Our workflow completely changed when we implemented Monday
What do you like best about the product?
The organization of tasks and the ability to tag my manager when something is ready for review. It's nice to be able to customize the labels so she can see when something is ready for review at first glance.
What do you dislike about the product?
The glitch happens when I don't add myself to a task immediately. It will move the task to the general board and remove it from my view since I have it filtered by the owner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us become more agile. We work in two-week-long sprints, and Monday helps us adhere to the sprint and keeps us on time with projects. We can also track what our team is doing, and we have become more collaborative because of Monday.
LOVE USING MONDAY! Made work a lot easier
What do you like best about the product?
It helps me keep track of all the assets/due dates and what my team is working. The automations are nice and easy to set up. I was using trello before and monday is a lot simpler to use and to teach to new hires.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not too many downsides for me. I don't really like the 'My Work' tab, it can be helpful but I think the set up is a little confusing. Wish I could see it as a 'list' that could help me check things off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its helping with the tracking of assets both internally and with our clients. It's easy for clients to come on and look at the graphics they need to review. It helps with keeping track of due dates and versioning

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Monday is that it is real-time! Our company's other option is to share files on the cloud; sometimes, it takes a full hour for our items to sync. We don't have time for that. It's also much easier to organize, move, and create things to be shared with all team members or your personalized items. I love the time-tracking feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything that I dislike. If I have to say something, it would be that when I copy something, it includes the word copy. There may be a way around this. I haven't taken the time to research as it's not that big of an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time efficiency mainly. For myself and my To-do list, I found in the past that once you complete something, it's gone, but sometimes you don't remember if you did it. To resolve this, I created a TO Do board with my Action item list, a Hold for confirmation list and a completed list. I automated it so they would move to the appropriate list as the status changed. I added time tracking so I could bill clients when needed. This resolved several issues of remembering if I completed or not and how long it takes to complete a task. If it takes longer than usual, I have a notes section and history to look back on.

Very easy to use and great for keeping everybody up to date and in the loop

The only thing that can stop you is your imagination. Automations are flexible and work great with integrations.

What do you dislike about the product?
A downside to monday is there's no way to edit or add-on to existing automations. While that's not a dealbreaker, it is a pain. I wish integrations between different boards was a bit easier and cleaner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We previously had a built-in workflow system in our SIS that we no longer had access to, so we searched for a solution. Monday filled that void perfectly.
Monday is perfect for task managment
What do you like best about the product?
I like the usability and the interface.The program is very intuitive and the program is used by a variety of our staff with a varying level of technical abilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see a communication tool much like Slack to be able to talk to our users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our research center has helped track project process in a centralized way. We have really benefitted from being to keep our teams accountability and also keep track of tasks.
Positively Perfect Platform for Peer Participation in Projects
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has been an insanely-useful tool forour project coordinator team. The projects we manage involve many different steps that occur in different periods (30/45/60 days prior to start, etc...) that when we have multiple projects occurring at different stages, it can be overwhelming to keep track of. In came Monday.com and saved the day! We built a template board, automations to make our lives easier, and then began organizing ourselves and our projects. Our team is now working a lot more-collaboratively, and the leadership within our organization has better insight, due to the dashboarding capabilities, on how many team members have projects, and in which stages those projects are at. Love this product!
What do you dislike about the product?
I know this might not be as helpful, but there really isn't anything that's NOT great about Monday.com. We have built a change-log where our teammates can leave things they'd like modified/added to our templates, and have yet to run into a situation where someone says "can Monday.com do X?" and not find a way to have Monday.com serve as a tool for whatever "X" is in this situation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us keep track of projects that are in different stages of rollout, so that we don't need to wonder "ok where did I leave off here?" when moving on to the next project. Because our team started off so small, we were all managing loads of projects, and this made it so much easier for us to keep track of things.
Effective and Efficient tool for team communication
What do you like best about the product?
Options for organizing projects are intuitive and make communication with my team easy. I like the ability to upload documents and pictures. I like how you can see if others have seen your posted message.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, since I have the app on my phone it definitely makes it convenient to check messages on the go- however, the flip side is you can always be working if you don't keep it in check.

What do you like best about the product?
I love everything about Monday: great for a daily work management, task assignment, very intuitive and easy usage, attractive design, creating complex project boards, straemlining, tracking and etc. The best toool I've ever experienced to use and I'm loving it! Believe me - it's worth evry penny! Also it is constanstantly updated and new features are introduced - you will have not only the best platform in the market, but you are buying experience to enable your organisation, employees and yourself with #1.

In comparison with other cheaper tools available in the market - it is impossible to compare, because non of them can even be compared with Monday! Trust me, when you will experience the usage of Monday, you won't look back as it is definetly #1 in the market. After experience with Monday, I can list down all cons about other available tools in the market :))
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps to simplify the work and enable us by not wasting the time and energy on creating timelines, flows, boards and etc. It is really intuitive and easy to use. What I like the most it is so easy to have great overview and everything in one place and furthermore to track the progress - awasome tool for work management, various task manegement, OKRS and Project boards. Being notified and receiving a summary also adds value.

The platform efficiently assists in organizing tasks within the work environment, being easy to visualize and understand for the entire team. Additionally, it greatly aids in time management, as it is possible to classify tasks by priorities and deadlines.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some automations, which are possible within the platform, end up being a bit complex, which often makes it difficult for the entire team to use them, although the option, when well designed, helps a lot in daily tasks.
