Great for Publicists and Content Creators
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com keeps me organized and on time with my media pitching. It's so much more sophisticated than keeping track of a spreadsheet.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it allowed me to schedule appoints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping my team see that working virtually doesn't have to me unorganized chaos.
Indispensable project management software
What do you like best about the product?
I like how simple Monday makes it to coordinate with my team members. As a creative, being able to track the progress of projects against deadlines is truly helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much that concerns me about the software. However, I will say that sometimes I get too many emails. I get notifications whenever a project is updated via app and email. While getting reports is nice, it can sometimes feel overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday makes it simple to keep track of inbound creative requests and their corresponding deadlines. I can organize files by project, coordinate with my other team members, and everything is time-stamped, which is a huge help.
Helps all of the different departments flow
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the multiple departments who have their hands in specific tasks know who is in turn. It makes it easy to point out who needs to do what next. Our tasks sometimes include just one department but when there is more than one it can be messy and others may think it is not in their court but with Monday we can all visually see who is responsible.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't like the notifications I was receiving. There were too many but after some digging around I made the proper adjustments to where I only receive what I want to receive. So now it is only what pertains to me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When all hands need to be on deck this can sometimes cause chaos and confusion. Especially when others think they played their part and the task is overlooked. With Monday when one completes their part, they hand it off and so and so on. It also let's the customer know when it is complete.

You can use your old excel data and add vitamins to it

I hope they can improve the mobile app, but something helps

It helps me keep track of listed projects and be able to monitor them until the sale is closed.

Bringing together a remote team
What do you like best about the product?
We have a fully remote team with individuals in 4 different cities. Monday has been a huge help in assigning tasks and making sure that nothing falls through the cracks. The different boards and abilities to track status has been super helpful vs. complicated email chains that get lost in the shuffle.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are very few downsides and nothing that would prevent me from further using the service or recommending to someone else. The only feature that I am not a fan of is the chat feature. I do not feel that is intuitive or easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday solves the issues of having a fully remote team that needs to collaborate on multiple tasks throughout the week. It allows us to assign tasks and then track to completion.
Great platform for team work
What do you like best about the product?
We like the platform since it helps our team organize and structure daily. Since we are working from home, Monday helps us know precisely where the team is and their next steps in our tasks. We love it.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would like to have more tutorials on how the platform is working.

Fantastic tool
What do you like best about the product?
Everything.. it's hard to pick one feature. I love being able to visually organise my tasks, receive email reminders and tag colleagues and clients in important project progress updates. It's a fantastic tool, really I should be paid to talk about it because I love it so much haha.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is on the more expensive side, but with its positives such as making your work more efficient and allowing you to achieve more by being more organised it pays for itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working in an agency we have hundreds of tasks going on at once. Monday.Com helps us keep on top of it and also add a layer of transparency between us and our clients as we can add them to our work boards and they can see the hours of work we have done, where we are at and what is next - saves a lot of emailing back and forth.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the visual aspect of Monday.com. The platform offers an easy-to-scan and read interface with customizable boards that help my team stay organized and track our progress. It's great to see which projects I am clearly responsible for and what deadlines are approaching.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday.com has two main areas where improvement is needed. Easy-to-access and understand tutorials would be great. My team learned as we worked, and it is unclear whether or not we are using the program to its maximum potential. It is also challenging to use the app on Mobile. It is easy to see and reply to open threads, but creating anything on mobile devices is cumbersome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com streamlines project management for my team. With Monday we have a centralized location where we manage tasks, share deadlines, and track progress. It has also helped us improve collaboration and share files where they can be accessed for future needs.

What do you like best about the product?
Is the fact that I can see the progress of my work and whenever I need a certain info about the previous work that I had done I'll always find it on Monday.com

As for me (the kind of work I do) Monday.com has no downside cause I have always worked well with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves paper work problems and that helps me in saving a lot of time so i could do more work daily
Monday works wonders
What do you like best about the product?
The organization, the colors and that the information never gets lost. It helps get track of every moment and update. Having a team working on Monday is wonderful.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Monday is that we can't have different tables on one board. The elements of columns transfer to the other not allowing to have different ones.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ay the moment Monday is not giving problems. I would like to see Monday fixing the problem of the page crashing sometimes. Other than that, our business performance has increased.
