday.com I love the different boards/views available and how dynamic things are.
What do you dislike about the product?
The hardest part of Monday.com is creating a culture where your whole team uses it! It has so many great features and capabilities but it can be hard to encourage your whole team to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My whole team is able to see where things are on a given project and the dependencies associated with any tasks. This allows us to be more clear and transparent about what we need from each other and move things along effectively.
We love Monday!
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is the ultimate project management tool. Our digital marketing agency wouldn't function without it. We've loved being able to use the basic tools, but there are so many other features like forms and collaborative workspaces that make it really easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there's not too much we don't like about Monday.com - the support team is really helpful, and there's a ton of informational videos online when you need help figuring something out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The collaboration piece has been a really big game changer for our agency - it allows everyone in our company, because we are remote, to collaborate in the same space at any given time.
Monday continues to advance!
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is extremely flexible. Build as you see fit and with different views for different types of users, it has a work view that fits almost any user. Monday has also expanded substantially with different products for more specific use cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the past there were a few technical limitations for advanced project management needs. Those have been overcome - so certainly consider Monday.com.
