Monday is flexible and intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
I like the flexibility and customisation capabilities on Monday.com. Automations are very handy and again can be customised to suit your needs. There are great templates available that can form the basis for start-up CRM's and workflows, that once tailored to your specific ways of working take hours out of your day and allow for whole of company collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Large pricing increments for added features. When you first sign up you get 14 days unrestricted license so you can fall into the trap of setting up features that will not be available once your actual license begins. Which can be difficult for leaner start-ups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is a centralised place for our business development management. The whole team can share updates on connections and initiate follow up reminders, emails and notes on how the development is progressing.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use, with an aesthetically pleasing display.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many features that I don't feel I am using it to its full potential just yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More visibility of timelines for projects, helping to keep on track.

What do you like best about the product?
The software, overall, is very user-friendly. It does not take long to learn how to navigate and use monday.com. It makes it easy for managers and staff to collaborate and work on projects, regardless of size.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday.com is excellent for project management and organization but lacks in several ways. Aside from updates, I wish monday.com had a chat feature similar to Slack that allowed companies to communicate internally without creating an item update. It would also be helpful for more power to customize boards and workspaces to our company's needs. Many integrations are too generic and unhelpful. A more customizable workspace would allow users to use Monday.com better to coincide with our company's goals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company thrives on teamwork and collaboration. Monday.com allows us to communicate and work on projects and tasks together, having the ability to view and manage tasks, together with updates and deadlines.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is very easy to use and very user friendly. Its a good reminder instead of jotting your steps down in a note book.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be good if monday.com could automate emails for you. Not sure if this is possible

keeping track of daily tasks within a team and setting time frames for my colleagues
Great for centralizing checklists, project statuses, onboarding and offboarding!
What do you like best about the product?
User Experience, super intuitive, tons of options in platform and with integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I have run into with Monday that I have not been able to solve myself, or solve with the help of tech support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps us centralize processes and checklists for onboarding, offboarding, position changes, leaves of absence, and other projects. It helps us check all boxes and ensure each task is complete before moving on.
Love monday.com! has saved me hours of time.

Monday.com has helped me automated workflows, saving hours of time i spent doing the same tasks previously. It has also helped keep things more organised!
What do you dislike about the product?
havent quite thought of the negatives or what could be better yet. Have only focused on positives.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It neatly organises our leads and automated the onboarding process with its zapier connection to other software. This has saved time!
Monday is as easy or complex as you create it to be!
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is as easy or complex as you create it to be! As one who is establishing a new Project Management Office for a $3B credit union, user adoption is key. It is easy to build, a plethora of solutions for departments or groups, provides custom analytics, and fun for the user. The social media style creates an association and ease of use for short term users (testers for system development) and ability to maintain all project (or focus) within Monday.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few downsides. I wish we could create as many tiered sub-items (or tasks) as we desire. Currently, we can only have a main task with sub-tasks. I wish we could have a sub- task to a sub-task to a sub-task, etc... Also, I would like to grow analytics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to manage all of our projects and now our organization's portfolio. We have created multiple forms, published them, and use them as ticketing requests throughout the organization. Monday has significantly reduced our email load by maintaining almost all communication throughout the project lifecycle within Monday. With dashboard, we are able to view our workload and various other analytics which were not considered previously in the organization.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday helps me work a 70 hour work week in less than 40. No joke, my colleagues think I am superman because of what I am able to accomplish by using Monday as my automation, CRM, everything tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want to integrate every aspect of our business and sometimes we have to work around to make the automation work!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We run our application, recruiting, sales, tasks, to-do's, EVERYTHING through Monday. We forget less and execute more and more efficiently. It is the most important software tool we have
It's been very seemles, it's a very intuitive product.
What do you like best about the product?
The way it let's you organize your entire bussines, making others part of it, and simplifying processes. Also, the way you can track projects, and the people involved in them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I don't think there are many downsides to it. Maybe integration with outlook could be a little better, or with othe services for that matter, but mondaywise, it's pretty good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project tracking, and the people involved in them. Usually it's very difficult to be on top of every little aspect of a project, automations are saving me a lot of time.

We lov e being able to organize our information and it makes running stats easier and more efficient!
What do you dislike about the product?
You can definitely overanalyze and track too much but overall it's easy to use and we don't have too many issues!

The ability to track the day to day and organize our patient tracking more easily.
