Best Project Management Tool that helps me keep track of my projects!
What do you like best about the product?
The project status is very helpful in tracking the project progression.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of separate email notifications. They should all be combined in 1 email if it's from the same post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is solving the pain of multiple teams and projects collaborating in one place.
Helps organize greatly
What do you like best about the product?
That we can see all tasks and what is still needing to be done. I'm still figuring things out though and I'm sure there is more I'll discover. I haven't even approached a lot of features yet so time will tell.
What do you dislike about the product?
That I have to pay for 3 seats when I only currently need 2. I will be adding another team member in the future, but for right now it's basically wasted money. However, I get the features that I want, so it'll work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team collaboration on multiple ongoing projects and that works a lot better for everyone to be on the same page with one another.
Most Efficient Project Management Software I've Ever Used
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about monday.com is the degree of customization it allows its users. Things I track and put in monday.com as a graphic designer differ significantly from my coworkers scheduling digital campaigns. I love that we can have separate boards with as many (or as few) custom dimensions as needed. I also love the simple automation options monday.com offers that allow me to transfer relevant data to coworkers without disrupting their workflow. Compared to the project management software I've used in the past, monday.com has been the most pleasant to use and the most efficient for my specific workflow!
What do you dislike about the product?
I use one board for managing all my client projects. However, many users in my organization use one board for each client. This large assortment of boards greatly clutters the "workspace" layout, and folders for each team member feel like a bandage solution. Many boards involve multiple employees, so they do not neatly fit into one user's folder. As a result, many boards sit in the general "workspace" that will never be relevant to me, but I have to see them anytime I need to find another board. I wish there were a feature to hide boards without archiving them for all my organization's users.

Monday.com is integral to my general project workflow. Instead of searching in Dropbox for a project I made months ago, I use monday.com as a personal database of all my projects. For any item, I can easily add a project brief, relevant notes, and a direct link to the project in Dropbox when it's finished. I also frequently tag my coworkers on an item for instant feedback, which has proven to be much more efficient than emailing them directly.
Monday.com also solves the issue of vague process tracking. With the help of groups, I can see at a glance which projects are my responsibility, which projects are awaiting client feedback, and which projects lack information I need to start. Additionally, I use automations that move projects between these groups based on status. This new level of accountability tracking saves time and gives my supervisor a clear idea of my workload.

How "Do-ers" Get Things Done!
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite features are the customization and notification functions. My company is small, and we all work remotely. So having a space that is easy for us to share information, and stay on task is critical to our success.
We were using "Slack" for internal communication, but found that it was missing some functionality that we really appreciate with Monday. Additionally, Monday allows us to share pertinent files that coincide with the task we are working through. That's immensely helpful.

What do you dislike about the product?
For our purposes, the biggest challenge with Monday has been navigating the templates. They can be a bit daunting for some of my team members. Occasionally, we have compatibility issues with one of our team members, but that is more of a hardware problem on their end - not an issue with Monday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a team that does not share an office space, it helps us to stay on task with projects. Accountability issues are completely resolved, simply by staying up-to-date with the Monday interface. Additionally, internal communication is much cleaner and more simplistic. Further, it allows for expectations to be very clear through each project.
Good problem solving tool
What do you like best about the product?
Monday has become very helpful when a procedure needs authorization. With a click, you can authorize, approve or notify you are aware of the information. It's simple!
What do you dislike about the product?
You cannot pin discontinuous columns. The graphs can't merge two different units on the Y-axis. In the beginning, it's hard to understand it, but once you learn it, it's intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is helping us save documents that several areas of the company use. We keep the documents on one board and link them to other areas' boards.
monday.com is 10/10
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Monday.com can help me organize my everyday and weekly tasks. I can upload files, photos, and documents to share with management and the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything that I dislike about Monday.com
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is benefiting me by helping me keep organized in my work place.
Monday helps you keep all of your workflow under control.
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is extremely friendly; the way it looks on the screen makes it pleasant. Each team member can have their own board and workflow to keep track of their own activities; collaboration is critical while using Monday; you can "tag" as many people as you need who are involved in a project, and only people involved will receive notification via mail (or even the app... yes there's an app that will help you follow your work while on the go), you can also create labels for each state of the project, there are some predefined ones, but you can edit them and create the ones you need. I am a very happy Monday user, and I feel confident by saying that, if you can afford it, you should go for it.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, there are not many negative things I can say about it. My administrators said it was a little bit expensive but don't take my word on that one. I am a satisfied Monday user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to be very disorganized when it came to delegating tasks; communication was also rough on the edges, and it created many problems for us; people did not know when it was their turn to start doing their part, but Monday has helped us keep projects on track and people now feel more confident and relaxed
Excellent Business Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
How effortless it is to get started using the tool. The simplicity of the UI is one of the most compelling things about the platform. I was able to get started and launch several projects within a matter of minutes. Inviting teammembers and getting them to start using was also super easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the UI is also a tiny deterrent, as some users view it almost as a game or not as businesslike as other tools. I don't see it that way at all. There are not many downsides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us manage and track solar construction projects.
