Love it!
What do you like best about the product?
In all honesty, I found it very difficult to use at the beginning and it looked a bit overwhelming. However, after using the programme consistently, 2 years
+ later, I am absolutely loving it! Right now, I mainly use it for my to-do list and it's so easy to set a timer, countdown date and get projects done.

What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit overwhelming/complex at first. I still don't understand how to do certain formulas on it but overall, I really like the platform!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To do list, content scheduling, keeping on track of projects etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday has been a great time saver for me and a big upgrade from Trello, which is what I was using previously.
It really helps me manage my team - especially when we have so many regular micro tasks that all need tracking. I can get simple visualisation of what everyone is working on and when it will be completed.
It's also great for project management across multiple users and tracking a project through to completion. It's just a great time saver. Timeline view is also a great feature!

What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't many downsides really. I sometimes found user management and permissions a little tricky, and the billing model per user can be a tad confusing and perhaps a little expensive. But this is me really looking for negatives.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing for easy visualisation of what my entire team is working on, with an at a glance view of when items and the great project will be completed. This is a huge time saver when managing a team!
Perfect tool for customized approach to workflow management!
What do you like best about the product?
The customization of boards allows a company to design the best way to organize workflow and data even as the business evolves. We have been able to build our portal based on the users. The program allows all individuals in an organization to track & monitor workflow without the redundancy of meetings and reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say there are any significant dislikes or functionality issues. The phone app can be glitchy sometimes, and the trial and error use of new extensions can be confusing, but yet again is part of the beauty of designing a system that works for your company or orgainzation.

It helps users efficiently manage their time and know their priorities. It provides a tool that all employees can access to project details or status.
Project management software at it's finest
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com helps me to manage all of my teams' tasks and delegate responsibilities easily, allowing for accountability and better time management for deadlines. I'm able to set up individual steps for every task and manage all activities on multiple dashboards for an easy view of different streams of work. This helps me manage my work day and know easily identify what my priorities are day to day. The interface is intuitive and easy to use, and makes communicating with my co-workers easier than ever.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't any glaring drawbacks to using the service, however, there is certainly room for more optimization and improvement in the future. Monday.com is taking the lead with innovation so I expect there to continue to be ongoing updates and improvements that make the platform even better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday.com is making it easy for me to keep track of all of our content production, spreadsheets and workbooks, website build and navigations. With monday.com, I am specifically tracking every step I take on the path toward task completion and communicating with my co-workers directly on the platform to solve problems.

What do you dislike about the product?
While Monday.com has a lot going for it, there's one area where it could use a bit of improvement: support for right-to-left (RTL) languages in email automation. As a collaboration tool used by people worldwide, Monday.com needs to address the needs of users who speak different languages. Currently, the platform's email automation feature doesn't fully support RTL languages like Arabic and Hebrew, making it a bit tricky for native speakers to draft and send automated emails.

What do you like best about the product?
It has transformed our business enabling us to systemise our processes in a simple way.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything to dislike but you may need to reach out and pay for a customised solution as it can be tricky to set up all the processes yourself.

Systemising our business so all team members can view where a customer is, at any given time. Plus we can track and quantify leads in, and resulting revenue

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com greatly supports organizing the work plan of the projects and the team. The platform is efficient and contributes a lot to the organization of tasks and routines

Monday solved the follow-up and organization problem in the team's work plan and increased the productivity of the projects.
One of, if not the best, platform for project management!
What do you like best about the product?
Our team spent months looking for software that would support our goals of organizing internal projects and managing client relations. When we discovered Monday.com, we realized it was exactly what we were looking for! Monday's robust features were what we loved most about Monday.com; we were able to create systems and automate them with their built-in tools. Long story short, it made everything smoother, and there are not many other companies that can compete with all the features that Monday.com has to offer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say the only "downside" would be that it is so robust, that there is an apparent learning curve that takes place when trying to learn how to utilize it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We do a lot of management with clients, and being able to use sections and project boards allows us to track our clients and have our team view and collaborate effectively. It made everything smooth, from the layout of information to the automation tools that send cards to different boards, move to the next sections, and things of that nature.
All-in-One interface to take your business to another level
What do you like best about the product?
Definitely, the forms combined with the automations. They will provide you with a clear and wide picture of your business pipeline in real time. Secondly,but super helpful, the integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
No option for invoicing; that's the missing link for the chain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fixing interface glitches it's making the work smooth and forms submission (on mobile app) integrated to the platform makes my subcontractor payment request process easy and quick
