A great tool to stay organised and keep on top of tasks

What do you like best about the product?
As an organised person, this tool is great to keep tasks in one place to stay on top of everything. I really enjoy being able to visually prioritise my tasks and assign tasks to other individuals.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I completely dislike about Monday.com. I use it on a daily basis and have never come across anything that I thought was not great. I use the tool on a daily basis and have never had glitches or anything go wrong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I struggle with prioritising my tasks so being able to visually see what is most important and what needs to be done is a great way of staying organised and completing my tasks effectivly and in a timely manner.

What do you like best about the product?
I can keep track of the various projects I am working on all in one place and see my coworker's status on the projects. This allows for a more seamless process of completing my work efficiently and effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Monday does help me stay organized in my workflow, I do oftentimes find that it is one more step in the project which can be difficult for me to want to spend time on. It would be nice to have greater integration with google accounts such as google sheets, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can create Monday for all your needs.
I had two different Excel Sheets, which got implemented on Monday without any problems. I do like the reminder popping up in my email to remind me to follow up.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that you only have the option to set the reminder for next week. Sometimes i need a longer time frame to set my reminder. Wish I would have a calendar popping up, where I can select the date I wish to receive the reminder.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of QC documentation and scheduling inspections.

What do you like best about the product?
I've used Monday.com in my last 3 companies and I will continue using it every time I get to manage projects, teams, initiatives, taskforces.

It's my one stop shop for everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I cannot think of any, I've been using it for so long, I love it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team KPI tracking.
Risk management.
Project management.
Client goals.

What do you like best about the product?
What I find most helpful about monday is being able to create boards to better organize projects, where we can collectively work on them as a team.
What do you dislike about the product?
While notifications can be helpful, I find that sometimes there is an overload of notifications via email/and alerts on Monday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is allowing our team to store all of our documents in one place, on different boards that we can create based on the customer.

Great Organizational Tool

What do you like best about the product?
As a Director for multiple parts of our clinical services, Monday helps to keep my work organized and streamlined. It keeps me focused and efficient in how I spend my time, which is a precious commodity most days. I can upload relevant documents, and they are easily accessible when I need them. They are in safe storage, and I can access them quickly when I need to retrieve them for other similar projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once initially trained on Monday, I have not found much I dislike about it. Initially I was intimidated by the process, but quickly found that it was just me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the issue with collaborating on projects between staff that are not in the same location and also cross disciplines

Work OS. It integrates all of the company's verticals.

Sales CRM;

What do you dislike about the product?
I would say i wish that Monday.com Sales CRM had a native WhatsApp integration.

Thats all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Information getting lost;
People forgetting To do's, deadlines;
It wasn't easy to integrate all our work verticals;
It wasn't easy tracking projects progress;
Last, but not least, our CEO had trouble with managing the company.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the versatility of this tool. I've used Monday.com in my last three jobs, and each one is different. Monday made setting up an environment suitable for customer care, devs, sales, ops, and even accounting easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer support is not the greatest; from the last few times I needed help with something. But it was some time ago, so they might have improved since then.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simple to set up, boards are connected, and the automations are priceless.

What do you like best about the product?
There is a lot of flexibility, and there are many ways that Monday has helped me organise and communicate effectively with my colleagues.
Other platforms might do OK with organising things, but as we have someone from the Monday team handling our account we are sure we will definitely find help and suggest improvements that if or when implemented can surely make this platform irreplaceable.
What do you dislike about the product?
As this platform develops and updates, I would appreciate seeing the subitems becoming more flexible. There is nothing I dislike, only features that could be improved and I trust the Monday team will definitely improve and upgrade the platform as they are already doing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the problems

1. Communication from working at home
2. Time tracking my projects and making the timelines visible and easy to follow
3. Communication and Organising different groups of people.
4. Task tracking/lists of work needed to be done

All of the above are essential for a product to come from initiation to completion.
