What do you like best about the product?
Having used Monday, it is a great tool for teams who are looking to streamline their editorial processes. The user interface makes it easy to navigate and use. It is also incredibly flexible and we have been able to use it for things other than editorial processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be expensive for smaller teams, but is less expensive as you scale up. Some very useful tools are locked behind higher-tier plans. I think they should be available to all users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Monday.com to help manage all our editorial processes. We can easily assign articles to writers, including key information that they need to cover. They can easily notify editors when the article is ready for review.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to connect it to other pages and also change statuses to cause the page to update on its own automatically. Extremely helpful in alleviating the pains of creating a task page!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say that there isnt a desktop version of it currently. Would be great to have something that lives on our computers so we dont have to login all the time on our end !
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating easy and accessible lists of all our current projects and lists of all available assets to us. We also use it to generate tickets and keep our tasks current.
Our one stop for project management
What do you like best about the product?
Product marketing comes with an active focus on multiple projects at the same time, and I find it very helpful that Monday.com lets me have a single high level view of all active projects. Seeing all the green 'done's puts my perfectionist brain to an ease!
What do you dislike about the product?
I am still figuring out the automations and they for sure are a bit tricky!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A single view for all ongoing projects across departments.
Great for marketing teams
What do you like best about the product?
Very helpful in organizing our events and marketing activities. With a team across the country - it is easy to keep track and get things done in Monday.com vs other platforms. The integration with outlook is amazing as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes getting support is tricky - takes too long or not easy. It is really an easy platform to use and I don't require it often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solved collaboration issues on the team which was my number one concern when looking at this platform. I was also able to get rid of eventbrite and use monday.com forms instead which is way better.
Very customizable CRM
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use, and how boards work seemlessly together. The custom forumlas work very well for caculating age and adding sums. There are many intergrations that come built in for quick installs
What do you dislike about the product?
The location column always breaks and mislocates where the item is actually based. This is a pain when having lots of items and half of the locations do not work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is giving us a central location to store all our data. The speech bubble is very useful for checking when something was actioned, and what is needed next.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is so incredibly user friendly! The interface is perfect, with everything being in one place and so easy to find, for me and all my colleagues. I love it!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is very little to dislike about Monday.com. Any issues with the it, is down to how colleagues use it. Sometimes messages get lost, so perhaps a reminder would br helpful!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com puts everything that I have to do for work all in one place, making it super easy to track. While also making it easy to communicate in a professional manner!

Keeps my projects in one place and allows me to sort them by the deadline. Help me stay on task and not let any projects fall through the crack.

Nothing, the weird scrolling glitch has been fixed.

Increase In Workflow
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful feature about monday.com is being able to tag coworkers and flag them when the "ball is in their court". This helps improve overall flow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes projects can get lost when there are a lot of things going on at once. A flag notification when a project hasn't been modified recently could be useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday.com is helping us solve the issue of knowing when the project is being passed along through internal departments.
Easy and organize informations
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to track down youth leader information and how you can track it with color

When you share roles or tasks sometimes it takes a long time for the other person to see jt

Most engaging, easy to use Work OS that has solved most of my problems!
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is intuitive and expansive. I can tag users, assign work, linkify, and attach files. I can automate work and track workflow visually.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to be able to create specific custom layouts with unlimited parameters and customizability in each cell.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can manage my whole media team in one interface without sending tons of emails every day. I can manage content creation for YouTube from A-Z, and add automated workflows.
