Flexible Boards and Intuitive Dashboards Make Collaboration Easy
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you are able to create private and public boards and add who you would like to each board specifically. I also like the use of the dashboard that brings up the most used page for all the see when they open the board.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike not being able to archive a group of items, you can only minimize them to close so it just shows the title of the group, but you can't put it somewhere off the page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is removing the issue of location of notes, I am able to go to a meeting and take down all the notes I need and it immediately is shared with those who are on the board as well. There is no more need to be emailing notes back and forth and them getting lost, they are all in one place and easy to access when needed in the future.
Exceptional Task Organization and Detail
What do you like best about the product?
The level at which you can organize tasks. Very detailed and specific. Automations are really nice to have too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes a little frustrating to use on the phone app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management and task management. Keeps things in the front of my mind. I organize tasks for so many different people in different departments so having a detailed task manager is super helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
The organization of tasks, the possibility of including various file extensions, the possibility of including formulas for handling activities, the possibility of customization, among other things.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there could be pre-made formulas in Portuguese, according to the areas of use (projects, requirements, etc.) to avoid the time spent on creating the formulas.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As mentioned above, monday helps organize the company's tasks and manage employees and the time spent on each demand. This way, it is possible to measure the work time and effort spent on each task of a project.

Monday Work Management helps solve the challenge of disorganized workflows and scattered communication. By centralizing tasks, timelines, and updates in one place, it ensures everyone stays aligned and projects move forward smoothly. It’s made my work more efficient and has reduced the back-and-forth emails needed to keep track of progress.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is intuitive, and user-friendly. I have had no issues onboarding new people to Monday. The barrier to entry is low, but there is still more than enough customizability and features.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main dislike I have is that it can lag behind when processing large amounts of information (100s of tasks).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem Monday solves is being able to easily create a "to-do" list everyday. This list is easy to view and complete tasks on your phone while out and about during your day.

I absolutely love the AI columns in monday Work Management. They offer a level of flexibility and functionality that can significantly enhance workflow efficiency. By effectively using the AI column, I can create seamless workarounds for different tasks and project management needs, such as formula columns, making the overall management process much simpler. The ability to extract information from updates and transform it into a useful format in designated columns like 'journal log' is a game-changer for keeping track of tasks like calls, messages, and emails. Furthermore, displaying this extracted information on dashboards enhances my ability to oversee operations efficiently. I also find the overall software to be incredibly flexible, which is crucial in setting up effective workflows. Proper workflow management is pivotal for a company's success, and monday Work Management offers a robust platform for this purpose. The setup process is straightforward and user-friendly, contributing to my positive experience with the product. Overall, the software stands out as an amazing tool, and its impact on proper workflow management is invaluable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike not being able to have items directly on the dashboard in monday Work Management. Additionally, the issues with formula columns not working properly on the dashboard sometimes bug me. These limitations can disrupt my workflow when trying to visualize or manage data efficiently.

I use monday Work Management to maintain a single source of truth for tasks, ensuring no missed deadlines or ownership. It safeguards workflows by preventing leaks, aiding in seamless operations for our diverse business functions.

What do you like best about the product?
It’s very easy to use and intuitive. There are a ton of options for adapting your product to your needs, and Customer Service is very helpful and proactive. They also follow up quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automations are sometimes complicated to design. The mobile app is not helpful. I can’t access a lot of info I would need. It’s very basic. You’re better off using your laptop or desktop

It’s keeping us organized and on time. We can also see where we have needs or opportunities that we can work on easily. It’s a great planning tool; so, it goes way beyond project management. Essentially, it can be almost anything you need it to be

What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility and AI features are the most practical aspects, and each user can also redefine them to suit their needs. Additionally, the support is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once you lose track of your automations, it becomes quite challenging to identify and understand the mistakes that occur.

I use it for planning projects.
