Better ease of managing Marketing KPIs
What do you like best about the product?
Monday gives me the freedom to manage my Marketing projects, financial costs, integrations between panels, which allows me greater versatility in my management.
What do you dislike about the product?
When we look for official content, everything is in English, which sometimes hinders the speed of new discoveries within Monday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The organization of my department, the development of projects, and the management of KPIs via Dashboard.
Efficient Team Communication in Remote Settings
What do you like best about the product?
I love using Monday! It's so helpful to be able to completely organize my brain into a way that makes sense to me, and to be able to have my team members visualize my thought processes as well as where exactly a project stands. The templates are awesome, but totally modifiable to fit your needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike much about Monday, other than I wish there was the ability to add more than 5 boards to a calendar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is helping our team of 3 (plus outside vendors) stay on top of projects as we all work remotely. It eliminates the need for constant emails back and forth asking about project status' or next steps.
Highly Customizable, Great Project Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is extremely beneficial because of how customizable it is. It is easy to extract data from for Dashboards/analytics and such. Client facing "boards" are also an option if needed. What I find to be most useful is the internal communications that can be had within the updates. All paperwork can be stored in the info box and is accessible to everyone. The automations are frequently used on a daily basis for us. It alerts employees/groups when something is needed on their part, or is complete. There is a feature that allows you to see the progress of a job and the stages it's in. It is difficult to find a project management tool that entails as much internal communication as Monday does. Their support team is also extremely helpful in finding customizable solutions for you. If Monday doesn't have a current solution for your teams objective, they will recommend third party integrations that can achieve your request.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only minor downside of Monday is sometimes it lags and is slow to load. However, this is a rare occurrence and doesn't last for a full day. Something else I have noticed is that some PDF's that have been uploaded to Monday in the past indicate it has been corrupted and unable to open. Overall, they are the only inconveniences that come to mind.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is assisting us with keeping internal communications in one place, rather than in separate email threads or pings. Monday's updates allow you to bcc links in email responses so you can keep track of certain requests/communications for certain jobs and clients. We have customized one of Monday's boards to keep track of all PO's we send out under each job, order confirmations, tracking #'s, invoices, and product ETAs. Having this info at a glance allows the PM to schedule project timelines based off this information.

It allows me to create and personalize a lot fot of information and columns of organization in my workspace.
What do you dislike about the product?
The configurations of the notifications sometimes are redundant

Allows me to pass tasks to the whole team and have an overview without having to go into each task to see the progress status
Easy enough to use well
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is easy enough to use, with lots of functions I can add on as I become more comfortable with the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had to use a work around for it to integrate well with Outlook.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to track several projects at the same time, to send emails to the boards so they become tasks. I also get to see my own progress in completing the work.

Monday.com is great for team collaboration and working together even in a remote role. I feel connected and in tune with my team and we are able to stay on top of projects and deadlines with the help of monday.com!

What do you like best about the product?
Monday. com has changed the game in the workforce. It makes my day easy and allows for fast and efficient communication; also, the app is very convenient when on the go. The communication back and forth between my team provides for clarity in my projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it randomly doesn't work or crashes, and always at the worst time. Another thing is when on the go, it's convenient, but without service, it's impossible to view the work for review.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday allows my team and I to be more productive as the work day goes by, and our projects are well managed with this software.
Monday solves all my time management problems
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is extremely intuitive. The learning curve is fast and easy to implement within our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
A little trouble having one Monday board influence or change a task in another on board. If we have a management board that is dependent on functions completed in an individual board, it's tedious to have to make the change manually
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is currently giving us the visibility needed to stay on top of all our projects. It also promotes team collaboration which helps complete tasks in a quick and timely fashion.
Very practical and intuitive platform to use in a daily basis
What do you like best about the product?
The possibility to personalize everything according to my necessities and to be able to share in a fast way my work/boards with the team
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the bugs that can happen in the platform. For example: when I upload an image, the same one is dupped during the upload.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping my work to be even faster than it was without it, making way for me to work more days and also give higher attention to other concerns.
