Excellent software for organisation and delegation

What do you like best about the product?
Its super helpful in a large organisation to see the status of objectives and to view progress of peers on their tasks. Working in a large organisation/team, Monday.com provides a very useful dashboard of information that is easy to view and access and saves a lot of time where you'd otherwise manually request updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be useful to have the 'to-do' more accessible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Delegating tasks across team, viewing updates and seeing the progress of tasks.
It has helped the team become more productive by shortening team call times and allowing the business to focus on day to day tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most is the amount of features available for me to monitor and map all my projects, actions, activities and deliverables information. Also, the way it integrate with other apps is just amazing. I can create certain workflows just using its features and integrated apps, everything low code. Wonderful!
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is quite expensive, and not every company nor even certain projects/areas can afford or sustain a business case. In times of financial crisis, it's the first thing to cut off from OPEX. That's something to consider, when choosing it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday. com is helpíng us solve our Monthly accounting closing integration between our internal stakeholders (internal areas), mapping deliverables, owners, quality and tracking deadlines.

Monday.com great assistance for filing organization

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of accessing my documents as I deal with archives and multiple categories to organize each file. It is a pleasant experience to use Monday.com as the app supplements the accuracy and speed of my workload.
What do you dislike about the product?
The difficulty to transfer files from Monday.com to my computer desktop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Filing organization and tracking.

Fantastic Project Management Workspace

What do you like best about the product?
I built a full-year project management page that allowed me to tag my employees, assign work, see the status of projects in real time, and get reminders when we were starting or nearing the due date of a project. It was easy for the employees to use, and I got a notification every time they completed a task.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is almost no downsides to using Monday. The hardest part is determining the best layout you want to use for your application. However, they do make this process easier by having premade templates for you to choose from.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The old way of doing things was in excel spreadsheets or a notebook. These are more time-consuming to manage, and notes get lost. Your employees always have the due date in front of them and are reminded when it's getting close. The communication part of each project task ensures on-time completion.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Monday.com for around four years; as a Creative director with more than ten projects running at one time, Monday has been essential to my everyday. Everything from planning to reminders to file and project management. Monday.com has also worked hard behind the scene to bring more features, a cleaner and more intuitive interface and plug-in capabilities. I recommend anyone who manages projects our owns a business to get on board.
What do you dislike about the product?
Anything I have disliked has been in the past and was on a roadmap to production then implemented into the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time Management. This allows me to work much more efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
The automation features are incredible and the sorting and reporting is a lifesaver.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it gets a little glitchy. But they work really fast to solve it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can work a big volume at shorter periods of time with all the automation tools it offers. We are way more productive with it and our team members do a lot more in less time.

What do you like best about the product?
Organize all your tasks while being able to integrate multiple other services. Keep track if timeframes, notes etc
What do you dislike about the product?
the UI can be touched up a bit. Its nice, and theyve improved upon it since I started using it, but it can be more user friendly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
nothing is lost, and timelines, and notifications help keep everythingorganized, and I know whats needed on my projects without having to remember it

Monday.com changed the way my department and company runs

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is everything you would need - it's easy to use, it's able to do everything you could need, and there are so many views and widgets and perks.
Prior to using Monday, we were using various Google Sheets to try to track everything. I am not kidding when I say that Monday changed our entire workflow for the better. Communication, visibility, and productivity has improved since we started using Monday.com.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that competitors seem to do better than Monday.com is the pricing. My company sadly had to part way s with Modnay due to budgeting reasons. The void that Monday.com left behind is being felt greatly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com helped me and my company track new hires through the application, hire, and training process. We tracked things like paperwork, inventory, and equipment needs.

AUTOMATION AND UPDATES. THIS HAS CREATED SO MUCH STRUCTURE
What do you dislike about the product?
EXCEL DOESN'T SEEM TO CONVERT CORRECTLY WHEN DROPPED IN THE FILE BOX. THIS WOULD BE NICE FOR THIS GLITCH TO BE FIXED.

Keeping track of projects and collaborating with others on my team.

What do you like best about the product?
Updates in real-time. Access to multiple users as opposed to having to save and exit, or wait for someone else to update an excel sheet.

Messaging is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating a recurring calendar is not as user-friendly. Some additional automations would make ,for example, and inventory log sheet more effective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a central board with multiple tasks that can be easily seen by others. As opposed to having long email chains and multiple spreadsheets.
