Very intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
It is very intuitive and straightforward. With a quick look, you can understand the big picture.

Integration to salesforce is only available for costly licenses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It creates clarity about the status of tasks and reduce the need to use emails.
We love Monday. We are more organized on tracking our clients movements and projects.
What do you like best about the product?
That we can track everything and all colors to each label, it is a very friendly tool that provides the user with many different options. We love it!

There's nothing we don't like about Monday so far!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us organize our client's funnel. We can track every movement of our projects with clients in different boards. It is amazing!
Streamline and Organize your Team/Workflow
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has helped our quickly growing team stay focused and organized as we have ramped up production, implemented new roles/procedures, and sought to maintain a collaborative culture. When tasks, due dates, and priorities are clear, stress is lower and more work can be done. I've loved how Monday.com has helped our team
What do you dislike about the product?
If our team didn't have project managers whose job was to manage Monday.com, I don't think I would be able to do my work and keep everything updated. There are so many features. Sometimes maybe too many?

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps our growing team stay apprised of how projects are progressing and helps us to clearly see where in the life cycle of a project we are - clearly defining roles and a way forward with features like "dependencies."
My great experience with Monday
What do you like best about the product?
I can stay connected with my coworkers throughout the work day. I can see updates on projects from my coworkers with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
One minor detail of Monday that I make a note of is how board owners are the only ones allowed to make new groups or sub-categories on a board. It might be better to make a request to alter a board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps me keep track of projects and stay on top of our proofing progress. I can update coworkers on projects with ease from my computer.
Monday.com helps our office be more efficient
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it allows our office to communicate even when we aren't in the same building and keeps us on task efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like if on an individual board you could have different columns in each group. Right now the columns are duplicated for each group.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows our office's communication to be more effective and helps us stay on task by having due dates. We also love the automations and are trying to use those more in the future. Our processes have become more streamlined by using monday.com to keep track of everything from marketing to employee time off.
Visual inspiring but beware of coloring outside the lines!

Visually stimulating which encourages you to live in the platform!

Tred lightly when designing your own way of working, it is easy to build yourself out of the platform and into a world of "I wish this was available".

It helped us better understand how everyone was allocated and manage work life balance.
Excellent and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Monday is how easy it is to make adjustments and updates in real-time. All of our team members, of varying ages and comfortability with technology, use it without difficulty. We can manage all of our projects and even keep relevant files in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about Monday is when it goes down. It doesn't happen often, but we have had a couple of times where it's been down for a few hours. Because we're so reliant on Monday, that is hugely disruptive to us. I would love to see more communication from Monday when an outage occurs or is expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps our remote-first team be on the same page on projects. We build out detailed project timelines and then assign the appropriate team members to each milestone. Because everyone can see the project, everyone knows exactly what is expected of them and others.

I like how easy and simple it is to keep track of my hours and tasks.

I really don't have anything negative to say about monday

It's solving the problem of disorganization and forgetting tasks.

We have transitioned from Basecamp over to Monday and it has completely improved us individually and as a team! If you are using any other project manager, set up a call with a Monday rep! It will be well worth your time!

Nothing! Every feature has been great! Including the Llama farms!

What do you like best about the product?
With the help of monday.com, I can streamline my tasks on priority. No tasks would be missed due to the task alignment and we can keep track of the status of the ongoing tasks.
Also it helps to communicate with the client about the task progress and necessary changes .
