Keeping you organized with ease.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease that monday offers to keep organized is what everyone needs. You're able to stay connected on projects with others and organized. The automation and integration offered to other programs like Zendesk, Jira and Stripe make your day to day tasks get completed with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
The emails. Notifications received have a lot of blank dead space, scrolling down and over to view the contents is annoying. Other then that, nothing more to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having project objectives in one spot for all to collaborate with makes it easy to stay on top of day to day tasks. The forms are easy to use when collecting feedback. The Ghant charts and Kanban makes it easy to see timeline and mark items as completed.

What do you like best about the product?
The UX is excellent, and the software is very versatile. I loved the new look and feel. But what makes my life much easier is the automation. Moreoever, the buying process was easier and the partnership with a local vendor was key for me to acquire the product
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting tools should be better. Now I am only able to create simple reports, for general stuff, it helps; however for more substantial analysis, I always have to download the data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed a CRM to better manage my team and my pipeline, and Monday has provided that fully. I just wanted to have a better reporting tool. As I said before I still have to download the data

What do you like best about the product?
The transparency and ability to access our company's workflow in one simplified view. Monday.com has helped my team organize all of their projects in one place and has streamlined our processes. It's easy to find whatever project I'm looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
The automations are sometimes glitchy. I also feel that there could be some new automations added - especially ones that tie to subitems as we utilize those frequently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has helped my team immensely. Prior to using Monday.com, we used to work through nearly all of our processes via email, slack and google sheets, which led to miscommunication, inadequate paper trail, and no organization. Project hand-offs and transitions were nearly impossible to facilitate due to the lack of centralized information. Monday.com makes it easy to track all of our projects.

What do you like best about the product?
the intuitivity and variety of board templates to choose from for any given project you are managing. It has a robust feature set from automations to layouts for organization. It is just so simple to use
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that there isnt a way to prioritize notifications for tasks assigned to you .. or a reminder button that you can choose for it to reappear in X amount of hours. that would be a really helpful option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is certainly a tool I use every single day and its solving productivity amongst teams and making sure we are all on the same page on projects and tasks we are working on or collaborating on.

Maximum file limits on a line item can limit TVC production workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves working collaboratively between clients and suppliers by reducing admin hours. Real-time reporting and forward planning for resource management. And much more.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can see what everyone is working on, the progress, and any notes associated with it. It is very easy to update people on what is going on.
What do you dislike about the product?
You cannot use certain features on the basic plan, such as timeline.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting a full picture on what you are working on.

What do you like best about the product?
It keeps my tasks better structured and better organized, the boards are 100% customizable and above all I can organize my tasks by due date and time, make automations for them to interact with my boards in my work area.
What do you dislike about the product?
For my taste, I consider that everything is very good, but if I had to add something here, it would be that I can customize the boards with what I need. The only thing that could be a disadvantage to a certain extent is that a deep training is required to make the most of the Monday platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Through the data from a created dashboard, I can present graphs of the purchases and/or sales generated by each sales executive in a quick and simple way, and thus determine the commission for each sales executive.

Efficiency at its best

What do you like best about the product?
We work on many projects and Monday keeps us organized. I love that I can move the columns around and hide what I don't need. With Monday, I don't need to keep a notebook of what I need to do, everything is there and always up to date. The platform is very flexible and we can customize as we see fit.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes my set views don't stay and I have to redo them but that takes a second so, not a big problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We get the whole view of what we need to accomplish. We can easily shift responsibilities from one to another if necessary. We are performing much better with this platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love using monday Work Management as it is incredibly intuitive, making it easy for me to navigate and utilize effectively in my role as the Business Manager of a private school. The platform seamlessly integrates with other tools, particularly beneficial as we work extensively with the Google Suite, allowing us to attach all related documentation to each item in the platform with ease. The ready-to-use templates are a significant asset, thoughtfully designed to meet our needs and significantly reduce the time required to set up new boards for tracking student enrollment and various projects. Moreover, the ease of initial setup was simply remarkable, reinforcing the platform's user-friendly nature and efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no major issues with Monday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday Work Management to centralize information, simplifying access and enhancing interdepartmental collaboration. It connects easily with Google Suite, allowing for seamless attachment of documentation, and the intuitive templates save significant time in board setup.
