Makes working on projects collaboratively so easy
What do you like best about the product?
Eveything gets stored in one place, no more hunting down emails, or not being able to find assets for projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up some automations were complicated, as it isn't always obvious how to program Monday to do what you're thinking of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to share work accross depts, getting people to review work in a collaborative platform.
Easy to Use and Synch with Other Teammates
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to track projects and provide a running commentary of updates. The ability to synch my projects with my teams and track them on varying display dashboards is excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a little bit of training to get full utilization out of some of the features. Not completely intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows quick and easy synchronization amongst multiple departments. It allows me to track step-by-step goals within projects.
Powerful, but simple to use and stay organized.
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has helped our team stay organized and in sync. We are able to obtain higher productivity levels as a result. Our team isn't waiting around in confusion.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday.com may not be the best for very large and complex projects. It is best suited for smaller to medium sized projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is allowing our team take larger tasks and break them up into smaller managable ones. This allows us to be more productive and clear up confusion.
Monday.com has changed how my team works!!
What do you like best about the product?
The board is the most practical option for us. It helps us organize our work by different streams, categories, statuses, etc. We are now able to keep everything related to our daily requests in one single place. We are also anticipating to start using Monday.com as front door funnel for all our requests. Amazing tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
It required lots of time and testing to understand all the options available. The support provided by the support team was instrumental.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team handles multiple types of requests each day/week/month, and Monday.com has helped us organize the workflow between the different sub-teams. We can also track how much time is spent on each task related to a request.
Makes tracking my work easier
What do you like best about the product?
I love how tracking my teams work is so much more easier with Monday.com. This makes collecting data for my KPIs so much easier. The integrations available with Outlook has also helped ensure that important tasks received via emails are not missed and are completed within time.
Prioritizing work has always been a trouble for my juniors and with the task manager that has been setup, it helps set priority levels as well.
The best part that I absolutely love are the automations that are available in terms of auto-updating fields.
I have been using Monday.com on a daily basis since 2+ years now and i absolutely love it!

What do you dislike about the product?
I am not sure if I dislike anything about Monday.com, but if i must say, I would love to see integrations with google sheets/ excel share-point available at some point without additional costs associated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As previously mentioned, it is helping me big time in solving collaboration of work within my team and tracking of tasks as well. It also mostly helps with prioritizing work and tracking KPI metrics of my team.
Project Management Essential
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to customize the layout and organize all items, tasks, and activities I need to focus on for any given day, week, or month, as well as monitor any associated status updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
As is the case with most software that is as easily customizable as Monday.com, at first glance, it can appear very overwhelming. I have been relying on it heavily on a daily basis and I also feel that I have yet to even touch the surface of what Monday.com is capable of. One suggestion I have would be to offer pre-existing or user-submitted templates for beginners to get started. These could be role-specific, differentiating their use case by a case-by-case scenario depending on a user's primary role (e.g., Consultant templates, Administrator templates, Executive Sponsor templates, etc.).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Were it not for Monday.com, I honestly don't know how else to manage my projects, tasks, activities, and overall work. I am requested to keep track of and record updates on very short notice and always have Monday.com open to capture said updates.
Good team communication
What do you like best about the product?
Team members can communicate with each other timely. We also can create some tasks with the flow. Each of us can receive a notification once the last team member completes the task.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the emails I receive are not detailed enough. Then I need to log in to Monday and check the status.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team communications, especially workflow management.
A useful tool for every modern workplace
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com makes teamwork a breeze because of the collaborative tools that site offers.

One thing that I dislike is that notifications can get missed easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday allows multiple sales teams at my company to work together and ensure accurate sales information is shared across all channels. Additionally, using the program as a progress checker is very nice.
Great Space For Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com provides a solution for our team to collaborate more efficiently. The GUI provides an easy way to navigate & makes managing projects easy and detailed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to say here! Monday.com is a tool we use on a daily basis to make sure we're on track!

It offers a clean, easy workspace to manage projects and tasks.
Drastically Helped our Company
What do you like best about the product?
We started using Monday.com about two years ago. We are a small service company (6 employees) with roughly 120 clients going through our 1-year + custom process every year. We had great difficulty tracking our clients through our process. Because Monday is so customizable, we created a workflow to move clients through. One of the Monday consultants helped us with the initial set-up while at the same time training us so we can continue to develop it as needed moving forward. They remain in contact with us if we ever have additional needs. The implementation was relatively quick and painless. Using the program has transformed our day-to-day operations. We love how intuitive and flexible it is. Everyone in the company can see the information & even contribute to and edit it as needed. We have grand visions of more great things Monday can do for us to automate our processes further and will continue to expand its use to the benefit of the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really can't think of anything I dislike about Monday.com. I think we only use a fraction of what it is capable of, so I'm sure as we expand our use of it we'll find even more things that will benefit our business.
