My team is small and the paid per-team pricing (minimum 3 users, then 5) isn't optimal.

What do you like best about the product?
That we can see all tasks and what is still needing to be done. I'm still figuring things out though and I'm sure there is more I'll discover. I haven't even approached a lot of features yet so time will tell.
What do you dislike about the product?
That I have to pay for 3 seats when I only currently need 2. I will be adding another team member in the future, but for right now it's basically wasted money. However, I get the features that I want, so it'll work.

Team collaboration on multiple ongoing projects and that works a lot better for everyone to be on the same page with one another.
Most Efficient Project Management Software I've Ever Used
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about monday.com is the degree of customization it allows its users. Things I track and put in monday.com as a graphic designer differ significantly from my coworkers scheduling digital campaigns. I love that we can have separate boards with as many (or as few) custom dimensions as needed. I also love the simple automation options monday.com offers that allow me to transfer relevant data to coworkers without disrupting their workflow. Compared to the project management software I've used in the past, monday.com has been the most pleasant to use and the most efficient for my specific workflow!
What do you dislike about the product?
I use one board for managing all my client projects. However, many users in my organization use one board for each client. This large assortment of boards greatly clutters the "workspace" layout, and folders for each team member feel like a bandage solution. Many boards involve multiple employees, so they do not neatly fit into one user's folder. As a result, many boards sit in the general "workspace" that will never be relevant to me, but I have to see them anytime I need to find another board. I wish there were a feature to hide boards without archiving them for all my organization's users.

Monday.com is integral to my general project workflow. Instead of searching in Dropbox for a project I made months ago, I use monday.com as a personal database of all my projects. For any item, I can easily add a project brief, relevant notes, and a direct link to the project in Dropbox when it's finished. I also frequently tag my coworkers on an item for instant feedback, which has proven to be much more efficient than emailing them directly.
Monday.com also solves the issue of vague process tracking. With the help of groups, I can see at a glance which projects are my responsibility, which projects are awaiting client feedback, and which projects lack information I need to start. Additionally, I use automations that move projects between these groups based on status. This new level of accountability tracking saves time and gives my supervisor a clear idea of my workload.

How "Do-ers" Get Things Done!
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite features are the customization and notification functions. My company is small, and we all work remotely. So having a space that is easy for us to share information, and stay on task is critical to our success.
We were using "Slack" for internal communication, but found that it was missing some functionality that we really appreciate with Monday. Additionally, Monday allows us to share pertinent files that coincide with the task we are working through. That's immensely helpful.

What do you dislike about the product?
For our purposes, the biggest challenge with Monday has been navigating the templates. They can be a bit daunting for some of my team members. Occasionally, we have compatibility issues with one of our team members, but that is more of a hardware problem on their end - not an issue with Monday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a team that does not share an office space, it helps us to stay on task with projects. Accountability issues are completely resolved, simply by staying up-to-date with the Monday interface. Additionally, internal communication is much cleaner and more simplistic. Further, it allows for expectations to be very clear through each project.
