Solid tool for solving variety of problems

What do you like best about the product?
You've some data in a spreadsheet, you want some simple workflow and process, alongside collaboration and discussion. You can get this quick - 5-10 minutes - and improve efficiency and effectiveness noticeably.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with all these types of product, to unlock the deeper value in the tool, you need to plan and put effort in, alongside taking the time to learn the tools capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using it to maintain product ideas for noodling prior to bringing to prod-dev ; been very effective in getting us "better" at managing which events we'll be attending (and the debate the ensues for each) alongside our collateral.

What do you like best about the product?
The thing that I like the most is the workflow that I get with my team since we use this platform. Its really easy to do collaborate projects with different areas
What do you dislike about the product?
That monday has a lot of functions that I don't know, or dont know how to use them
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps me organize tasks better and see what everyone's working on, which saves a lot of time and confusion

What do you like best about the product?
In Monday it is very easy to use and an easy solution to keep projects organized!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I have found in Monday is that there needs to be an easier way to keep up with "to do" lists that come from projects. Having them all centralized without having to re-type them in from other areas of the software
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has multiple projects and workflows all in one location so that I can easily access the information I need across different areas.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Monday is incredibly versatile - we are able to use it depending on our own needs and customize it based on ever changing projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it can initially have a bit of a learning curve, but it's incredibly adaptable once you understand the basics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday solves our organizational and centralization needs - it's one place where our team can go to see the latest on a project and know when it's due. We also tag colleagues when a project is ready for them to jump in on.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how user-friendly and visually intuitive the platform is. It helps me and my team stay organized, prioritize tasks, and track progress in real time. I also like how customizable the boards and automations are, which makes it easy to adapt the system to our workflow. The integrations with tools like Slack and Google Drive are seamless. Implementation was also smooth and didn’t require a lot of technical support, which made onboarding much easier for the whole team. We all use it everyday
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features are only available on higher-tier plans, which can be limiting for smaller teams. The mobile app sometimes feels less responsive. Also, while the platform is generally easy to use, reaching customer support can occasionally take longer than expected when dealing with more technical questions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps us centralize and organize all our work in one place, reducing the need for long email threads or scattered updates across tools. It keeps our team aligned on tasks and deadlines, and ensures accountability and visibility across different projects. It also makes tracking progress and dependencies easier, which has improved overall productivity and communication.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most is that most of functionality is quite intuitive - so you don't have to go through difficult guides to implement something new, so I discovered quite a lot handy features just playing around settings.
The customer support is fast, friendly and customer-oriented. Also the AI-agent works really good when you need to find the answer to a simple question, and this is yet is a rare occasion in my experience.
The newsletters and webinars are also very helpful to discover new features.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still some features that would be useful.
For example, what I miss the most is when adding a link column from another board, it would be nice if the items could be linked automatically based on item name.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Planning, managing and tracking progress of projects and tasks, keeping overviews, preparing perfomance and financial reports for the management.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Monday.com is how much you can customize your boards. It doesn't take a developer to set up a board for what we are needing. When we need to adjust the information that needs to be seen, it can be easily done in a couple of minutes. This make the tool very adaptable to our changing needs! It's very user friendly and easy on the eyes, which is a huge plus. Other systems are very boring and plain. Monday.com amps it up with their color schemes! I also like how quickly changes update. Within two seconds, any modifications are updated and are seen by other users as well. It's definitely a huge part in keeping our day to day operations on track!
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to have the ability for different groups of projects to have different columns, within the same board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allow us to track several pieces of important information in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful has been in how much our communication on cross departmental projects has been streamlined.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes can't find the templates that I would like to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving not knowing or remembering what a spreadsheet was called, who was the former owner of said spreadsheet, etc. It keeps historical information and processes all in one space, which has been a huge help for me.

What do you like best about the product?
It really helps keep our projects and jobs on track. We've used it for everything from current job progression, to how managing interview candidates for job openings. It's a great place to have all of our to-dos in one place and organized. Our employees are all remote, so the benefit of everyone always being on the same page is extremely valuable! We use it all day, everyday, it is part of our company success. The search feature is also great when trying to find a past job or information needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limits to the amount of automations we can have in our current plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a photography/videography business with 10+ shoots a day. Some projects are due tomorrow, some are due in 2 weeks. Monday is a great place to keep on track, know due dates, see updates from colleagues, and add notes. It helps keep our company success running smoothly!
