What do you like best about the product?
It's a really easy system to navigate around, adding tasks, editing tasks is easy to do. New features are always getting added.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only thing I'd say I dislike is the fact you can't comment on individual sub-tasks that are added within a task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
managing tasks, arranging tasks in order of priority.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part is the ability to work as a team, set alerts, and customize columns with a wide variety of data. The downside is that, depending on the task, the Gantt view isn't useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the synchronization with Google Calendar — I don't think it's well implemented. Also, the paid plan includes only a limited number of users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday makes it easy to plan campaigns collaboratively and access a history of activities with ease.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how user-friendly it is. It's much easier to look at compared to an excel file. I love creating project boards to help me stay on top of all my tasks! I use it every single day.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is absolutely nothing that I dislike about monday.com. I love it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com helps me stay organized. It's also so helpful for collaborating with team members, tracking my workload, reminding me of deadlines, planning marketing timelines, and automating my to-do lists.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has been very helpful in streamlining all projects in our organization. If it's a NRO development schedule or a new menu roll out - Monday.com takes a stale outdated spread sheet and gives it life with live updates, alerts, tagging and so much more. It has changed the way we do things in our company for the better
What do you dislike about the product?
My least favorite thing about Monday.com are the way licenses are handles for people who just need to "view" a board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping eliminate emails back and forth and is a one stop shop for all updates, timeline adjustments and continuous updates. We love the email link feature that helps eliminate the copying over from emails into MDC.

User Interface: Clean, modern, and customizable. It's easy to onboard new team members because the layout feels natural.

Dashboards & Reporting: Real-time data visualizations and overviews make it simple to keep stakeholders informed.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Monday Work Management extremely helpful for organizing our workflow, tracking progress, and collaborating as a team. Its visual interface, automations, and integrations make project tracking smooth and intuitive. It’s especially useful for managing multiple clients and timelines in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes during midday hours, the platform becomes unresponsive or even crashes, preventing us from accessing our boards or making updates. These downtime issues, although not frequent, can be frustrating when working on tight deadlines.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday Work Management helps us solve several critical problems such as task delegation, deadline tracking, and overall team communication. It centralizes everything in one place, which eliminates confusion and prevents tasks from falling through the cracks. As a result, our productivity has improved, and our team can collaborate more effectively across projects.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the Monday has so many uses! We do use it for project management primarily, but it helps with collecting information from staff and ministry partners via the forms feature. It's like having a living spreadsheet! I also love the Gmail integration for automatic responses.

Some of the formulas are limited, it seems like they are always making improvements.
