I would say i wish that Monday.com Sales CRM had a native WhatsApp integration.

Information getting lost;
People forgetting To do's, deadlines;
It wasn't easy to integrate all our work verticals;
It wasn't easy tracking projects progress;
Last, but not least, our CEO had trouble with managing the company.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the versatility of this tool. I've used Monday.com in my last three jobs, and each one is different. Monday made setting up an environment suitable for customer care, devs, sales, ops, and even accounting easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer support is not the greatest; from the last few times I needed help with something. But it was some time ago, so they might have improved since then.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simple to set up, boards are connected, and the automations are priceless.
Monday is getting better and better with each update.
What do you like best about the product?
There is a lot of flexibility, and there are many ways that Monday has helped me organise and communicate effectively with my colleagues.
Other platforms might do OK with organising things, but as we have someone from the Monday team handling our account we are sure we will definitely find help and suggest improvements that if or when implemented can surely make this platform irreplaceable.

What do you dislike about the product?
As this platform develops and updates, I would appreciate seeing the subitems becoming more flexible. There is nothing I dislike, only features that could be improved and I trust the Monday team will definitely improve and upgrade the platform as they are already doing.

The design in my opinion could be slightly more appealing, i find it very important that this kind of platform stay digest as they are containing lots of fields and information in general.

Streamlining Workflows and Centralizing Information
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has revolutionized how we manage our daily workflow. Automations have saved us so much time and with the integrations with other platforms, we can ensure that data is up-to-date and accurate at all times. I love having a centralized platform where we can manage our day-to-day work while also storing vital files and notes on projects and processes. My favourite feature is the mirrored columns- being able to reflect data from one board to another while keeping a single source of truth
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations when it comes to automations but these are being updated and improved every month. I think it could be better when it comes to recurring tasks, but it is easy enough to manage with the current automations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has simplified the process of keeping our data up-to-date, minimizing the amount of effort required. Additionally, its clear platform for daily tasks is visible to everyone and integrates with Slack, making communication between team members even more streamlined
I use Monday every day at work. And for our purposes it works very well.

You can add many features and easily see how the process is going and how much work you still need to do. Tracking your work and remembering to do all the necessary things is easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it may seem too overwhelming, especially when you start using it initially. A lot is happening on one page and in many different colors.

It is solving our daily problems, such as onboarding new partners, solving tasks from customer support, etc.
