Monday.com allows me to run my whole agency business with ease!
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is so versatile to our needs. It is an effective project management tool that our business would not be able to operate without. I especially like the automations that are available to us to cut down on the time our team takes to do repetitive, small tasks. It also has some great intergations with other tools we use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't comment much on what I don't like about Monday.com

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com allows us to easily track all clients projects from start to finish. The team can clearly see who is assigned to what tasks and progress of work. It allows me as a leader to log in and see at a glance where all our work is up to.
Bringing multiple offices together, one board at a time
What do you like best about the product?
It is so much easier to see what my 'next steps' are day-to-day and where there are exceptional circumstances coming up in our schedule. Other platforms do not make it possible to integrate as many tools in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there are any down sides to Monday.com! We are growing as an organisation and our practice with Monday is growing with that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com allows everyone on a team to see what stage of planning and delivery programs are at, no matter where they are working from (we are spread around Australia, including several different timezones - so our colleagues are not always online when we have questions). It allows us to see at a glance where we can pick up from after our 'off' days for those of us job-sharing or working part-time.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has been an excellent platform for managing my daily tasks, reports, team projects, and HR requests. I use Monday.com to store my contacts, passwords, historical product information, and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday.com can do no wrong, but the only hurdle I've encountered was using the form feature and logic. I have worked with external apps like Zapier, which make my requirements possible. Still, it can overcomplicate a simple process, especially if I were to leave the company and someone had to take over managing the form and any potential bugs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com can be used in so many areas of the business. Every department in my team uses monday.com. It's an excellent tool for project management & internal communication, making everyone work efficiently. I love that it eliminates the need for multiple platforms.
Maximizes Productivity
What do you like best about the product?
Everyone on our team uses Monday every day. Keeps all of our team's tasks organized and flowing efficiently. Monday allows us to easily automate many tasks for accuracy and efficiency for our daily and weekly tasks. Boards and columns are easily updated to work in ways that are easy to follow for even new employees. I love that I can integrate Monday with Slack to send messages and reminders automatically.
What do you dislike about the product?
Boards don't always update in real time. Unable to do a few automations in ways that would make sense to our team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tasks being missed or incomplete. Monday.com allows the status of each task to be seen and updated as it is completed.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is the easiest project and program management tool ever, and I've tried a LOT in my many years in the agency world. I love the flexibility in ways we can use the platform for different purposes, clients, and objectives. I love that it is highly visual for my highly visual team. I love that it is intuitive, and we don't need to provide extensive training for new hires. Its the best, and has really helped us to become more efficient all around.
What do you dislike about the product?
I just have really nitpicky small dislikes, like that the template dates don't automatically update to the current day, and that the system is VERY rarely down, but when it is it is a nightmare because of how dependent we are on it. Little teeny things in the grand scheme.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At the highest of levels it gives me full visibility into everything going on at the agency, while my team and clients can easily see just the content that is relevant to them.

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to keep track of my work in progress and for clients to be able to see the work progression.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think of. It has a lot of great features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication with clients and team members. Keeping track of my deadlines.

Simple to use.

What do you dislike about the product?
No simple way to communicate (i.e., instant chat) within Monday.
I wish I had more detailed control over setting up a personal dashboard. Also, while using the dashboard I did create, the ability to manipulate is limited (for example - When I want to click a single item as completed, I'm told that "Batch Selection is Currently Unsupported in this View,"; and I'm not sure what to do different.
MAYBE THE BIGGEST ISSUE - there is no way to respond to a specific update. For example, suppose there are 3 updates from other team members before I try to reply. In that case, Monday doesn't allow me to respond precisely to one of the updates. Therefore, it's not clear to the other team members which update I'm responding to because my reply ends up at the bottom of the chain, and so it's not clear.

It allows our team members, who are scattered all over the world, to collaborate efficiently. It's significantly reducing the amount of email we use as a team.
Easy to Customize ANYTIME
What do you like best about the product?
With our business we have a number of different avenues we need to track. Monday.com is so easy to customize as we grow and change while still using current materials which is my number one selling point with this review! HIGHLY recommend for any company, office, or project!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it could calculate columns for me like in a spreadsheet but to be fair in review this isn't something I've yet to reach out to Monday.come customer service about yet. Even if they don't offer something they're quick to respond and accept feedback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is proving Instant updates to our team and making it possible for us to all work from sellers te locations. We can easily update photos and damages at job sites for all to see and react to.
Best program I ever used in my 10 years of working.
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing I like about Monday is its easy use. It doesn't take a genius to be able to use it. It's fast, easy, and reliable. I recommend this program.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about Monday, is that it can glitch sometimes. It won't load everything. But its only about 15-20% of the time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of all employees. It's easy to know when an Employee is scheduled or what task needs to be done.
Great tool for organization of multiple projects!
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has helped our team organize our many projects (over 200 at a time!) in a seamless and user-friendly experience. It has helped us to effectively track progress, budgets, correspondence and staff duties.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our main struggle is having staff log in to update the status of projects. I feel it is a simple process using the browser or app but maybe a desktop app would be better?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of various timelines, systematic emails for client updates, assigning of projects for accountability, and overview of current projects/completion status'.
