Amazing user experience and user interface and a life saver for online project management

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it makes things more efficient as everyone in team can see status of various tasks and communication is centralized in one platform and doesnt get lost in emails.

What do you like best about the product?
The various boards, forms, tables, and column types make Monday.com ideal for our onboarding project management and customer relationship management needs. The addition of board automations, intergrations, and reporting dashboards elevates the experience to pure gold!
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside to Monday.com is that it is something new for most people within the company.
Convincing others to believe that Monday.com is a better tool instead of more familiar PM or CRM software can be challenging.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I initially started my experience with Monday.com as an early adopter user. During this time, I realized that Monday.com could solve many of our project management problems, i.e., time management, task facilitation, process and system development, review and approval. I have now become my team's Monday.com administrator. We rely heavily on Monday.com to onboard hundreds of clients monthly while managing various side projects within our designated Monday workspaces.
Monday.com allows my day to be organized seamlessly!
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is great because it is customizable and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday.com is not always intuitive for editing automations. We have had some issues with colleagues leaving the company and then no one else has the same editing ability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com allows me to easily track my tasks so I am best prepared each day. I really appreciate that I can go back and review what tasks I have completed. This helps with tracking my OKRs!

What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility of the system is great. We love using forms (both internally and with clients), dashboards, formulas, different board views. Was excited when the added "doc" boards into the mix. Automations are great as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wouldn't call it a dislike but would like more security and options for how we share information externally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaborative tracking, sharing, and management of internal and client projects. Process workflows and automations.
Easy workflow and project tracking
What do you like best about the product?
Each user can customize as needed. Organizes workflow for visibility across organization.

Delayed email notifications from actual updates
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing everyone to see at what stage a project is in, who is working on what, etc. It is beneficial to have a tracker.
Keeping you organized with ease.
What do you like best about the product?
The ease that monday offers to keep organized is what everyone needs. You're able to stay connected on projects with others and organized. The automation and integration offered to other programs like Zendesk, Jira and Stripe make your day to day tasks get completed with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
The emails. Notifications received have a lot of blank dead space, scrolling down and over to view the contents is annoying. Other then that, nothing more to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having project objectives in one spot for all to collaborate with makes it easy to stay on top of day to day tasks. The forms are easy to use when collecting feedback. The Ghant charts and Kanban makes it easy to see timeline and mark items as completed.

What do you like best about the product?
The UX is excellent, and the software is very versatile. I loved the new look and feel. But what makes my life much easier is the automation. Moreoever, the buying process was easier and the partnership with a local vendor was key for me to acquire the product
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting tools should be better. Now I am only able to create simple reports, for general stuff, it helps; however for more substantial analysis, I always have to download the data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed a CRM to better manage my team and my pipeline, and Monday has provided that fully. I just wanted to have a better reporting tool. As I said before I still have to download the data

What do you like best about the product?
The transparency and ability to access our company's workflow in one simplified view. Monday.com has helped my team organize all of their projects in one place and has streamlined our processes. It's easy to find whatever project I'm looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
The automations are sometimes glitchy. I also feel that there could be some new automations added - especially ones that tie to subitems as we utilize those frequently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has helped my team immensely. Prior to using Monday.com, we used to work through nearly all of our processes via email, slack and google sheets, which led to miscommunication, inadequate paper trail, and no organization. Project hand-offs and transitions were nearly impossible to facilitate due to the lack of centralized information. Monday.com makes it easy to track all of our projects.

What do you like best about the product?
the intuitivity and variety of board templates to choose from for any given project you are managing. It has a robust feature set from automations to layouts for organization. It is just so simple to use
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that there isnt a way to prioritize notifications for tasks assigned to you .. or a reminder button that you can choose for it to reappear in X amount of hours. that would be a really helpful option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is certainly a tool I use every single day and its solving productivity amongst teams and making sure we are all on the same page on projects and tasks we are working on or collaborating on.
