The indispensable tool for tracking our work
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, easy to read, Monday.com boards are a fantastic way to help us track our project and support work as an application support team. I love the variety of fields, graphs, and automations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Linking boards and customising Gantt charts can be more tricky than they should be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com provides an easy way of having multiple people and teams contributing to task and project management.

What do you like best about the product?
You can attach documents and have discussions inside Monday.com that you can return later and remember every subject detail. It is also a good source of data for new starters for the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I had issues with the search section; it sometimes did not work well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had more team meetings before using monday.com to track team task progress each week. However, following everyone's task progress is much easier now and fewer meetings.

It is also easy to get adoption with employees as they love using it.

What do you dislike about the product?
App on the phone can sometimes take a while to load up the data. Not keen on having to purchase blocks of 5 users at a time given we are quite a small company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We started initially to use it as a CRM system - previously we used a spreadsheet, but as the team has grown this couldn't be controlled. The data from the CRM feeds into board meetings and forecasting of production. We also now use it for managing production processes an are trialling it for R&D projects

What do you like best about the product?
Monday allows me to keep in touch with all ends of our team and I am always updated to any changes / requests / issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like it all so far! I have no issues with monday
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It lets me address each team member directly as well as following updates whilst on the fly.

What do you like best about the product?
The upsides are the collaborative capabilities. As a PM, it is essential to get buy-in, and one of the ways to do it is to give people the ability to join the conversation. With Monday.com, I am able to reduce wasted time in meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the most helpful parts of Monday aren't completely intuitive. Sometimes I spend a lot of time figuring out how a feature works. Once I do, I generally love the feature! Also, I can't wait for the dependency improvements!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project tracking across my organization has become streamlined. Before, getting status updates and tracking what had been completed was difficult. Now, transparency is a strength.

That folders can only be nested one layer deep. I would also love an easier way to archive in an organized way (this may exist). Wish emails had an HTML option

ORGANIZATION!! Creating process and strategy for all our employees in one place.
Extremely easy to use software that has a lot of versatility

Super easy to use for me and my people. No matter what their level of PC ability they can learn it.

Hard to think of anything bad. We use it for several items.

We use it to post our open positions with the temp services. Track disciplines and do a evaluations.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday has been such a helpful tool to collaborate and share resources across our global teams. It's easy to use the fields to see when things were updated and who the key stakeholders are so you spend less time chasing and more time getting work done.

When you link a file sometimes I don't want to name it and this slows the process down

It's very helpful for me when I am trying to find clients contact info, phone number or email.

Needs better reminder of your following appointments or meetings.

Helping me stay organized with what packages I Iast sent to the client. What they said or any important info.
Fantastic App, Keeps the whole team on track
What do you like best about the product?
We love the user interface and the ease-of use. Everyone on the team was able to pick up on the program with very little training.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like a little more flexibility when branding forms, and the population of tables when a form is submitted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its keeping the team on track, and project creation a breeze. We love that an employee can submit a form and create a new project task.
