What do you like best about the product?
Monday has been super helpful in terms of communication with our team on differnt projects for differnt social media platforms and keeps us super organized!
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't one thing I dislike about this tool. Monday.com is has been nothing but helpful since we signed up!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before monday.com it was quite a struggle to stay organized on differnt projects and tasks. Our overall organization and project mangement efficiency has increased tremendously!

What do you like best about the product?
What I enjoy the most is the automations and time tracking, as well as the versatility of this software for everything in life.
What do you dislike about the product?
I still don't understand how to integrate two boards to avoid having to copy the same thing, I've watched tutorials and practiced but I still can't do it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Create a user-friendly CRM to track customers.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a very user-friendly and clean UI with a litany of features and tools + add-ons that creates an endless supply of capabilities. I like that it does not have a steep learning curve.
What do you dislike about the product?
The out-of-the-box capabilities and features can be lacking. Some of the pay-to-play features can be a little frustrating that they are not included as a base feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We manange a series of projects and programs here. Monday is the best tool that we have found to be able to monitor our projects from a portfolio level. The portfolio views and dashboards offer a lot of flexibility in reporting.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has been the breath of life into our Marketing operations. We have dozens of campaigns running at any given time, alongside other ongoing activities; thanks to automations, dashboards, and connected boards, we can manage them all with just a few clicks. I can plan campaigns way in advance, track where we keep assets, keep records of the PR agencies and journalists we've reached out to...there isn't much Monday.com can't do.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one downside about Monday.com is its learning curve. It takes 3-6 months of daily use, in my experience, to really begin to understand how to best utilize the platform and navigate it, especially when there are dozens of boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have many different projects with changing deadlines and stakeholders from multiple teams. Monday.com helps us manage everything smoothly and communicate on one platform

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to automate tasks based on triggers as well as being able to integrate other apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
It lacks some automations in order to be able to become a very complete CRM.

Being able to remain on task and stay accountable to other peers who are collaborating on the same project.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is easy to build out and straightforward to implement. The platform is user-friendly and intuitive, so getting staff up to speed is a breeze. Monday.com has been an essential tool in leveraging our small team to operate more seamlessly and provides tangible value for our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the integrations aren't quite as powerful and detailed as we would hope, but Monday.com's team is constantly adding features and improving upon their platform.

Monday.com allows our team to communicate and plan more effectively than ever before. We are a small team spread across many jobs and tasks, and now we can be on the same page more often.

Best visualized documenting software which can easily coordinates between various platforms

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing is the sync between data in different views and platforms. From the main table to Gantt and kanban, you can change 1 thing in 1 view and see it very clearly in other views. The visual of Monday helps to see things very clearly and operate it efficiently according to colors, categories, etc. In addition, many types of columns are useful to store data cleverly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no option to determine restrictions for specific people on one board. The type of people (viewers, admin, team members) is relevant for the whole workspace. If you want a person to have permission in one board and not in another, you have to restrict him by changing each of the columns separately. Even now when you have the costumed type of workers on Monday, it is determined for the whole workspace and not per board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Monday for agile and scrum methods. As a scrum master, I can easily track workflow and updates of developers. Using workload view, kanban and other functions I can manage the project and workers and a beneficial way.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Monday.com for quite some time now and it has become an indispensable tool for me. This organizational platform is simply amazing! It is so easy to use, and everything is organized in a very beautiful and easy-to-understand manner. I use it every single day to track both my individual tasks and projects within my team.

What I love the most about Monday.com is its versatility. With its various options such as text, video, and progress bars, it allows me to track everything and anything. I never miss a thing at work anymore, thanks to this platform. I can keep track of deadlines, task progress, and even communicate with my team members in one place.

Overall, I am very impressed with Monday.com. It has truly helped me stay on track and be more productive at work. I would highly recommend this platform to anyone looking for an effective organizational tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only minor issue I have encountered is that sometimes a single task can become very long due to multiple entries. This can make it a bit difficult to find what I am looking for later on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is solving the problem of disorganization and lack of clarity that often arises when managing complex projects or multiple tasks. With its user-friendly interface and versatile features, Monday.com enables users to keep track of all their tasks and projects in one centralized location.

Personally, Monday.com has benefited me greatly by allowing me to manage my workload more efficiently and collaborate better with my colleagues. I am able to track the progress of my tasks, set deadlines, and communicate with my team members in real-time, all from one platform. This has greatly reduced the chance of tasks slipping through the cracks or important deadlines being missed.

Overall, Monday.com has made my work life much easier and more streamlined. I am able to stay on top of my tasks and projects, collaborate more effectively with my team members, and ultimately be more productive and successful in my work.

Great for organising multiple tasks in one place

What do you like best about the product?
I love that each task can be customised to include due dates, priorities, status etc and changed to suit the needs of each board. It also makes remote teamwork and communication easier, particularly when managing or overseeing the tasks of multiple employees.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday has a lot of useful features and is continually adding new ones in updates. Sometimes new updates are less user-friendly but they can sometimes be reverted in the settings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We run three local magazines and one challenge is task/time management - each month we are publishing aroung 140 individual articles, plus advertisements. Monday boards allow us to easily see and plan our progress for each article and advertisement. The colour-coordinated updates feature allows us to communicate with each other quickly and effectively, view each others work and collaborate on updates for each item.

What do you like best about the product?
My organisation is spread geographically, functionally and there is also a huge spread in terms of IT literacy. I can engage with clients and staff in a controlled manner and drive accountability as well as show our value as an outsource partner in ways we battled to do before.
What do you dislike about the product?
It isn't excel - if you come with that expectation you will be disappointed. But it is better than excel could ever be at the things it is meant to be used for. I wish that pivot table functionality were available for pro users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication; between teams and with clients.
Transparency; driving accountability on sites i don't have eyeballs on.
Efficiency; automated a number of tasks that used to take up time
