Best Program for Projects
What do you like best about the product?
i love monday because this program offers you a wide variety of thing that you can do. You can interact with other departments through the panels and dashboards and that way everyone can have the most updated information
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like about Monday the fact that whenever you are using the mobile app it presents some bugs and you have to restart the application very often in order to work
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Monday I can interact with the other departments in my company and that way everyone can knowwhat the other is doing or the status of a task or a project. We are way more productive
Good Software
What do you like best about the product?
I like Monday because I can just design forms so easily and then have the answers directly into a Dashboard that I can manage and get statistics in panels good for reporting
What do you dislike about the product?
Personally I use a lot Monday forms for my daily work. The only disadvantage that I found is that they still haven't set that a question depends on the other when you create the form
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With monday I have all my team using them and filing out the forms that I design with the information needed in the department and have all results tabulated in graphics
Great for our small but busy team
What do you like best about the product?
Our team is has internal projects, client projects and ongoing programs that all need our attention. We are able to easily track what we have outstanding and meet our deadlines.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime we want to move items between boards and it can be a little tricky if the boards weren't set up the same way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to maintain visibility on future tasks across multiple projects

What do you like best about the product?
I wouldn't say that monday is a project management software because it's more than that. I sm so happy with it because you can create and automatízate everything you want

The least helpful thing that monday has is that sometimes when you're using the mobile app is not that complete as when you're usung monday in the browser because the app has limitations

With monday I'm able to automatize all my process and boards and I share so many forms to my clients and from there automatically I can work and prodive a better customer service
Project Management and CRM
What do you like best about the product?
I love about Monday all things you can do with this platform it is more than a project management software because you can customize everything. I have even a CRM there
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that the platform is missing the part where you can customize the part of billing, which is new and great and also more formulas like excel even though there are advantages
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it for a lot of things. I have my CRM integrated there, and I also have panels where I interact with other departments in my company and I also use it for project management
Easy & Flexible
What do you like best about the product?
The abiliy to create a profile and preload categories is quick and easy. I also like how it is searchable and interactive (and will save your work even if you accidentally close the window!)
What do you dislike about the product?
Th only one drawback that I have found is in logging my OOO time for holidays, etc. is that the system is calibrated is for an 8 hr day. However, I work part-time and it has to be adjusted by my approver so that the hours match.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me as a user, I like the dashboards to quickly check my work. In my role in the company, I apprecaite beings able to track the work flow of other employees on the team.

I really love the interface. You can easily see the information displayed in one page

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a liason tool between the sales and the operational team. We create the event there and they managed it, updated it and everyone can review or comments if needed
One of the most powerful tools I’ve ever used
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is the catch-all solution for all of my work projects. I'm able to manage event planning, budget processes, sales pipelines, and create beautiful forms for websites. Our running joke on my team is, "There's a Monday board for that!" My organization uses their Enterprise plan, but if you're not concerned with the extensive security features that come with that package, the lower-level packages are still extensive AND cost-effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their API integration could be better, but their App Library continues to grow, so it's not a deal-breaker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are endless automations that can be built into any board you create. It helps to keep our internal processes moving, and ensures that the right individuals are able to access and manage the correct tasks. This helps leadership get real-time data on different projects and provides our team with a single source of truth for our work.
Monday has one of the best user interfaces I've ever seen
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy and self-explanatory it is to use Monday. As a product manager, I need a platform that functions across different departments and is easy and intuitive to use. This platform helps me achieve that.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not a whole lot that I don't like about Monday. The biggest wish I have is that Monday's formulas were more explanatory. In addition, I wish it had a DevOps system like Azure or Jira.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps me delegate tasks and collaborate with other departments on complex features and enhancements to our product's platform.

I love that Monday.com helps staff members know what others are working on, the status of projects, timely updates, and lists. And I super love the dashboards and being able to see high-level insights in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up the functions to work like Excel can be a little tricky at first.
