Efficient and effective
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about Monday is that it is an organizational tool that can be as individual and as collective as you would like. The tool helps keep me accountable while also holding myself accountable to my teammates by providing work visibility, which I love.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface may be a little bit more sleek to keep up with the times (minimalist designs), but I understand that a robust platform can sometimes be difficult to design in such a way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is helping provide clarity and visibility in my workflow for my managers. This helps keep our communication streamlined in one place, as opposed to a bunch of different places.
The perfect app for workspaces
What do you like best about the product?
I like how clean the tables are. The ability to assign people to roles is so helpful, and it's all so easy to read. This is way better than trying to keep things organized in Google Sheets.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, really. It's done everything I've needed it to!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company has different teams for each project, which can be a lot to keep track of. The ability to filter by person, on top of how easy it is to track who is doing what, is a bit of a lifesaver for me.

What do you like best about the product?
After years managing grants in a spreadsheet Monday has allowed me to create an inclusive work tool
What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure. So many bells and whistles to play with
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting immediate updates and notes to staff I work with across the country!
Monday has helped me to organize my tasks and keep a clear overview.

The daily reminders. Also great to see who is in charge of specific tasks.

The emails are not suitable for a web browser, so they're annoying to read once you open them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of my deadlines and being able to remind person in charge of theirs.

What do you like best about the product?
It's super duper easy to track things! It also makes task delegation a breeze. The notification system is also very helpful. Not only that, you can actually turn monday.com into a CRM
What do you dislike about the product?
It gets a little bit like a heavy laundry list but it's okay because you have the search option right then and there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com solves the problem of project management where its hard to delegate tasks and keep track of it. It even has CRM purposes which makes it really unique and just beyond project management software.
A Great Work OS
What do you like best about the product?
Monday allows the user to customize the system to do nearly exactly what is needed at a granular level. This level of specificity allows for more streamlined workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
The struggle I have had is a lack of true compatibility between Monday and Salesforce. Moving to Monday from Salesforce could be more streamlined with enhanced assistance, increased complexity limits, and more robust column types designed to handle Salesforce style data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is removing the silos in our remote workforce by enhancing visibility. We are also able to manage projects far more effectively than before. Monday has helped us reduce overhead.

Replacing multitude of spreadsheets; minimize emails by using "updates"; better for communication and tracking progress; ability to control access/visibility

Can use more integration w/ Google platform, especially GMAIL.

Project communication and status tracking - instead of a collection of emails, the updates act as "chat" and "email" combined.

As a Project Manager, Monday is a must use tool for better collaboration.
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how I can use the program in various ways depending on what my team needs at the time. Once you get a handle on it, you will wonder how you used to collaborate without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve to Monday. I do wish there was a better way of learning its programs, particularly for users that are not well-versed technologically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is fixing issues in communication and collaboration. Everyone is aware of where everyone is at in their projects. Monday is a lifesaver for me as a project manager.

The ease of use of the interface. The system is clean and the ability to automate is awesome and easy!

I do need more time to train properly on it because I feel that I am missing features due to time constraints.

It is solving the team collaboration problem with flying colors. We can all work on something at different parts now and are way more efficient.
