Work Smarter NOT Harder
What do you like best about the product?
I like all the different views that are available so that you can see things by date, person, or even task. I love using Monday to help my workflow. It is also helpful to streamline where all of our notes are saved. I think that while it has taken our team some time to adjust, it has been so worth it!
What do you dislike about the product?
So it did take some getting used to and to implement with the team, and I think that some of the issues we were dealing with having been taken care of with customer service/support and the issues have been fixed (BCC Monday.com).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is keeping everything in one place making it easy across teams and departments. Also, it is solving the workback issue by adjusting dates when needed in real time vs in a traditional calendar and having to make those updates individually.

Monday is so useful for organisation within the business.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful if you could create tables in browser.

It helps us communicate with other members of the business efficently.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use for the most part. The options to build different workflows is great for tracking.

Some templates are difficult to modify and therefore make it less useful.

Great for cross-board visibility and personalized dashboards
What do you like best about the product?
The Mirror column is incredibly useful, it allows us to connect multiple boards and workflows seamlessly, helping different teams stay aligned without duplicating information. I also appreciate how easy it is to build dashboards based on each team member’s responsibilities, making it simple to surface the most relevant data for everyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, the platform can feel a bit sluggish, especially when switching between boards or making quick updates. Also, while the automations are a time-saver overall, they can occasionally experience slight delays or miss a trigger, so it’s helpful to keep an eye on them when setting up more complex workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday Work Management helps us centralize and streamline cross-functional collaboration by bringing all our tasks, timelines, and dependencies into one place. Instead of juggling multiple tools or chasing updates over email, our team can now track progress in real time, automate routine check-ins, and maintain visibility across teams and projects. It’s improved accountability, reduced status meetings, and helped us move faster with fewer blockers.
Great tool managing work tasks
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to work multiple boards with other colleagues simultaneously.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it hard to navigate using the mobile app as the screen is too small.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to track our workflow and also to create maker checker processes for our daily tasks.
Intuitive and Overall a Great Experience
What do you like best about the product?
The automations feature is incredible. I don't have to constantly remind someone or keep track of who I reminded. Hopefully there will be more templates and customization to the automations in the future.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like having subitems, but I wish that I could change the subitem columns without it effecting every other subitem on the board (or at least having an option for it).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping our team keep track of what tasks they have completed, thus keeping them more organized and timely. Monday also acts as a quality assurance measure that the whole team can view the projects we work on and can provide feedback and questions to.
Monday Work Management is a useful but underutilized tool at our company
What do you like best about the product?
Monday Work Management allows our team to keep track of multiple projects, contracts, and so on. We use Monday every day and as a point of truth during our meetings on how best to proceed. We also use Monday as a directory/repository for important information about past and current projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest issue is ensuring that everyone uses the boards efficiently. Old information can linger and cause confusion if updates are not prioritized by all team members.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We create lengthy documents that require collaboration by stakeholders, subject matter experts, quality assurance experts, editors, and so on. Using Work Management allows us to have boards that both allow us to manage very small and specific details of each document as well as provide overview of its overall status, which are linked to the overall status of the project that the document supports the completion of.

The add-ons are many and quite similar, with payments and without payment. One tends to get confused.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
connect people who are physically distant and have varying levels of knowledge in this type of technology.
Monday.com is an excellent work management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is a great tool for collaborative work among teams. It's very easy to stand up projects, customize fields to suit your specific workflows and build custom automations that help ensure you aren't spending all your time managing tasks in the tool. It gets out of the way and lets you focus on the work. Monday.com is also constantly adding new features and functionality, and are very receptive to feedback. This means that many of the friction points I've discovered in the past have since been resolved.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations on what you can do. Sometimes these are limitations from the monday.com side, other times they're restrictions applied against your account (e.g. if you're in a large Enterprise organization and they've restricted some functionality). For example, I don't have a way to have monday.com send a confirmation email that doesn't come from "me" someone has filled out a monday.com form. It'd be much better to be able to have that come from a noreply email address or something like that. Multi-language support is sometimes lacking, too. That's an area that's been rapidly developing, but still has a ways to go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com helps us organization and coordinate a large variety of projects. We have intake funnels for trouble tickets and enhancement requests, and then associated workflows that ensure those things are managed and stakeholders are engaged throughout the process. The tool also allows us to easily create dashboards and other visuals that help senior leaders understand where time and resources are being committed.
A great tool for managing a team
What do you like best about the product?
Absolutely love the interface — simple, attractive, and functional.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my department, we only use a portion of Monday.com, and everything about it works perfectly — no issues with our workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday Work Management helps us stay organized and keep track of tasks more efficiently. Before, we struggled with communication and task follow-ups, but now everything is centralized and visible to the whole team. This saves us time, reduces misunderstandings, and improves overall productivity.
