What do you like best about the product?
Very user frienbdly, can be accessed anytime and anywhere on computer and mobiles which is very important for me since i don't always carry my laptop.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see any drawbacks as i only make basics tasks like puting information and downloading files. However, i think it's a bit pricy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having 1 tool that can be accessed by several people, anytime and anywhere.

Optimized our work flow easily!

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it helps you keep track of everything in an easy-to-use platform. We easily integrated our entire team's to-do list. Our workflow before was so difficult to keep track of everything, and there was so much miscommunication. Afterward, monday.com helped our team to stay on track and on top of things, preventing miscommunication through the process. We can easily pass off work to others, and there are no more lost files or forgotten projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally the automated processes stop working. For instance, checking a check box is supposed to move the project to a different section. However, we haven't had a chance to look into solutions or FAQ yet and they can be easily moved without the automated process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday.com is solving our team's miscommunication and is breaking down the steps for everyone. Before using this platform, our workflow was a disaster. No one knew who had the project or what steps were taken care of, or when changes needed to be made; some people would not be informed correctly about what was decided upon. Now, once we are finished with our step of a project, we can easily hand it off to the next person and have our section done by our own due date and clearly communicate with the entire team.

What do you like best about the product?
Integrates with so many different platforms. Very intuitive, but for times when it's not, there are great help articles. Love all the different board formats – we use Monday for everything from recruiting to sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish some board types were more customizable to allow for extremely particular workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to create a sales process and a creative process workflow. Monday.com helped me with formatting, automation, and tracking team bandwidth.

What do you like best about the product?
User-friendly interface, easily editable. Continuously improving and the integration of apps. Additionally, the best is that this tool can be tailored to your specific needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There should be a monthly subscription instead of having to pay the yearly amount. This would allow individual users to also make use of the app. I recommend it to almost all my business contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Management of tasks, Monday also helps to be more creative with problem solving. At my previous job I used Monday to manage orders and prioritize the warehouse working order.

What do you like best about the product?
It has all the features necessary to plan projects and tasks. It also has the tools and automation to make sure you stay on track.
What do you dislike about the product?
The worst thing about Monday is the fact that users don't update it as often as they should.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem Monday solves is not having to constantly ask where the team is at with their tasks or projects. It also makes sure everything is systemetised.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use

What do you dislike about the product?
Could really do with an integrated Calendar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a BDM I have a lot of balls in the air at any one time, some of which stay up for a long time. Monday.com allows me to know in an instant where I am at with every aspect of every project. It also adds transparency to my role as my CFO can see at any time that action has been taken on delegated tasks, even though they are yet to be resolved.

Monday.com has made collaborating at the highest level of the business easier and added much-needed accountability. Anyone in the C-Suite can see exactly what they and others have been assigned to, and take action accordingly.

What do you like best about the product?
`I absolutely love the ability to establish dependencies so easily, set automations that are easy to follow and how I get alerted!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had issues with automations randomly breaking, not being alerted and dependencies not working.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its ease of collaboration allows for smoothe process to take place. Everything living in one place and allowing for an automated process when its your turn is amazing.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the fine details we can add to our daily projects for management. No stone is missed or unturned when it comes to making sure things are correctly deligated
What do you dislike about the product?
I am still not sure of the privacy settings. I wouldn't say I like it when I tag someone that it means they have full access to the entire thread. I am sure there is a way
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I would say communication. Monday is a great with team communications and organized project management

What do you like best about the product?
I can make my own process for my team. And, I can see and control the status of my projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, I can't see the number of updates. I think it's a kind of bugs of system. And, sometimes system isn't stable to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can manage the project in realtime. And I can save time to work.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Monday has a whole YouTube channel that teaches me how to use the tool to its maximum capacity!
What do you dislike about the product?
To use the tool to its total capacity, you must overcome a bit of a learning curve. Therefore, some people on my team have a hard time using it or resist to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps me organized and on top of my tasks. It will get done as long as I input the task into Monday.
