Easy. Intuitive. Productive.
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is very intuitive and easy to use. I've used dozens of systems over the past 30 years, and this one, hands down, is the best tool I have ever used. It has helped plan and communicate marketing campaigns to all teams and the organization. It provides a super easy way to build and manage projects and publish GANTT charts. Monday has helped our teams get and stay productive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system is addicting, and I find myself using it to manage projects, campaigns and daily tasks! Honestly, there is no downside to using Monday.com.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily create and maintain marketing campaigns - no other system could ever do this easily. It makes setting up and managing project very easy.

What do you like best about the product?
With the possibility of segregating tasks into tables, selecting responsible persons and deadlines, the management process becomes even more practical. I like the platform design. It is modern.
What do you dislike about the product?
I realized that there is no easy way to get all the hours of an employee (time invested in the activity). The method suggested by the community that uses it is to extract board by board, which is quite laborious, especially if a collaborator is in more than one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Monday.com it was possible to improve the deadlines of our tasks and manage the correct distribution of activities by area, subject and also by employee. It's good.
Monday.com has done wonders for my day to day work!
What do you like best about the product?
It keeps everything organized, and it's easy to collaborate with other team members on projects. I love that you can create your own groupings of projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is that when a team member leaves internally, and you have automations set up by them, it can be complicated to transition those automations to someone else.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the ability to manage the projects for all of my clients in one place. I spend less time needing to bring together the overview of what I'm working on and it's easy to use my monday board as an agenda with my clients on our calls since everything is together in one place and so easily digestable.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how you can get notifications on the site and on your email regarding any updates made to your list of tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hope there's a feature where you can add subitems to your subitems just to help break down tasks further.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a busy agency, it's easy to forget individual tasks, and monday.com helps organize information and update teammates when there are changes made in the projects.
Monday helps me organize my work in the best possible way.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can track my jobs in a very organized way and can always access the files from any job in Monday. It's the best organizational software I have used.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only concern is that sometimes the email notifications seem to become slow and clicking from an email generated from Monday is a little confusing to find the item it came from.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It organizes all of my jobs in a super clean and easy way to understand. Also I can communicate with everyone on the team easily and track all of the step along the way.
Really great for keeping projects moving
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's really flexible and you're able to write formulas as you use in excel. It's really easy to create new tasks for my team and get updates so that things don't get lost in the shuffle.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to pick and choose if i want all the groups of a particular board use the same format (include the same information) For my team we use them personally as to do lists, i'd like to be able on the same board to have a goal group that would be able to have different columns than the top group (like their to do list)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes it's hard as a company to have fluid communications when the whole team is working remotely, i think this has solved for that. I know am fully aware where they're at in most processes/tasks.
Monday gets the job done
What do you like best about the product?
It's aesthetically pleasing and easy to pick up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not necessarily a dislike, but there are a lot of features which can potentially get overwhelming for some.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com allows everyone in the company to be on the same page and know what's going on.
Great project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that I'm able to manage all of my tasks in one place making it easier for me to manage my workload. The 'My Work' tab shows you exactly what projects/tasks that are upcoming as well as those that you might have missed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have many dislikes about Monday.com. I would probably say maybe all the notifications that pop up, but those are more necessary in case something is missed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team work mangement and workloads for individual team members.
Project Management Tool For Life!
What do you like best about the product?
We like how Monday is modular and always up to date. We use it as a CRM, Production Management Software, and data input. We are able to manage our potential jobs, production jobs, shipping, and all internal data usage. We highly recommend!
What do you dislike about the product?
We wish we would have learned about it sooner!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were originally looking for a CRM/Projected Management tool all in one. This basically does everything we need it to instead of running multiple different programs.
