Amazing database builder for any application!

What do you like best about the product?
It's intuitive, easy to set up and has integrations to almost anything you've heard of.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automations can be a bit tough to set up

Simplified to-do lists

What do you like best about the product?
I work in a senior technical role in my company where I need to be across several teams and add input where they need it. Monday allows me to have a personalised gant board where I can see the tasks needing help and the timeline they are working to. Via email it is impossible to manage these types of request
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see conditional triggers - for example, when one of my team marks a task as being complete, I would like to prompt them to enter the actual time taken for the task before being able to confirm and mark as done, I don't think we are able to do that at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need to be across the work my team is doing, Monday helps keep track of what everyone is doing with fewer work in progress meetings

Life Saver for Remote Companies

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is so user-friendly. I feel like its very straight forward. My favrotie feature is being able to tag people on their resposnibilites. I work at a small company so it allows all of us to easily see everyones tasks and workloads.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like there are so many features that i do not utilize because the capabilities are overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
time management and calendarization - monday has helped get our entire company on the same timelines

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is a great project management tool. It is easy to navigate and there are a lot of great category features. I've also found that the support team is very helpful when fielding questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had some issues with the automation features. I often have to manually move certain projects to specific folders rather than it automating on it's own. But I'm sure I could ask about that again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before we had no way of tracking our projects and being able to quantify our work. With Monday.com and our direct project request form within the platform, we can see just how many projects we worked on during specific periods of time.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is most useful in our project planning efforts. You are able to create sections of work and input items and subitems within each of those sections. You can then add tags, statuses, and owners to those tasks, which helps to prioritize and hold everyone accountable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could add a column to one section and not have it apply to other sections. I would also like to be able to have multi-line items so that the text gets cut off. Often, a task cannot be described in one sentence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
On a large team it's difficult to manage everyone's tasks and priorities. Monday congregates everyone's work and allows people to make status updates to tasks, assign next steps to other team members, and overall allows for great collaboration accross our function. We used to use spreadsheets to track work but Monday has made it much easier and cleaner.

Monday Keeping Everything Straight

What do you like best about the product?
Simple to use, anything you can't do out of the box third parties like Make.com can be used for integration. Can be used for tasks, projects, or just general data repository.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only one major issue, they don't offer access controls for read access down to the item unless you are a huge enterprise. It would be very helpful to add this to Pro or at least have an add-on item for a few dollars a month to get this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping everything in one place and automating redundant tasks as the project moves on. Using Make.com I automate file template creation, slack archiving, and other components of the project.

What do you like best about the product?
The automation capability makes it so that everyone can traffic their own projects, as a traffic and project specialist this help save me so much time and keeps everyone accountable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The record logs are usually missing information. I'd like a more robust record of when a project was moved, to which boards, by which people but sometimes that information is missing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team has recently had trouble with completing projects on time. We introduced some of the time features and have seen a significant improvement. Monday now identifiesfor us on a project level which projects are hard deadlines, how close they are to the deadline and helps us notify the project team when the project is due.

Great features and robust abilities with a bit of a learning curve

What do you like best about the product?
The little animations when completing my tasks. But also just the ability to see the functions at a glance, their status, and then drill down where I need to macro levels.
What do you dislike about the product?
When joining a team where their board or boards are mature, and the process is already in motion, it can be hard to learn the process and where all the features are.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing all my tasks and helping hold files from other users that I would need. As well as communicating with project stakeholders. It ensures that new requests are only submitted with certain info. The forms with required fields that automate into tickets or items on the board are awesome.

What do you like best about the product?
Funcionality, ease to use, automation , the fact you can connect this to other platforms such as Slack allowing you to work with large numbers of people or large projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using Monday.com for a few years and there is not anything I can think of that I deslike about the platform. The only thing i can think of at the moment
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is reducing the amountn of email communication, improving efficiency and making time line management easie for me to manage my team and make sure they all meet their deadlines.

What do you like best about the product?
It gives a clear overview of all the projects I have running, finished, and still in the pipeline.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing about the platform itself. I maybe miss a certain AI feature that could help me keep clutter out of my projects by giving suggestions if this project can either be moved to the archive or be put as finished.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps with creating a clear and open overview of projects that are running within our agency. Makes working collaborative very easy and intuitive.
