Great tool for organization of multiple projects!
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has helped our team organize our many projects (over 200 at a time!) in a seamless and user-friendly experience. It has helped us to effectively track progress, budgets, correspondence and staff duties.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our main struggle is having staff log in to update the status of projects. I feel it is a simple process using the browser or app but maybe a desktop app would be better?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of various timelines, systematic emails for client updates, assigning of projects for accountability, and overview of current projects/completion status'.

maybe improve a little bit performance in general, but is not even a problem for me

What do you like best about the product?
I believe that everyone knows about this. Communication is the most important when you are running any business. Every employee has to be on the same page. We can do that with Monday.com. Also, we are busy people. Monday.com's automated system makes us free from following up issues.
I strongly recommend Monday.com. Without Monday.com, I can not run this business anymore.

When I had a minor issue with a subitem, the Monday.com support team responded quickly.

Great resource for organization and tracking
What do you like best about the product?
Multiple boards to separate categories, color schemes makes it very visual and feel more organized
What do you dislike about the product?
The price and it would be nice to have more flexibility with how the lists are organized under each board

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to customize so many aspects of this CRM and how you see them. From Boards to groups, tasks, and subitems, you can make this software do and show exactly what you need, and how you need it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really can't think of anything. The automations can be a little complicated, but it walks you through everything. The trouble is learning what this software can do, because there is SO MUCH.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can customize each person's view to only see what they need to get their job done. We can sort all our info by any data point we choose, making comparisons easier to accomplish. We can add a column or data entry point at any time with no hassle. We get to build the interface out as we need as we grow.

The platform is easy to understand, versatile, and easy to integrate with other tools. They've created a platform where you creativity is the limit of what you can build.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only once you have been using Monday.com for a while will you find little features that should be included but aren't yet. There are always workarounds, and the developers are working on it, but more feature releases would help make this tool even better to build with.

Monday.com has become a "homebase" for the business where we can visualize things like our CRM, active deals, business intelligence data, and more. Team members can work collaboratively on projects, all in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
The way we can keep control of all te data we use, we can find anything we want like date slots, money slots, data from other dashboards slots and so much more... we find very usefull the automatic reminders for us and for our clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
We can´t send PDF flies in the mails from monday, and create a tool that can make de work it´s very hard, as well some times te autos just don´t work and i have to move the item my self.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can have control of the clients and their billings, their support and we can get an status if their are active, billed and expecting payment, or averdue and canceled.

The ability to manage projects and workflow, along with being able to communicate with my coworkers easily, has helped increase productivity.
Super Flexible for the DIY manager
What do you like best about the product?
I can make almost any kind of board that I want and many of the built in boards require minimal tweaking to work for anything you want to track. I use at least 5 different boards to track various things.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting multiple boards to "talk to each other" can be difficult, especially if you use the comment system extensively and want those comments to persist across multiple boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a centralized place to funnel ads from multiple sources to have the flexibility to "fit" multiple inputs. The ability to track our leads in this way has done wonders in preventing lead losses.
