What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use, and the ability to quickly understand the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
It needs an undo button, sometimes I make a mistake and am not sure how to undo the error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday lets us take our data further than we could in Excel with our limited Excel skills.

MONDAY has transformed our business

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is a fantastic product for collecting information, storing it in an easily accessible location, tracking progress, and forecasting results. We have tried many other options and Monday is far ahead in terms of usability. It also integrates with many other programs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no real downsides that we have discovered. The sub-items feature is helpful but could use some further tweaking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a lot of projects running simultaneously with different sets of partners, colleagues and brokers. Monday allows us to track progress on a single board but limit permissions to the appropriate parties by prospect. That has allowed us to better manage all of our business.

Efficient platform for project management and innovation

What do you like best about the product?
The practicality of centralizing and monitoring innovation area projects in a single environment. In our case, the platform facilitates the organization of contracts, invoices, suppliers, and ideas in a structured and collaborative way. The customization of boards, combined with automations, significantly supports task management, delivery control, and alignment between teams. Furthermore, the measurement of results becomes clearer and more accessible, contributing to more agile and strategic decisions. As an innovation area, we consider Monday an essential tool; it was the best platform we found, and it has proven to be a great support in managing and controlling our projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not exactly something I dislike, but rather a suggestion for improvement. I believe the platform could benefit from greater integration with artificial intelligence tools. We use Monday as an excellent hub for managing processes and information; it is intuitive and centralizes project data well. However, in some situations, we miss the ability to quickly access specific information. It would be interesting to have a feature where it would be possible to ask questions and get direct answers through an integrated AI, like ChatGPT or something similar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday Work Management is solving the difficulty we had in concentrating, organizing, and tracking the information and activities of the innovation area in one place. Previously, this information was scattered among emails, spreadsheets, and parallel conversations. Today, we can structure and visualize contracts, invoices, suppliers, ideas, and projects in a centralized, collaborative, and updated manner. This helps us to have a much more efficient management, with greater control, visibility, and measurement of results.

Give Your Agency's Communication A Facelift

What do you like best about the product?
My absolute favorite thing about monday Work Management is how great it is for managing our projects and organizing lines of communication with our clients. The best part is that our clients love it too—the majority of them find the taskboards intuitive to use. Our team would be much more lost without monday. We now center our meetings and daily tasks around monday's My Work feature and use it daily. Outages do happen occasionally, but when they do happen, the support team is great about giving updates, and they get things up and running again the same day. It did take our team a bit of trial and error to find out how to best implement this for everyone, but thanks to their support group and articles, we were able to find a great way to integrate it. Our team is very grateful to have monday Work Management—especially coming from other platforms that claim to be similar but did not work as well for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve, but if you stay curious and seek out answers they are easy to solve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It opens a line of communication that is traceable for both our team and the client. This means less going back and forth from emails to texts to call transcripts-we try our best to get clients to keep everything in one place and on the most relevant task and find that it keeps efficiency up.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Monday Work Management to control and manage a request queue system. I have my board adjusted so that depending on the request an automation triggers and emails the requester back asking for more information, saving me hours of time writing the same emails over and over and over. It's very easy to set up automation. I use this every moment of the day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all of the fields can be used to trigger actions. It would be very helpful to have the ability to do if this then that type actions on all fields
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I manage hundreds of request tickets monthly and am able to keep track of them all.

What do you like best about the product?
What I enjoy the most in using Monday.com and how playful and attractive it is. Despite that fact that it has long to do lists of mine, it makes them look much easier. The platform is super flexible and easy to set up (integrate). Since we get to use it on daily basis, it is very important that we get enough support on issues and that is also done smoothly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to mention here. Usually, since we have boards that combine heavy data, it can get a little confusing, but gets fixed fast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a part of Sales team, several directions are working on one platform which helps track progress on specific tasks and projects without pinging anyone.

What do you like best about the product?
It is my homebase to make sure everything is in order with the business. I can check in on how my team is doing, keep conversations organized, and know that we're not forgetting anyone or anything.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a little pricey for a small business, but doable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping everyone on the same page.
Making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
It's our brain for workflow so we can train new folks.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is so easy to use, and it's fast to get your first boards and workspaces set up. I've used it for years and it just continues to grow and evolve. We have migrated so many processes into Monday, and it's now a tool that the whole team uses every day. We are a team of nine and we create training experiences in VR. We keep track of projects, assets, builds, daily tasks, schedules, and other resources all in Monday.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing we wish Monday had that it doesn't have (yet) is an option for a forum-like board. Somewhere that we can have fuller discussions on certain topics- that way, when we expand the team again, it would be easy for newbies to catch up on the discussions involving certain topics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to utilizing Monday, we were trying to keep track of all of our development in Teams channels. It was messy and chaotic and it would have been nearly impossible to integrate new team members into that. Now, everything is tracked in Monday. Our build, patch, and testing notes are all logged in Monday, our team calendar is in Monday, our project and asset development tasks are in Monday. We also each use our own individual workspaces to organize tasks that are not team-related.

What do you like best about the product?
love that this platform gives me the ability to build my own boards and workflows. It's incredibly intuitive and smart, and truly helps me stay on top of everything. I can customize and create exactly what I need to manage my tasks and projects efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love if the platform were better adapted to the Hebrew language.
Also, I still haven’t found an effective way to incorporate full annual work plans for social impact organizations. Right now, I manage separate boards for separate projects, but I haven’t yet figured out how to bring everything together into one cohesive, connected plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
What I value most in monday is the ability to track and document each client’s personal process within the organization.
The fact that it’s so accessible and allows all team members to update and fill in information easily is fantastic.
In addition, the automations help me monitor these personal processes and alert me when it’s time to step in and take action with a client."
