Seamless Integration and Powerful Automations, But Mobile App Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I love how integrated my information can be. It has improved a lot the communication with my team. The automations are life changing, and now the new AI features are going to improve the experience even more.
What do you dislike about the product?
the mobile app is still not as user-friendly as the desktop version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its making our work more efficient in terms of communication and data overview.

the fact that all documents are held in the same place, the ability to customise columns and create automations

Excellent for Enterprise Visibility, But Needs True Global Portfolio Integration
What do you like best about the product?
Project and portfolio entity, great for enterprise level organisation and visibility. The platform is intuitive, modern, colourful, and playful. Making onboarding very simple. To expand to non-IT use case, all we need to do is to do discovery sessions with users then help them set up boards that are tailored to their use case, very easy to implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unable to connect multiple portfolios to a true global portfolio.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provide the firm with a single source of truth and consistent tracking and reporting of various projects.

How easy it is to use, how centralized information is and how it connects all the different stakeholders :)

limited automations and the tool may be slow if everyone is using at once

Top-Class Organization, but Too Many Columns and Views
What do you like best about the product?
The organisation is top class and helps me streamline the work processes along with assigning work easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times it gets tiresome with the amount of columns I have to scroll through. This is reduced with personal views, however we have ended up with a lot of views for various people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing the huge amount of work incoming and making it easy to view. Assigning work to my colleagues is also a breeze.
Centralized Project Management with High Visibility and Accountability
What do you like best about the product?
Central repository to view all projects, high visibility , promotes accountability and facilitates the standardization of process. The rapid rollout of new features. Many of the items on our wish list have been rolled out in the last 12 months.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very little we love Monday.com. We need better control of the number of boards that been created.

What do you like best about the product?
It allows our teams to work collaboratively and workflow out projects enabling us to get better handle on the work ina more visually aesthetic way

It needs to be able to work a more structure sub item level, which is coming

Better workflow and visibility and status reporting
Great Visuals and Automations, But Needs Better Updates and More Form Features
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the visuals on monday.com. They have made project plans and reports much easier to read, allowing me to quickly spot tasks and actions that need attention. The automations have also been very helpful, improving our team's efficiency and making it easier to notice new requests as they come in.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've noticed some recent updates on monday.com, but I don't think they've been communicated very clearly, as I wasn't aware of them until recently. There are also a few features I find lacking that could be quite useful. For instance, it would be helpful if the work forms included a 1-10 Likert scale. Additionally, having the option to enter 'TBC' in people or date columns when that information isn't confirmed yet would be beneficial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has greatly enhanced collaboration within our team and made manual processes much more efficient through automation.
