Monday helps my team manage several complex projects without confusion and clutter

What do you like best about the product?
I like the visual aspect of Monday.com. The platform offers an easy-to-scan and read interface with customizable boards that help my team stay organized and track our progress. It's great to see which projects I am clearly responsible for and what deadlines are approaching.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday.com has two main areas where improvement is needed. Easy-to-access and understand tutorials would be great. My team learned as we worked, and it is unclear whether or not we are using the program to its maximum potential. It is also challenging to use the app on Mobile. It is easy to see and reply to open threads, but creating anything on mobile devices is cumbersome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com streamlines project management for my team. With Monday we have a centralized location where we manage tasks, share deadlines, and track progress. It has also helped us improve collaboration and share files where they can be accessed for future needs.

What do you like best about the product?
Is the fact that I can see the progress of my work and whenever I need a certain info about the previous work that I had done I'll always find it on Monday.com
What do you dislike about the product?
As for me (the kind of work I do) Monday.com has no downside cause I have always worked well with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves paper work problems and that helps me in saving a lot of time so i could do more work daily

Monday works wonders

What do you like best about the product?
The organization, the colors and that the information never gets lost. It helps get track of every moment and update. Having a team working on Monday is wonderful.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Monday is that we can't have different tables on one board. The elements of columns transfer to the other not allowing to have different ones.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ay the moment Monday is not giving problems. I would like to see Monday fixing the problem of the page crashing sometimes. Other than that, our business performance has increased.

Efficient tool

What do you like best about the product?
The tool organizes our daily routine, allows us to keep daily tasks in sequence and in the necessary order for resolution, enables us to see everything we need to do, control the processes, and set delivery deadlines.
What do you dislike about the product?
All communication is in English, despite being sold to Brazil, I find it quite disrespectful not to have the option to translate into Brazilian Portuguese.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing daily demands and tasks and deliveries, without Monday we wouldn't be able to plan and organize our work and our deliveries, there would be no way to meet the scope with our clients.

What do you like best about the product?
Fantastic platform for our office to get organized and keep everyone informed on the progress of our projects. I love the ability to take the data and report on it!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found a downside to the platform so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our current CRM has reporting limitations and being able to use Monday, has enabled us to manipulate data as needed. It is fantastic for collaboration between offices.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy the software is to use. My team was able to create an account and start using it without watching a bunch of training videos. They are also using it daily to reach their goals
What do you dislike about the product?
At first the templates were overwhelming because there are so many options and I only needed a couple of them. As our team grows those templates have become helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped us run our team on EOS. This is where we track all of our rocks and issues that the team needs to solve. We pull it up during our level 10 meeting to review goals.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to organize tasks and jobs. I use monday.com to schedule work orders for repairs/installs and to organize flag production. Checks all our boxes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I don't really have any complaints! Works perfectly for our business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us organize our work orders from both a service and production standpoint. Easy to delegate tasks. Easy to see what the next steps are in repairs/installations.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com creates habits of communication and just the right amount of reminders to encourage accountability within my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday.com's functionality depends on the full participation of the team; for some, the learning curve is steep.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We operate multiple projects in multiple timezones. Monday.com allows instant panoramic overview of our active projects, and show us precisely where we might be stuck or at risk of being stuck.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is extremely efficient and intuitive in its design. It integrates easily across a number of apps and platforms. And it's also a fantastic communication hub that really holds everyone accountable for moving projects forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing yet, really. I suppose the future is bright for Monday and would love to see it one day take the place of my calendar app and other ancillary products like that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is solving the biggest problem yet: it's a project management tool that actually works and people enjoy using. As an owner/operator of three businesses, we use Monday to run all of them. Why? Because it's simply more user-friendly, nicely designed and easily integrated into our existing platforms. Bottom line: it's the best.

Using Monday.com in a mid size company across multiple departments

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com helps keeps me and my team well organized. We can keep up with all the outstanding items we need to accomplish. We are also able to track the progress of our project a lot better than we did before not using a project management software.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside to monday.com is that it isn't compatible with Microsoft Office for our account. If we do upload a document and need to make an edit, we have to make sure that we re-upload the new doc and delete the old one. Other than that, we love Monday.com
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that monday.com is solving is how our departments can work together. There are a lot of projects that we are bringing to the company, with multiple managers needing to be involved. Monday.com has allowed us to collaborate, keep everyone in the loop, and ensure we are on track with our project goals.
