What do you like best about the product?
We're a company of four that work crazy hours and are rarely together. This organized workload, opened up communication, and straightened us out!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! We've been very pleased and need to explore more.

What do you like best about the product?
I like monday.com because it allows me to organize all my tasks and to-dos and it's great for my salespeople too so they can see where their orders are holding in the process

it requires initial setup by someone who knows how to use it but otherwise it's a great program

Monday.com solves my problem of keeping things organized and that is extremely important for my business growth

- can be set up to work for everyone at every department - whether it's project management and tracking, or ideas dumping
- easy to pick up, doesn't require tutorials - very intuitive and everyone has no issues with using
- integration is good but can be better

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project tracking in a smart and efficient way, whilst being engaging with colour coding, automation etc. Also allow collaboration between teams. Can't really provide statistics on ROI but definitely helped us organise GTM strategy and projects better

What I like the best is that I can organize all the information I need using colorful tags and everything divided by boards.

A great CRM
What do you like best about the product?
I've been in marketing for 12+ years and have used a lot of CRM's . This one is the most visual and super easy to use. I'm a very visual person, so the boards make it easy to see the status of everything in one quick look.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, wished they had more integrations so I didn't have to use Zapier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating all of my marketing and making it easy to keep track of leads / follow up with them.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday provides a great user interface, it is very intuitive to use and has a lot of tools. Those that like me more are that you can create a project, and also a subitem for that project where you can work on other things related to it and choose which members of your team will work on it. That is just one of all things I can say. When I upload an image, it doesn't lose quality and always remains as I uploaded. It is very fast to use on my computer and in the mobile app. The Mobile app is great. When I receive notifications on my phone, I can check very fast comments, likes on posts I made, new work to do, assigned jobs, etc...
I used to work with other platforms, but no one of those can even be close to Monday, which has become my preferred tool to work online.

What do you dislike about the product?
At the time, I dislike nothing. I have all the tools that I need to work with my coworkers. Interface is very intuitive and always Monday is being updated with new tools. Monday is great :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication between work members and job assignment is the main problem Monday has solved for the company I work. Monday has given us powerfull tools to communicate with each other and make the work easier.
Monday.com is a great way to stay organized and show the progress on the milestones you reach!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that most of the tasks I create can be grouped as projects with sub items for minor things. It also helps me visually to be able to color code everything so I can see how far we've progressed on the tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any complaints about monday.com but I'm sure that if you added a function on here as an accounting template that connects to payroll, more businesses would be able to do away with quickbooks entirely and focus on monday.com only.

Organizational craziness. Monday. com has helped me to put all of my major projects tasks down in one format so that I can keep the calendars, tasks, inventory and more together in one place.

The possibilities, features and of course the UI as well as the UX monday.com has implemented.

What do you dislike about the product?
Because of the possibilities that monday.com offers the whole system is not that easy to understand or to learn. In special cases that are not pre-made, there is a learning curve to overcome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We, as a real estate agent company based in Germany are using monday.com to organise our selling as well as our incoming leads. Further we gather all kind of related data to get better BI / BS insights.

What do you like best about the product?
Our team is remote-first and works completely asynchronously, across multiple time zones. Monday is a great fit for us, as it cuts down on extraneous internal conversation and allows us to streamline project management.
What do you dislike about the product?
My main qualm re: the Monday platform, is that all groups on a board have to have the same columns. This can act as a roadblock and makes the platform a bit too simplistic for certain needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps us make sure that information doesn't get siloed and that we stay transparent as a team. Also, Monday provides our leadership with a quick/easy visual of every team member's workload. If there's a new task or project to assign, Monday gives a window into who has space on their plate.

What do you like best about the product?
We are a very small business but we have a lot of information to share. We quickly discovered that Google docs and the like were not the answer so we searched. We tried everything Slack, Trello, Asana, and more. All of them had some fatal flaw.
One of us is a little bit ADD so when we found Monday it seemed like the heavens opened and shined a light.
It could not be easier to share information and alert your team when you do.
You can color code things, you can have so many different views. I'm not real techy, but I have to say that hands down, anyone who needs to manage content across a team should use Monday.

What do you dislike about the product?
I think the downside of using Monday is that if you have a team of 4 you have to pay for member #4 and the price is quite a jump. I think buying an extra license per extra member would be much more helpful.

As I mentioned, we share a significant amount of information. We used to spend a lot of time on calls or trying to find the different emails that had attachments or google docs. Now everything is in one place. We can tag the individuals who need to know, and voila! It's done!
