A Great Experience
What do you like best about the product?
What I like about monday.com is the ease of inputting information with the click of a button. It's a great product to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not experienced a downside in using monday.com.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com keeps the daily work tasks in sync with the workload involved. The benefit is that I can observe duties and add or edit results to increase performance.
Simple, collaborative, and visually appealing!
What do you like best about the product?
Once it is all set up and going, learning and teaching new employees is very easy. Collaboration and keeping track of projects have been extremely useful, especially for presentations or visualizing data. When reporting to the Board of Directors, we can send viewer invites if some individuals cannot attend the Teams meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since it is still in development, things are changed or improved, making some of your earlier works obsolete and challenging to change or reorganize, especially when formula columns are involved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We primarily wanted to use it to streamline our production processes. This was achieved through the sales team and the production crews collaborating on the same projects so we could all view any project's progress from start to finish.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that the dashboard and each table are customizable. I also really appreciate the ability to invite colleagues to collaborate and integrate other tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
This may already be available, and I'm just unaware, but with so many capabilities, it would be nice to have periodic video tutorials that show you how to use different features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday allows us to keep track of where we are in different project stages involving more than one team. It also allows us to easily and quickly see how much of our workload goes toward various departments and priorities. We also use the online form creator to create a marketing collateral request form that other internal teams can use to submit requests for different marketing items. Using the form helps us avoid losing track of important requests or them getting lost in the dozens of emails our marketing team receives daily.
Amazing Customization
What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can customize boards in endless ways to fit various project needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much I don't like. I am very happy with the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows all my team members and freelancers to communicate in one place. Everyone can easily see what is assigned to them in the My Work section. That has been a game changer for productivity.

The modularity, the friendly UX and the connectivity. Very easy to create and open new boards, create automation and to connect items between different boards and workspaces
What do you dislike about the product?
It is quite slow - the responsiveness could be better. There is no easy way to work with shortcuts and you have to use the mouse all the time

having all the data in one place, working with my teams all across the world, and creating standardizations (templates, automation, etc.)

The visibility that the entire team has of the tasks in progress and the monitoring until completion

For what the tool proposes, I have no complaints.

Visibility of the team's ongoing tasks, demanding areas, and those responsible for the actions. Gain time and assertiveness.
Amazing efficiency increase and productivity ever since the adoption of Monday at our job.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy tracking of employee data. Easy exporting and importing excel files into Monday boards. Easy to create dates and receipts to keep our own records for tracking and accuracy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont like that there isn't a simple "ctrl-z" undo button. Sometimes I make a quick error and I have to redo the entire entry instead of just a quick undo button. I understand there is undo if you delete an entire column/row/group/board but not for specific items.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is solving our main issue of tracking employees completing new hire paperwork on time with strict deadlines, automated emails, amongst other things that help us keep on track in the HR space.

Nothing comes to mind! My experience has been really great!

Project management and tracking. It has helped me see progress on items and also keep tabs on different things all in one place.
