Efficiency Booster!!
What do you like best about the product?
What I love about Monday.com is that it has helped our efficiency so much! The way that our entire team has access to the information all in one place has saved us so much time-consuming back-and-forth communication. The automations are fantastic. Overall our team is very happy with Monday.com. It has been a positive shift, and has helped to boost efficiency and organization in the office.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every platform has its limitations. One of the features that we have found to come up short was time-tracking. No marketplace app meets our needs, either. It would be great if there was a way to link time tracking to a specific customer across the platform. Not just within a board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to spend a lot of time doing data entry in a number of different places. Now, with Monday.com, I am able to enter the data in one place, and it gets everywhere it needs to go. And everyone who needs access to the information can access it on their own, without me having to notify them. In addition, I don't have to dig through files or make phone calls to get the information about projects that I need, as it is all displayed in our relevant boards on the platform.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to work cross-functionally with others in real time while keeping track of multiple projects and tasks without losing sight of where you left off.
What do you dislike about the product?
The survey function could benefit from some user-friendly enhancements. It occasionally glitches when building the survey directly, especially compared to setting it up through the dashboard's table view. Additionally, the limited options for customizing the message when linking the survey to an email can make it appear like spam or a phishing attempt, which may contribute to low response rates. The inability to include a professional signature also impacts the overall credibility and appearance of the message.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday Work Management is helping solve the challenge of keeping cross-functional teams aligned and organized. It centralizes task tracking, project timelines, and communication in one platform, which significantly reduces the chances of miscommunication or things falling through the cracks. For me, it’s especially beneficial in managing multiple projects simultaneously, keeping real-time visibility into progress, and staying accountable to deadlines. The automations and dashboards also help streamline repetitive tasks and make status reporting much easier and more accurate.

So far we haven't disliked anything about monday.com
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using the Sales CRM. We have used other products in the past like Salesforce, MS Dynamics and monday.com is so easy to use even while on the road that there is no excuse not to keep your contact, leads and deals updated. The dashboards are so easy to use they give a great line of sight into revenue, average size deal, profit margins, and help forecast needs
Efficient, flexible and friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Working with Monday is so efficient and flexible. The user experience does not come in the way or slow down your work, its quite the opposite. I always look forward to keep my tasks and project up to date!
What do you dislike about the product?
When working on big projects it can be a bit slow when there are many tasks, also the subtask UI is not optimal and we dont end up using it. That said, these are small things and we adapt our workflow as needed, it works for us well

Sometimes it goes down and doesnt save your updates

Monday allows you to manage all your projects and organize your activities all in one place and with the perfect layout.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about monday.com is that it does not allow you to open multiple tabs.

Monday.com helps me organize all my tasks and workflow, keeping everything on track.

Nothing! Monday.com is always releasing new features. Very satisfied.

Monday.com allows me to keep track of all work and deadlines. It saves me a ton of time.
Great Recruiting Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is able to help my recruiting team efficiently with our recruitment process. The ability to customize all the different groups and have automation for it is extremely useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The report feature can be better. When we export our data from Excel, it tends to be a bit difficult to use to create charts, graphs, etc. As well, the time-tracking function could be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to Monday.com, we did not have a tool that clearly showed which recruiters were handling different applicants, their status in the job process, etc. Now we are able to see clearly on one platform everything.
Super responsive and so much customization
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is extremely easy to use and responsive. Everything is drag and drop, intuitive and smooth. It also offers great amount of customization depending on your needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that is missing is customization for email notification. When you have a task or notification about the deadline you get a generic email with link to the task, but it would be better if you can modify whats included in the email and sometime actually skip the open or click.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps track ownership of task and complex project. I work with many teams from content creation to marketing campaigns that involve all kind of professionals and its so much easier to track the progress and bottlenecks

It keeps all information organized in one place. The ability to communicate with others through the platform is essential in our work.
What do you dislike about the product?
That you have to pay for multiple users, so it doesn't allow all staff to be on it.

It's helping us streamline the communication revolving around our hiring process.
