Project management done right

What do you like best about the product?
Setting up templates is so easy and that creates a much easier standardised project management platform that is still fluid and customisable. With the automations and links with integrations. Checking in daily and planning out all your tasks across all your projects allows you to stay on top of actions.
Rolling this out across our operation has been easy and lightning fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to really dislike but would like the option to accept and reject changes from guests on the boards even though it could be managed by restricting people with permisions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management across multiple projects and departments.

What do you like best about the product?
monday.com is a versatile and user-friendly project management platform that’s great for teams of all sizes. Its visual boards, customizable workflows, and automation features make organizing tasks and collaborating with teammates simple and efficient.

My team and I use monday.com on a daily basis for all of our record keeping, duties and clinr trequests. Its ease of implamentation and intergration allows a smooth operation all round working well with other platforms like google we use.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times boards can be slow and takes time for infomation to appear to to be moved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to keep up to date on exactly where we are at with a particular project.

What do you like best about the product?
It's incredibly user-friendly and customizable, making project management simple and efficient. The visual dashboards help keep everything organized, and collaboration across teams has never been smoother. Highly recommended for anyone looking to streamline their daily workflow!

Hour registration and ticket system intergration should be perfect.

What do you like best about the product?
Having a one-stop-shop for all my project management needs that require different types of tracking has been a time saver with Monday.com. From task related activities to tracking time worked and grant pipelines it's a great asset. The dashboard view boils information across boards down for east analysis. I use it everyday across all of my projects and two of my small businesses. Integration is easy and the group support has been great.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's expensive and feels cost prohibitive for small businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Information management for project implementation.

What do you like best about the product?
Work Management helps me and the team know we havent missed anything! Easy to use and learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the progress bars updated per sub task.

What do you like best about the product?
We can set up our Monday board to our personal preferences, and automate as much as possible. We have automations for task management, notifications, and currently working on implementing connections with other tools, like Zapier.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be a bit much for when you look into boards that have a lot of different groups, automations, notifications, etc. Make sure to document and talk to colleagues that know the details of the Monday board
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overview of what we're working on, to collaborate with colleagues and to report on our superiors.

What do you like best about the product?
It is quite intuitive and easy to use!!!
What do you dislike about the product?
Recently, it has been running slowly and there have been some delays. Additionally, our colleagues in China often experience significant issues with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As the administrator and main promoter of Monday.com, I use it every day to oversee projects and monitor progress, as well as to keep track of project status updates, bank guarantees, workload and tasks in my department.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Monday Work Management is the flexibility to customise boards exactly to our business needs. We can build workflows for everything from day-to-day task management to client onboarding and sales tracking – all in one place. It adapts to how we work, not the other way around.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the flexibility can be a bit overwhelming at first, especially when setting up more complex workflows. There's a bit of a learning curve, but once you get the hang of it, the customisation options are incredibly powerful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday Work Management is helping us bring all of our business processes into one place – from daily task tracking to client and staff onboarding, lead and sales management, and even time tracking. Before, we used different tools and spreadsheets for each of these, which made things disjointed and harder to manage. Now, we have more visibility across the business, better collaboration between team members, and greater efficiency overall.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about monday.com is the automation; I can simply set up an automation to send out a Slack message whenever a change is made on one of the client tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although outages of monday.com sites are short, they do impact the workflow when it happens as we deal with time-sensitive work, which i dislike about monday.com.
