Organizing and Streamling Visions and Dreams!
What do you like best about the product?
We have been using Monday.com since the beginning of 2023 and it has streamlined how our organization operates! From better work forms, easier follow-up and automatic email campaigns, no one is falling through the cracks anymore! Communication is also better through our different ministries, and our project management/tracking is helping us accomplish our visions/goals/dream events.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, the only downside has been the learning curve for our older staff but thankfully the video tutorials have been a saving grace (I wish these were easier to access from our workspaces.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com makes it so much easier to track when sub-sections or tasks of a project are completed, as well as sending automatic reminders (through automations and Google mail integrations,)

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to connect with my coworkers to give them updates and how easy it is to specify which coworkers I need specific information to go to.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't really found anything I don't like so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of my ministry's biggest issues was communication between the team. Monday has turned that around so much! Having a "paper trail" of our communication, being able to direct messages to certain coworkers, etc. has been extremely beneficial!
Super User Friendly and Powerful Tool!!
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is super customizable and can do everything that you want it to do. You can also customize it to fit your preferences to make it easy to use. Great tool!
What do you dislike about the product?
Because it is super customizable, it can be complex to build out. There are, however, lots of resources to helps users learn to use the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is providing a CRM for my company as well as a client project management platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the flexibility of making different boards, with items and subitems. It keeps our projects SO organized for the entire team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The time tracking feature lacks in functionality quite a bit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday keeps our projects extremely organized. The 'My Work' feature is extremely helpful for our team members to know what they are working on, and when their tasks are due.
The time tracking feature is not our favorite. It does not allow our team the ability to see how many hours they've logged for a week, and time tracking on subitems does not track back to efficiency.

Monday has helped our company create incredible processes that dramatically increases productivity!
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about monday, is that it is user-friendly. I have implemented processes with users who are not tech savvy and they have caught on so quickly to their role inside of monday, with very little support from me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not sure if I can truly find a downside. The only thing that I have found, that I would like to add to our onboarding page is a quick signature column for new hires to sign off on their check-ins.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday has helped each department in a different way. For our Operations team, it has increased Accountabilty in our hiring process that encourages and remind management to check in with their staff. It has helped Marketing with trade show planning, sample inventory, swag inventory, sample orders. We have created new processes that has increased our departments productivity.

There is a slight learning curve but very minimal.

I like that we can have a date to do the work on and a due date column, that helps a lot with deadlines.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could also import subtasks, it would save us some time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team is completely remote, with Monday we can see progress on all tasks and tag each other in the comments. We can also see if anyone is waiting on someone else to complete their task(s).
Outstanding Program
What do you like best about the product?
The program is very easy to use and keeps us organized. I like the fact that my Executive Director and Board Members can check the status of grants, fundraising opportunities and auction sponsorships.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you go into the next level of services, there is no warning that you are doing so. We found an additional charge on our charge card which was a surprise to us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of grants and fundraising opportunities provides us with the peace of mind that nothing is being overlooked. Board members and the Executive Director have access to the information to make solid financial decisions.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com makes organizing my projects so simple with the workspaces and dashboards! The fact that you can add different categories and sub-item categories really help me stay on top of my jobs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a lot to say, I actually quite love the site, but I wish the website had a feature to check off an item or allow me to set up where I change the status and it'll automatically move it to a designated group. Oh or to archive and for them to keep their individual groups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Personally, it's helped me realize my work ethic. The time tracker on each project keeps me mentally present on how I should be handling my time on a job. Greatest feature in my opinion.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has helped our team stay organized and on track with our myriad of projects, campaigns, and assignments. We would not be where we are right now without Monday.com.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some automations and integrations that would be helpful. I've submitted suggestions to support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had no system for tracking campaigns and projects, and now, it's 10x easier to collaborate and coordinate across multiple business sectors and teams without relying on exhaustive email chains or meetings.
