What do you like best about the product?
A fantastic platform that has allowed my team to track our project progress more efficiently. One of the best things about monday.com is its simplicity, and it stacks up well with platforms I have used in the past.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a little bit general. They do a little of everything and don't specialize in one particular thing. However, if you need something more specialized, you should look for something different.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us track the progress of our projects, the benefits we have realized are unbelievable. I would say we have been more productive as a whole collective.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to communicate effortlessly and track activities / "Viewers"

Bit complex at time, so there is a learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps track a project from conception to completion and allows for team input, which is invaluable. Allows us to share with clients when necessary, which saves time

What do you like best about the product?
I love all the integrations. I love all the notification options. I love that you can do gifs and emojis to make work tasks fun. Great tool for a cross-departmental collaboration team.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes its a little glitchy or goes down, but overall I dont dislike anything about the platform itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is helping us track projects, streamline workflows, be collaborative, and gives us a visual archive.

the dynamic boards and filters the possibility to see more than one subject of information in on screen

too heavy for reloading and we have faced some issues from time to time like the search board can find the same information

What do you like best about the product?
In all honesty, I found it very difficult to use at the beginning and it looked a bit overwhelming. However, after using the programme consistently, 2 years
+ later, I am absolutely loving it! Right now, I mainly use it for my to-do list and it's so easy to set a timer, countdown date and get projects done.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit overwhelming/complex at first. I still don't understand how to do certain formulas on it but overall, I really like the platform!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To do list, content scheduling, keeping on track of projects etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday has been a great time saver for me and a big upgrade from Trello, which is what I was using previously.

It really helps me manage my team - especially when we have so many regular micro tasks that all need tracking. I can get simple visualisation of what everyone is working on and when it will be completed.

It's also great for project management across multiple users and tracking a project through to completion. It's just a great time saver. Timeline view is also a great feature!
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't many downsides really. I sometimes found user management and permissions a little tricky, and the billing model per user can be a tad confusing and perhaps a little expensive. But this is me really looking for negatives.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing for easy visualisation of what my entire team is working on, with an at a glance view of when items and the great project will be completed. This is a huge time saver when managing a team!

What do you like best about the product?
The customization of boards allows a company to design the best way to organize workflow and data even as the business evolves. We have been able to build our portal based on the users. The program allows all individuals in an organization to track & monitor workflow without the redundancy of meetings and reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say there are any significant dislikes or functionality issues. The phone app can be glitchy sometimes, and the trial and error use of new extensions can be confusing, but yet again is part of the beauty of designing a system that works for your company or orgainzation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps users efficiently manage their time and know their priorities. It provides a tool that all employees can access to project details or status.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com helps me to manage all of my teams' tasks and delegate responsibilities easily, allowing for accountability and better time management for deadlines. I'm able to set up individual steps for every task and manage all activities on multiple dashboards for an easy view of different streams of work. This helps me manage my work day and know easily identify what my priorities are day to day. The interface is intuitive and easy to use, and makes communicating with my co-workers easier than ever.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't any glaring drawbacks to using the service, however, there is certainly room for more optimization and improvement in the future. Monday.com is taking the lead with innovation so I expect there to continue to be ongoing updates and improvements that make the platform even better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday.com is making it easy for me to keep track of all of our content production, spreadsheets and workbooks, website build and navigations. With monday.com, I am specifically tracking every step I take on the path toward task completion and communicating with my co-workers directly on the platform to solve problems.

What do you like best about the product?
What truly stands out about Monday.com is its incredible versatility, making it a top-notch project management and team collaboration tool. The platform offers a wide range of customizable features that cater to different industries and teams' unique needs, striking a perfect balance between professionalism and user-friendliness.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Monday.com has a lot going for it, there's one area where it could use a bit of improvement: support for right-to-left (RTL) languages in email automation. As a collaboration tool used by people worldwide, Monday.com needs to address the needs of users who speak different languages. Currently, the platform's email automation feature doesn't fully support RTL languages like Arabic and Hebrew, making it a bit tricky for native speakers to draft and send automated emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As the innovation officer, I've got to admit, Monday.com has been a true gem for our team in terms of tackling customer management and budget control conundrums. You know how it goes – keeping everyone on the same page with customer interactions can be like herding cats. But now, with Monday.com, we've got all the information we need right at our fingertips, and it's made teamwork feel like a well-choreographed dance routine. Customers are happy, and we're no longer playing a frantic game of "who said what to whom?"
