A work management system that is unparalleled

What do you like best about the product?
I find it clean, easy to use for every person involved. Its satisfying to get jobs done and move on to the next. Its easy to communicate files and feedback and is very well organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are hiccups with the software. But like any product, it doesn't usually take long to be fixed. Sometimes certain calendar items are hard to view if there are many items on a day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It streamlined how our tasks and projects were handed down to us. It keeps everything organized for looking back on and also for the first time, gave us data about how efficient my team is at compleating jobs and where we can find more support.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that the Monday.com board is automated and can be used in place of standard spreadsheets. It is easy to learn and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found a downside yet, but I think it may be a bit intimidating at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps our workflow organized, and we are accountable for our workflow. It is helpful to have all of our information in one place and helps to finalize our tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is easy to use and understand. It gives us a structure to manage many workspaces and all the tasks and projects each workspace needs to stay on track.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have a lot of hands in the cookie jar of monday.com. It can get overwhelming when so many people change things rapidly. Learning to control your individual notifications takes a bit of work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing many different projects and tasks across multiple companies and workspaces. Each project has many different people involved in bringing the project to a successful outcome.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the best about Monday is that the solution on Monday will suit the customer operation and not the otherwise.
I think the most fantastic thing is to be able to build everything and keep all automatized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have much to say about dislike, but what I can tell is that the solution is always improving it self and maybe the integration with WhatsApp natively will help a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Without Monday, we usually have lost timelines, collaboration and many clients to the market because we typically don't have the tracking on the operation. With Monday, we now have everything on track.

Intuitive and powerful project management tool

What do you like best about the product?
It is an intuitive tool for project managers and other team members. It balances functionality with aesthetics making it easy to follow large projects and deadlines
What do you dislike about the product?
Due to its high level of detail, it is sometimes difficult to onboard senior managers to keep the tool updated. Additionally, notifications on small changes sometimes become a headache.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deadline tracking, task ownership function, and visibility of company-wide projects are some of the main benefits of Monday. The company's alignment improves with this tool.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that ti is an easy board for us and our prospects to use in order to work and use as a checklist.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little robust but it's easy of use is still the best option out there

Making it an easy of use board to send to prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
I like monday.com's ease of use, compared to Wrike, the previous software we used. The user interface is always being improved upon and we love how customizable it is.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a developer, there could be a template targeted to my field for better proejct tracking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since we don't have a project manager, monday.com helps our team stay organized and on track. We can upload any assets to each task for easier collaboration among the team.

What do you like best about the product?
There is a lot of functionality, versatility and capabilities that Monday.com offers its users. I find that I am able to customize the boards and workflows depending on the project at hand. I love that I am able to connect multiple boards together and use different features to help keep my teams motivated and on track.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that there is no capability to live chat with users in the app itself. I think having a live chat feature would make the platform all-inclusive and the ultimate collaboration tool because as of now, we can only rely on static notes written by team members and chat prpgrams like Slack and Webex that are outside of the Monday.com environment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the need for managing multiple stakeholders in a dynamic work environment and is important in keep tracking off all the activities completed on time and on budget.

What do you like best about the product?
Our teams previously used Trello but hit a roadblock regarding user permissions. Monday allows for greater flexibility and a hierarchy of visibility/editing permissions, allowing us to create processes more effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at the moment comes to mind when considering dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday has absorbed the processes we previously had in other tools, including creative review software and survey creation tools. This allows for a more streamlined user experience.
