What do you like best about the product?
I love having a dashboard customized to what is important to me. I can easily see everything I need in one place! Monday gives me greater insight into everything I need to know and track. Monday has been a great addition to our vertical within the firm, and I am so glad we have it.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I have not found anything I dislike about the software. I am a relatively new user, but I am thrilled with everything the software offers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously I would have to go to three different places to find all the data that Monday provided me. Not only does this save me time, it also gives me a better picture of what items I need to focus on.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has many features to help you and the team manage your projects. So many ready-made boards that can help you oversee deadlines and budgets, which is a vital part of managing a project.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration part is overwhelming. Seeing all the tools compatible with the app for the first time might scare you. But the good thing about this tool is they have it all in there. You just need to explore it, and maybe in a day or two you'll be expert already using the tool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By looking at all the information into one board. You can integrate your emails to monday.com so you won't miss any updates regarding your projects. It's a one-stop shop for all pieces of information you've got from different platforms.
Streamlined and aesthetic way to tackle my work flow
What do you like best about the product?
As someone who has always been about to-do lists, fancy planners, and colorful systems to organize my thoughts and prioritize my lists- Monday.com is revolutionary for me. I absolutely love how they have truly thought of everything you might need when customizing your workflow. It makes me excited to get my work done.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think of! It's all in all a great system!

How to organize my overwhelmed workflow thoughts and to dos. It simplifies all of my tasks and strategies into a visibile tool that my team members can understand.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that everything is all on one screen. I can check out each tab to see deadline dates, sample files, finished files, comments and the status of each project in a colored status tab.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there was so much information when I began using monday.com, it was a little overwhelming. I wonder if there could be YouTube videos produced to take the novice user through the nuances of the software since it is an excellent tool after you learn how to navigate through it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a video producer, I have several projects from multiple clients happening simultaneously. monday.com takes all the tasks and puts them in linear form, so I can see the project, who assigned it, the client, the specs of the project, the delivery date and the staus all on one line. It is difficult to juggle multiple projects at once, so this is a huge help to keep everything straight.
Great tool for all your project management needs
What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can have separate boards for various depts or teams in your organization AND that they can all be connected. You can flow an entire project from start to finish without having to make separate requests onto each team's board - a total time saver! And the automations you can add to the boards are really endless - it makes my life so much easier. Monday really is one of the best and easiest to use project management tools out there and I have used them all (Asana, Workfront, you name it).
What do you dislike about the product?
I think one of the things that can be hard is the initial setup of your boards and automations. If you are not familiar with the tool, you may need to get someone who specializes in setting up Monday instances to help you get started. If you are starting off small, then you can probably get by with Monday's training videos and docs, but in my experience, we benefited from having someone come in and help us get started.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday solved our company's problem with project management and campaign planning. Now we are more productive and have more visibility into what projects are being worked on and where they are in the process.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the easy experience I have when organizing a priority list and managing multiple projects with the same lists tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how expensive it is, and how many paywalls there are for some simple additions to the system. I am already paying 300+ dollars a year for this system... They want to charge for basic email notifications on your tasks due dates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a beautiful UX that helps me visualize and organize my annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly tasks fluidly. I used to have a spreadsheet before this.

What do you like best about the product?
monday Work Management simplifies project management with its integrations and automation recipes.
What do you dislike about the product?
monday needs additional nested subitems. One level is not enough. Would like the formula column to be a stored value column.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We do not have a dedicated project manager, so we rely heavily on automation and integrations with other platforms, such as Power Automate and Zapier. monday Work Management gives us the flexibillity we need. They understand that no two entities manage projects in the same way.

What do you dislike about the product?
The subitem support. We face many challenges when we try to generate dashboards with subitems.
Also, when we have a lot of data on one board, we face performance problems, and the same problem happens when we try to use these data for reporting purpose.

I'm organizing all my workflow into this tool. I reduced a lot of emails when I started using Monday.com.
Using Kanban View and a custom status, I can know exactly which phase of the journey my customer is.

How easy this program is to use! Anyone can also learn how to navigate this CRM thanks to the easy tutorial steps.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you are outside of the USA, it can be on the pricier side when you have more than 3 seats on your account.

It's helping to manage my team's workflow which is important as I am a business manager and need to oversee their tasks, my own and the business goals.
