I Just Can't Stop Talking About It!

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com provides seamless collaboration in real-time. Throughout my departments, it provides a transparent view of the project, a way of collaborating and building teamwork.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike about Monday.com. Everyone I introduce to the platform falls in love with it, as I did seven years ago. Since then, they have come a long way, constantly improving and accepting customers' ideas to understand better what the users need in their daily tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com provides a transparent look into the credentialing for a new provider. It provides a real-time update on the approval date so that he can begin scheduling appointments with that insurance plan. This information is viewed by multiple departments, filling the gap of traditional communication or lack thereof. Working transparently builds trust and accountibility for my coworkers and management.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has completely transformed the way our team works—what used to take hours hunting through spreadsheets and scattered documents now happens instantly, all in one central Work OS. It integrates seamlessly with the tools we already use (think Google Drive, Slack, Outlook, and more), and its powerful automations handle routine tasks—sending reminders, updating stakeholders, and generating reports—so we can stop babysitting processes and get back to high-value work.

Beyond traditional project management, we leverage Monday’s Forms and AI-driven Workflows to streamline everything from client intake to personal goal tracking and even our document repository. Custom boards pull in all related files and conversations, and every new attachment or comment lives right alongside the task it belongs to. Whenever we need guidance or run into a snag, Monday’s support team is just a click away, ready with best practices or troubleshooting tips.

In short, Monday.com isn’t just another tool—it’s become part of our daily routine. By automating the busywork and bringing every project, file, and conversation under one roof, it gives us back our most precious resource: time. If you’re serious about efficiency and visibility across your organization, Monday.com is the ideal choice.
What do you dislike about the product?
Over the past year or so, as Monday.com admins and users, our only real hurdle has been the requirement that anyone who needs to edit our boards must hold a paid member seat. While the free “viewer” role lets you share boards broadly, it locks collaborators into read-only mode—even for simple updates or comments. Because Monday Work OS is so flexible and deeply customized across teams, it would be fantastic to see a more granular editing tier—an “editor” license, for example—that allows full collaboration without requiring every teammate to purchase a full paid account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com saves our teams valuable time by increasing productivity using automation and integrations that work with our other systems like Google and Jira. We are able to increase collaboration and communication all within one place. We are also able to build custom reports using the dashboards in Monday. We can share them with everyone as well as embed them in our Google Sites.

Integrations & Automations at its finest!

What do you like best about the product?
The integrations on Monday.com are the best, including, Outlook, Zoom, Google Calendar, Calendly, etc. Monday.com seamlessly brings all your work together in one platform and eliminates the need to log into several platforms. The automation has made our recruiting process so very efficient. Monday.com has saved us valuable time on mundane tasks. From the applicant filtering process to, scheduling interviews and automating candidate emails. Handling onboarding documents for a candidate has gone from a 15-minute task down to a 1-minute process! I love the effectiveness of Monday.com as it has helped us redeem the time for use on additional worthwhile projects
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve was the one downside I can mention. If you have the time to invest in understanding all that Monday.com offers, this won't be an issue. If you don't have the time, there are Monday.com experts who can understand your needs, help you get set up quickly, and then provide an overview of how it all works. So even though this was a downside for us, the upside is that you have options of becoming as familiar or well-versed with Monday.com as you choose.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is helping us to be more efficient and a lot more productive because of the time saving features. As previously mentioned, personalizing and sending onboarding documents for a candidate has gone from a 15-minute task to a 1-minute process with Monday.com.

What do you like best about the product?
The automations, integrations, and rules you can apply to your boards. This helps the boards flow seemlesely together, and helps it move from one work station to the next automatically.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is so much to still learn, I can't say anything negative since I don't even know everything about this tool!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solving our workflow issues. Everything moves automatically with rules applied and it elminates human errors.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the best about this app is that it can perfectly manage your data more simply and easily. It will help your job and your team saves time and effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot say what I dislike about this app since I don't have any experience with this app, which gave me a downside. Maybe in the future, I can provide some about this app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The business problems that monday.com helped me with are Organizing and storing data. These are most likely what my team needs to fix. Now here is monday.com making solutions to our problem

Great & easy to customize Project Management Online Tool

What do you like best about the product?
I like it because it allows me to communicate with my team at any given time while not bombarding them with emails. I can also keep them updated as I finish a project.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to customize my side where I can log in and the 1st thing I see is a Gantt Timeline Sheet. This would allow me to immediately see where I'm falling behind and get on it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows the team to effectively communicate with each other and allows us to see if we are meeting our deadlines.

What do you like best about the product?
It's user-friendly. It is easy to understand and even has a youtube account where you can watch many tutorial videos on how to use Monday. There are ready to use automation that you can choose.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some automation is challenging to use. The subitems files can't be duplicated and moved to a different board. Monday even lag sometimes and took too long to upload a certain file.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Task management, equal task distribution, task progress tracker, project organizer, team collaborations, time tracker, meetings, file uploads, workflows, and team collaboration.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface of the tool is very user-friendly. It will give you everything you need. From tutorials down to final outputs. Monday.com will indeed help you organize your projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was not able to discover this tool earlier. It would've saved me so much time managing all my projects and task. It will indeed give the ability to have visiblity to all of your projects in one place
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrating other tools to Monday.com. It will save you from opening the tools and flooding your browser with tabs. By Monday.com, you can access your tools, such as slack, gmail, outlook into one place.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is the best when creating a safe space for its users to run wild and free with their creativity and imagination, making useability and creativeness possible to exist with one another.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't find anything in Monday.com that I think I would dislike. The app and website run smoothly for me, and I haven't had any problems with it since. Monday.com surely rocks!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com gives me the capacity to have my thoughts and plans organized. It also helps me keep track of my progress and my goals. Monday.com is a keeper, and people new to task planning should use it!

easy to know who has an activity assigned
the date ranges are very useful for approximating a completion date

when there are many elements it is difficult to search among all the elements that exist
the interface could be more understandable
the users forget to update the status of their activities

the topic of better organization and management in projects, agile methodologies help a lot to make it easier to manage projects. Approximate dates are established and that gives a good idea of the timelines.
