Easy to use and make my daily work life smooth and easier!

What do you like best about the product?
Better to manage my own task and better to communicate to my team so we can have more time to do other things while keeping our work performance at the high standard.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need more subset subject on Subitem to add.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
organizing task and I can see who and what project me and my team are working on

Helpful to keep all my projects together

What do you like best about the product?
I work a little in multiple departments in my company. Monday helps me function by letting me work on projects in every area. I am able to personalize boards with automations so they fit my needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish more features were implemented through Monday's programming itself instead of so many extra marketplace apps. There are so many we'd like to use, but the extra costs when added together make them unsustainable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a franchisor, and Monday helped us turn our new franchisee onboarding into a spreadsheet that never got updated into a template that now gets used and tweaked as needed. The My Work screen also pulls in tasks from multiple places so my responsibilities no longer fall through the cracks.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday helps me as a manager, to organise my teams and work schedules in a more effective way with some nifty automations and notifications that keep me up to date. I use it everyday in the workspace and it is very reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit much at times to keep track of all the tools and boards, especially when linking boards together.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Planning and timing is easier with help from the Monday.com application.

Collaborative To Do List Tool

What do you like best about the product?
The software is very easy to use and a great way for teams to share a to do list for goal collaboration and staying on track.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the automations are somewhat limited in what they can do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a number of individuals that are responsible in making sure tasks are completed at our apartment communities. There is also a lot of turnover. Monday keeps everyone on the team on the same page of where each task stands.

Great tool for managing workflows, but still room for improvement

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how intuitive and visually appealing Monday.com is. It helps our team stay organized and on the same page. The customizable boards, automation features, and integrations with other tools like Slack and Google Drive make managing projects much smoother and more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
When boards have too many tabs or columns, the platform can sometimes become noticeably slower. This lag impacts the user experience, especially when working on large and complex projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Monday.com primarily for production planning and sharing schedules with our teammates on the manufacturing floor. Once I create and assign the tasks, they are able to initiate the processes and keep me informed about the status of upcoming steps. It really helps us stay organized, reduce miscommunication, and ensure that each phase of the workflow progresses on time.

What do you like best about the product?
It's intuitive and does not require any training for users. It's also customizable so one size does not have to fit all. Really like the attachment feature as regardless of file type it accommodates just about anything you want to upload and it sequences it so easy you can keep things easily in order. Monday.com keeps it simple as it's easy to over complicate trackers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't say there any visible dislikes, but would like to know how to get the values we input to autoamtically default to the same format......probably user error but at times the data entered for say ebitda is 1.0m or .600m or 600k. Looks a bit wonky!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Given the amount of deal flow we have we can easily keep a repository of all active and past deals for easy reference. It also eliminates unnecessary email traffic and ensures people can receive timely notifications which increases efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate monday Work Management's comprehensive capabilities, enabling a bird's eye view of tasks across our team. The platform excels in adaptability, offering useful integrations, such as with Slack, and customizable permissions for efficient task and HR board management. The ongoing support is a valuable asset, ensuring we utilize the platform to its fullest potential.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the clarity in time tracking lacking, which makes it difficult to get a comprehensive view across different boards. Additionally, the need to duplicate information due to insufficient integrations across boards results in cumbersome manual processes, which I wish could be minimized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use the product to gain a comprehensive view of tasks across all team roles, enhancing communication and task management through integrations and permissions.

What do you like best about the product?
It's incredibly flexible, allowing you to add the columns you need and mirror information from other boards.
I have several boards that enable me to track the work that we have coming, who's assigned, and track the statistics associated with each.
I use this every day to track the progress of my projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have better automation so I can update one board, and the data entered is updated on all associated boards. Additionally, exporting the data could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It enables me to track my projects and gather stats on how many days/sessions we are delivering to our customers. I didn't have the ability to be able to track monetary values that we were gaining through our work, but Monday has enabled me to do that and report back to my Leadership team how much money myteam are bringing in.

What do you like best about the product?

What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how Monday Work Management frequently glitches, disrupting my workflow. The automations can be confusing, especially since it's hard to move them back to the original board and there's no undo option. This can lead to accidental actions being announced to everyone, which becomes problematic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find monday Work Management enhances our lab communication, saving time that I would otherwise spend finding multiple people for answers. It's customizable for our workflows, aiding organization in biotech activities.
