Monday makes me organized
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is a multi-functional system that allows me to track my work, share my work and quantify my work

This system does take some work to get used to and to learn how best to use it

How efficient it is, and it is great to keep track of progress and how you can create the different folders.

Nothing comes in mind, it is great that your team members can see any updates

Having the team being updated on progress or managing any candidate files.
Great tool for Project Organization
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to update and navigate. It is straightforward on the eyes, making it simple to see different areas of interest. Grouping is also very helpful to organize the workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not had any issues with Monday.com. It is very customizable, so you can use it however you see fit. It might just take a little time to figure out the best way to format it for your use case.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com helps my team stay organized and informed. We are able to track each other's projects and retrieve important documents and notes. This cuts down on emails and calls by quickly retrieving something from its location on Monday.com
Best Project Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
User interface and how it has outlined its functions/automation to help create better visualizations
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not come across any dislikes yet!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management and holding people accountable for providing updates on timeky basis. and more importantly, giving visibility on who is working on which tasks.
It is really easy to use and suitable for project management.
What do you like best about the product?
Automations that allow for better tracking in project management. I also think that the fact we can have observers without them needing an account makes the work easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Few things bother or displease me. I think at first it was more about getting visually accustomed to the colors and formats. I would like to be able to make better-constructed calendars to manage schedules.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We manage digital content at Bell Media throughout Quebec, which greatly facilitates communication between radio markets and stimulates mutual assistance and collaboration among employees who help each other on different projects.
Excellent Tool for Processes
What do you like best about the product?
I love that monday.com keeps me on track and provides a scheduling framework that is useful to both myself and my team. I also find the reporting tool extremely helpful in gauging our workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
The automations can sometimes be challenging. They might conflict or not do what you want the to, and that can become a headache when trying to troubleshoot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Who does what and when they do it. When you have more than two people and implement Monday, you will instantly see the results from a more structured planning process.

I love that it streamlines my team's systems and processes and allows us to see exactly where we are with each of them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up automation can be a tad bit cumbersome.

Being able to see all work projects in one space and able to tell where I am in the process.

The ease of use, and the versatility in organization.

When filling out rows, they reorganize to different tables as you're still filling out the columns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Figuring out all of the available functions, which was solved when they had a representative give us a seminar. The rep taught us everything on Monday, and it was easier after that.

It's intuitive, easy to set up and has integrations to almost anything you've heard of.

Automations can be a bit tough to set up

Simplified to-do lists
What do you like best about the product?
I work in a senior technical role in my company where I need to be across several teams and add input where they need it. Monday allows me to have a personalised gant board where I can see the tasks needing help and the timeline they are working to. Via email it is impossible to manage these types of request
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see conditional triggers - for example, when one of my team marks a task as being complete, I would like to prompt them to enter the actual time taken for the task before being able to confirm and mark as done, I don't think we are able to do that at the moment.

I need to be across the work my team is doing, Monday helps keep track of what everyone is doing with fewer work in progress meetings
