Great platform for our team

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to assign tasks and keep on top of what has been done already and what still needs to be done. Project planning with due dates makes sure nothing falls through the cracks. It is easy to use and our team uses it daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love it if there was a third level for tasks. So their could be the main task, with sub tasks, and also third tier tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Monday our team struggled to stay on the same page when it came to projects. Monday allows the whole team to see who is doing what, when tasks are complete, and when the next task is ready.

Monday.com is the BOMB!!!!

What do you like best about the product?
I'll be completely Honest!!! - I could not do my job without Monday.com. So easy to navigate, user friendly and very easy to update with anything I need. It makes my data input job so much easier! - I can't remember my life without it!! I use it every day. Inputting information every 5 minutes or more. It never lets me down. I can easily share information with work colleagues and customers alike. With answers at my fingertips.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't have any problem with Monday.com.
I have only ever used this programme - so maybe I have become accustom - but for me personally - it does everything I ask
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It really helps me keep on top of every individual job I work on - or have worked on. I can easily bring up old jobs, and create new ones.
Without it - I would be constantly confused

What do you like best about the product?
The automation of tasks allows for a remarkable time saving. Time-consuming tasks are done automatically, follow-ups, reminders too. A boost in productivity, which leaves time to focus on important tasks. The interface and connection between colleagues happen naturally and allow for true coherence in teamwork.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, one can get a little lost in the workspaces, a better "organization" system would be appreciated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a kind of reminder. Once properly set up, the tool does a large part of the time-consuming work and thus makes our task easier.

What do you like best about the product?
It's customizable and reliable. It's very user friendly and has made work so much easier! It's easy to integrate and implement into our organization's processes.

I don't think I have anything about Monday that I dislike or would change.

Monday keeps our organization talking to each other, organized, and more efficient at our jobs.

Powerful Reports and Dashboards

What do you like best about the product?
The customizable dashboards with various widgets are an amazing way to get a high-level overview of our projects and resources. With seamless connections to tools like Slack, Google Drive, and Zoom, we can consolidate all our communication and data in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, I'm very satisfied and I don't have any complaints. The only area I see for improvement is the mobile app, which, while functional, could include more features that the desktop version has

Integrations with apps like Slack, Google Drive, and Zoom, etc. helps us to centralize communication and data.

The best organising tool

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has a HUGE amount of features that help you solve so many problems. I mainly use it for work management but I also use it as a graphic designer for those in the business to submit a brief to me that then automatically gets put into my work management board.

I use monday.com on a daily basis and the various columns you can add into your board to help tailor it to what you need, which automatically then can turn it into a gant chart or pie chart really helps when you want to present an overall view on a project.

The pre-made templates are amazing, and there are 100s to choose from, you name it? They got it. That has helped so much when I'm doing new boards to help with certain projects. The also clever things you can do within the system which link it to each other is great. For example one action on one board can lead to an automated action on another board.

The collaboration work is great, and love that I can send over artwork to the team in a file and they're able to comment on the artwork itself if there are any amendments and can put the bubble right on the pdf where they are referring to. As a graphic designer, artwork feedback is really important to me and i need it to be as easy as possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
some of the automations you need to really study on how to use them, and it can be a bit overwhelming at the start if you're not sure what you're doing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As the only graphic designer in the business, I get requests come in left right and centre from everyone through so many different channels that sometimes I can't keep up. monday has helped have it all channel into one place, and through monday built a form that can be filled out and automatically put into my work pipeline. Also my board is open to everyone and they can see when i update it/when there's an action for them to take/how busy i currently am.

What do you like best about the product?
It provides ease for navigation for first time users as well it's visual interface is easy to understand and i can easily assign task to teammates check comments and also check what is the progress on the task

it's pricing model is little expensive for growing teams

It helps us for cross team alignment it's easy for assigning tasks to our team and get follow-up on those tasks it is better planner and it boosted productivity of our teams

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Monday.com is easy to use and very user-friendly. The interface is intuitive, and it's simple to set up workflows and keep track of tasks without much training. It makes project management feel more organized and accessible, even for new users.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t like that it doesn’t have built-in messaging for internal communication with my team. We still need to rely on other apps to talk and coordinate in real time. Also, it lacks a native form feature like Google Forms to collect information easily from people outside the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Monday.com alongside AppFolio to manage our work orders more effectively. While AppFolio is great for property management, it lacks flexibility when it comes to tracking and organizing daily maintenance tasks in detail. Monday helps us fill that gap by providing a customizable and visual workspace where we can log work orders, assign tasks, and keep a daily record of progress. It improves our internal coordination and gives us better visibility over ongoing issues.

Much more than a project management

What do you like best about the product?
I really love how aesthetically appealing the whole UI is.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that it doesn't have simultaneous edit feature, it will erase the inputs if two people simultaneously edit the same sheet or form.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its a beautiful project management application, i use end to end feature set like project capturing, roadmap planning and task management, project creation and many.
