Efficient system making project management more effective
What do you like best about the product?
How simple monday.com is to use, especially how you can integrate emails and text messaging software into boards. Allows for quick, efficient communication to our customers and clients. I also like how many external apps and websites you can link and integrate with
What do you dislike about the product?
That you can't include attachments in emails with integrated with gmail
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The integrated email function benefits us as it allows us to save time in bulk emailing our customers. It also allows me to work with colleagues on a project, assign tasks and keep us accountable. We can constantly see updates without having to have regular meetings, which saves us time in the long run.
Monday.com smooths everything
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is a simple to use, but very flexible business management software that allows us to manage projects, track leads, and support outside contractors with very little manual input required.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a decent learning curve to Monday.com, and some creativity is required to set your boards up in a meaningful way. In addition, Monday.com can take a solid amount of time to setup properly, but the time saved on the back end is well worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com allows our business to track our sales and production cycle from beginning to end, giving our whole team a picture of where projects are, and when they will be completed, all while coordinating client feedback in one place.
Monday.com has been an essential tool.
What do you like best about the product?
The use of subitems, color coding, sharing, and labels are helpful to me in my line of work.
What do you dislike about the product?
It isn't easy to find something that I do not like! The only thing I can think of is sometimes the software does not load correctly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is solving many of my organizational issues. With this software, I feel confident that I can get things done by their deadlines.

The ease of visualizing activities with their respective completions! This can be shared with different people, even outside the organization! Dashboards are super useful for tracking!

So far I have found it useful for things I don't like! I consider it a tool that everyone managing a project should buy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Resolve the interconnectivity with different people within the same organization and also manage to share with other people who are outside. It benefits me in the timely tracking of my roadmap.
Effective and Efficient Program
What do you like best about the product?
Above all, it's been great to take conversations that would have been on email and take it to a place where anyone can access the information. This prevents people from being left out of the loop in core conversations.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful to have more formatting abilities (like different colors for writing or highlighting). When writing updates, we can differentiate topics and then make things easier to find.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mondaycom has enabled better conversations amongst key players and allowed our company to be more self sufficient. It centralizes information and correspondence, which is more helpful than one off emails.
The most creative and yet, straight-forward software I and my team used so far.

The fact that if a feature does not exist, you can create one with monday.com formulas.

I get to spend lots of time in the platform to discover new features. We should have one person in our team to dedicate their time entirely to managing monday.com

Keeping up with every detail of the work we do and recording every second of our work - which unfortunately, we tend to underestimate.
Excellent Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use is the best feature. Monday.com is intuitive and adoptable by all technical levels - novice to expert.
What do you dislike about the product?
This isn't a dislike but more of a suggestion - when I have a question, I wish there was a chat to throw my question in while I am experiencing an issue or am stuck trying to figure it out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best benefit for our company is keeping a remote team focused on tasks and deadlines. When a group project has many facets, the view Monday presents is excellent for seeing who is struggling and who has completed assignments.

What do you like best about the product?
I love my ability to keep track of my tasks on Monday. There are boards that everyone in my company can see so that helps with team transparency. I also like automations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Monday goes down temporarily and I am not able to see what my to-do list is for the day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is saving me time by being able to use automations. It also helps me be detail oriented and keep track of tasks.
Our Agency's Greatest Asset
What do you like best about the product?
Sharing Monday boards with clients is our greatest strength as an agency. The clients are fully aware of what we're working on, what's coming, and what's needed from them to make our plans successful. Our internal team can also collaborate and execute initiatives. We really like to be able to upload files and tag one another to stay on top of marketing campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't many downsides to Monday. It's sometimes difficult to get clients to login and read our updates, but that's on the client, not on the product itself. I think some clients just don't want to login to another platform when theyr'e probably already working on so many.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to clearly communicate, collaborate, and be consistent are what makes monday.com the most essential tool for any agency. Our marketing clients feel like we've got them covered when they're able to look at tasks, the statuses, and updates.
